    Wondering how many other people are unable to search and watch movies using @foxtel IQ3 when have movie pack. Results only show in HD and we don’t have HD. Time to go to #TIO I think as after almost two hours I’m told it’s been a known issue for several months.

    Might be time to finally cancel my @Foxtel subscription. As a long term loyal customer I’m sick of seeing all these specials to get new customers but nothing for us saps paying top package, still on IQ2 & paying for Netflix on top. Losing my job shortly so looks like it’s time.

Murdoch and his father were and still are hell bent on killing off the ABC and anyone not on their payroll. Look who is pulling the strings.     Seriously WTF @Foxtel! I have @SkyNewsAust on to hear the news, yet every couple of hours, and normally when it’s really important I get either kicked off or the ‘are you still there’ message. I pay for this service, and it is your job to provide it. Fix it!

    @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes of silence now and your team member comes back to tell me to keep holding. It feels like they are stuffing me around because I complained after my last call. Technical support is the worst.

    Went to return the Foxtel box at p.o. due to $300 threat. Come home to see Optusnet and Foxtel down. I’d rather not contact as it would be a waste of time. Try Foxtel on the phone. Painful. Optus I wouldn’t bother.

    @LordMcBain That’s what I used to do when I had foxtel. I can record with this box I have but can’t be bothered. It’s a waste of time. Have so many quality shows to catch up on. Not wasting anymore time on crap.
