    @Foxtel ok so I’m on my third box this year and now the new ones not working big surprise. I have spent probably 8 hours over the past year with your technicians trouble shooting things. Next time it’s all going in the bin! Sort your hardware out FFS

    @Telstra is there an outage in 3169 Melbourne? No internet for past 2 hours but Foxtel works fine. Your website states there’s no outage in my area

    If there is a worse call centre / customer service setup than @Foxtel I'm yet to find it. Every. Single. Time.

    @FOXTEL_Help I can't get Foxtel Go to work since yesterday. I keep getting error code PE3016. This is on an iMac using latest MacOS (which did work a few days ago). Also had problem on iPad with latest iOS 15. I haven't tried iPad today.
