@MikeCarlton01 @phbarratt Cancelled my FoxTel subscription yesterday. Can only be done by phone call and they try very hard to convince you not to cancel and drag the process out as long as they can. Are they starting to feel the pinch?

@FOXTEL_Help Thanks Georgia, we tried that yesterday and there’s no information For residents and subscribers. That’s why we contacted Foxtel. Can you explain what has caused the outage and why it’s been our for more than 24hours please.

@swearyanthony @NewtonMark @franksting We’ve got both a Foxtel dish and NBN fixed wireless receiver on the roof and are regularly visited by two, sometimes north of a dozen, jerkbirds of an evening. Neither have ever had issues.

@Foxtel we cannot get through to you online or on the phone we are paying for a service that you aren't providing

  • sue682 sue (@sue682) reported

@FOXTEL_Help This channel says 'FOXTEL HELP'. But no member of staff in the past 36hrs has helped. No one can explain why East crescent street lost service Monday morning. Or when it's going to be restored. Apparently there's no problem here. WHO will help us??? Patrick Delany?

  • jacobite597 Campbell McDonald (@jacobite597) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I am having trouble logging in to Telstra/foxtail keeps saying wrong email and password Foxtel not replying to my emails for setting up login details says it has sent email but not received ready to throw in the towel

@Nettythe1st and the Abc not any better. Ive seen more full length Labor interviews /press conferences on foxtel covid channel than the damned abc. If it wasnt for ABC drama, Harrow and other programs like @4corners id probably never bother. Prefer @SBSNews Most of the time
