    @amck10 @hasumpstuffedup Rewound the Foxtel IQ to check a second time (before I tweeted). I thought the ball came loose after the tackle was broken (both times I watched it). What I would also say though: it might have looked different 20m on the other side to the camera…

    Really appreciate everyone’s support, but no need to keep RTing this or getting mad at Foxtel, their social media team have done their jobs & made contact with me & the ball is rolling & no one is mad at each other, all resolved now!

    @jessmcguire @Foxtel It should look like this..... Credit will be applied to the account automatically as the system calculates it. The customer should be able to talk directly to someone in customer support, to arrange a refund. Putting it into credit isn't the problem, it's fefusing to refund it.

    Hey @F1 so @Foxtel forgot to broadcast a huge chunk of P2 in 4K at Silverstone today. They have other major ongoing broadcast issues with their 4K F1 channel, yet continue to charge customers, refusing to let them leave contracts. Please reconsider the deal you have with them.

    @PRGuy17 Phew, about time. I stopped doing Murdoch a while ago. I'm pleased my children aren't influenced by that network - they don't read newspapers nor watch Foxtel.

    @ethan521 @FOXTEL_Help Add to that, I cancelled my Foxtel subscription today (been a subscriber since 1998) as they doubled my subscription. Only noticed on receiving my bill by email today (2 July) saw the outrageous increase n called to cancel, to be informed I had to pay another 30 days!

    @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Can I please get someone to contact me ASAP. I’m calling about my (lack of) service but every time I’m on hold I get a recorded message saying “I have encountered a problem, goodbye” and the phone goes dead
