@tomfoster66 Merely legacy very early TelFox from the early days of Foxtel (?mid 90s). Free trial then never fell for getting it. The harassment went on for months. For NBN 'changeover' they merely hook up somewhere 'out there'. A name change, in effect. A complete joke, (on us).

@Foxtel It's ok, turns out it was an IP problem from my ISP that then took 2 weeks to resolve from your end. I love how noone actually cares about the paying customer in situations like this.

@Foxtel can you tell me why you're refusing to let my mother cancel the account she's paid for fifteen years because it's in the name of her abusive ex husband she has no contact with? And you actually suggested she CONTACT him to get the account cancelled???
