I’ve been a @Foxtel customer for over 14 years! I currently have multiple accounts. At times I’ve had multiple boxes at up to 4 houses at the same time. I’ve spent 10’s of thousands over the years. Charging me a fee to add a box is poor form. Sadly I canceled my accounts today.

@DavisCathetine @Foxtel I agree @DavisCathetine, that goes for all businesses because they all talk up customer loyalty (wanting and valuing it) but don’t walk the talk. I do have other streaming services as well so, now I’m out of hospital, I think it’s time for me to let Foxtel go.

@jonathantranter Fascinating since he has been so focused on creating more popular appeal versions of the game. Putting it all on pay TV SUCKS I wouldn’t bother if I had to buy his bloody foxtel package bullshit

@troydodds @NateTaylor87 @PeterVLang Disappointing :/ Just had the foxtel box renewed, so we’ve lost all our recordings. I guess I have no way to rewatch the game. Sooo bad. The HD quality of the 21 edition was superb, definitely worth the purchase. Maybe it’s part of the NRL’s cost-cutting.
