    I contacted Foxtel by phone to advise them that there is a glitch in the My Foxtel app as it keeps logging me out every so many hours and saying my login session has expired and they are monitoring the app and may contact me to let me know of any problems.

    @Telstra My Foxtel service from @telstra has been restored after I waited on the phone for 75 minutes for that to happen. The decision to disconnect me last night, made without authorisation or valid reason, has not led, as far as I know, to any change in policy to prevent a repeat.

    @fenelladavidson I cancelled Foxtel but was worried it wouldn't go through as she kept offering me extras if l stayed and was insistent. I contacted my bank (Newcastle perm) advised me l couldn't cancel through them, Foxtel had to cancel. How wrong was that.

    @rohan_connolly The same NewsCorp who have upgraded every Foxtel subscriber to their premium service as no one was buying it.

    @Retro_1993 @JezCorden Last I heard Binge doesn't support 4K and Foxtel doesn't support HDR either lol.

    @FOXTEL_Help Is there any maintenance going with the my Foxtel app as it seems to be logging me out of the app a few times and having issues logging on then a couple of minutes it will work.

    I recently updated my NBN through @Telstra to FTTP which meant my Foxtel pacakage had to be unbundled. Instead of moving it to a stand alone account they have tonight completely cut off my service and there is nobody at Telstra tonight to restore it and correct their mistake.
