@Telstra Hours never happend, then a promise again to call 24-48 later never happened also. We hadn’t received a order number only a reference number from the text chat. Tiffany had changed our plan keeping our nbn and cutting off our foxtel and giving us a free Telstra tv box

@Foxtel Oh maybe Joan not all bad ? Cant wait see it tonight

@Foxtel_Newsroom @Foxtel Online chat team, 2 x members no idea on this and only use automated responses but apparently they are human, so called 131999 and onto third person who has no idea about it and said I’ll transfer your “issue” to another team member. Honestly you couldn’t train worse service.

@Telstra Brandon great to have you onboard! We wanted to cancel foxtel and get a Telstra tv. I went in store to do this. They said it would be quicker to lodge through complaints dept, they did this for me. We received a call 2 weeks ago from Tiffany.

@producersnoogs @offherchops can the WWE Universe in Australia get a shout out? They're doing it real tough. No other alterative on Foxtel, all entertaining talents (esp Aussies) fired, terrible writing. Locked down and we get this. uggghhh

  • yolly1234 Stephen Yolland (@yolly1234) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I have a different technical issue affecting my service which your call centre could not fix. I was promised a call back in ten minutes. Over an hour ago. Not happy.

@techAU Foxtel is just not worth it. Never has been.

  • Peter217945 magpie (@Peter217945) reported

Ah. CENSORSHIP in Australia. Cannot get SKY NEWS Regional now. Have tried to re scan Channels but now it doesn't come up. Ah. Now we're forced to swallow The wonderful world of Crap Mainstream Media. Channel 7/9/10/SBS/ABC.... Not that I will. Have Foxtel. Disgraceful Australia.

The other post update was figuring a good idea to add Wikipedia links to the mentions of Crave, Foxtel, and BBC iPlayer. (Mentioned in case a non-US person asks in the comments why I didn't address XYZ streaming service in their countries...since it's happened before...)
