You have taken payments from my account for 18 months after I requested my service be cancelled. And I have been waiting two months for a manager to call me back. 8 calls. A manager will call back within 48 hours. Still waiting! How can you treat customers that way? @FOXTEL_Help

@Foxtel We had it for years but got rid of it a while back. There were more ads than shows. Terrible user experience. They they failed to collect the boxes and took $400 from my account.

@FOXTEL_Help hey, I keep getting errors on the Foxtel App on my TV (LG C7) and through the web (PE4001 error code). Drops TV really quickly so can't watch a thing right now.
