@IcacPersistance Not even attempting to defend but given what Stokes and Foxtel paid for TV rights and given the support the newspapers provide the game I can’t see that it is either a surprise or nefarious. If not them then some other media big wig with deep pockets

@Glokkers @IcacPersistance Maybe other deep pockets would have allowed more than 3 games a week on free to air and allowed WAFL some games on free to air. WAFL sidelined by old boys club. Fans without Foxtel disregarded. Is this the way to treat loyal fans. AFL have lost me.

@theheraldsun Give it to Foxtel. At least we'll get a high definition picture. Ch7 broadcast the game in standard definition. Why? The picture quality was poor.

@gayleviticus @Mads_in_Zero cartoon network probably has archives of everything thats aired on their channel somewhere, that might be why. its weird because like nobody has had foxtel unless theyre in a really remote area
