    @Tigerion Foxtel repair man gave it to me, so it was a common enough problem they had it on hand. Will see what Google fu I can perform.

    @Foxtel I have iQ3 box the is not working called for help with now joy. Was told that to get a new upgrade to box 5 I have to upgrade my package, not happy about this. It seems that as a senior with limited knowledge/funds we are always at the mercy of so called experts. 🤔

    @FOXTEL_Help @Dj_Sull274 Same issue with me. I am now certain it is related to Android 13 update. Foxtel has not caught up. Not for the first time. Terrible experience with call centre and live chat. Have decided to stop subscription.

    @BouldersBlack @Broncos Yes I just found out the game was on Foxtel yesterday I'm glad I didn't watch it as the coaching is the laughing stock of the NFL thanks to George Patton who should **** off back to the Vikings as he's ****** Denver all on his own the useless bastard

    @FOXTEL_Help Tried to raise a case through My Foxtel. I received a login error from salesforce. Can log in to My Foxtel, but not raise a case.

    Foxtel, their moto, you can check in but you can never checkout. Try cancelling your subscription.. ahhhh

    @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel I already did and was quoted 72 business hours.... I think I might just stay with other streaming services with that kind of service

    @dwoodbridge Binge (owned by a Foxtel subsidiary) is awful too. Lagging way behind other streaming services in terms of accessibility and audio-described content.
