Very poor form @Foxtel booked me in to install my service at a new residence then claim it wasn’t booked even though o have the email to prove it. Then don’t ring back as promised to sort this mess out. No wonder people are canceling their service

Anyone considering getting @telstra NBN through @foxtel forget it! Complete overpriced rubbish - we’ve had no service since Tuesday and have just been told issue may not be resolved till 4th May - unacceptable pile of crap, outages this year total approx 1 month

I just saw an ad saying foxtel cable network is shutting down. I guess the old "dinosaur" box I have will have to go? I hate new tech. I'm not good at installing that stuff.
