@clarkycj I feel like this could be the plot to a very bad Christopher Nolan movie. Probably a Foxtel exclusive.

I got a free trial of Foxtel (**** you, Murdoch) so I could watch Mr Inbetween, Our Flag Means Death & Selling Houses Australia. Pitch a show at me.

@claudia980980 Been doing it for two years including stuff like muting insiders and drum too because I don’t want the peripheral crap and I’m absolutely loving it. Struggled with Foxtel tbh coz of footy but cut that off last year and that’s a bit painful.

@Foxtel If you cant allow people to self-serve online when they want to remove a service from package, then you atleast need to have a dedicated phone line for cancellation. Currently onhold since last 20 min and it says wait time is 20-30 mins.

Bye bye @Foxtel 15 years a customer and finally streaming is destroying your thieving ways. Kayo, Disney, Netflix, Stan All cheap month to month than crappy ads and re-runs from Foxtel It pays to look after your long term subscribers instead of new I’m out, catch ya

@claudia980980 I canceled FOXTEL and the ******* the phone asked why. I told her I refuse to fund Rupert’s greed and her response was, “Yes, we’re getting a lot of that lately. I also prefer Quilton to the Australian or Daily Telegraph, and I NEVER subscribe to their “news” outlets online. 💯👌🏻

@CherylCritchley I had Kayo in ‘19, as I’ve never had Foxtel, worked well, but $25/m a bit exxy, so canceled at start of ‘20. They offered $15/m but only if you commit to 24m, didn’t bite. Would look at it again if no live pass though.

Great Day! Closed Foxtel account today. I can no longer support an organisation that does not promote democracy. Voting with my feet Mr Murdoch.

If ever there is a competition for the worst customer service in Australia I would nominate @Foxtel - their incompetence is almost comic
