    @FOXTEL_Help we have been more than patient. We ordered a new box over a month ago. On demand doesn’t work on our box - u turned that off to force people to the new boxes - which are not available! The box has stopped working AGAIN. We are paying a lot of money for no service.

    @FOXTEL_Help OK update from me. Procedures mentioned above work BUT took away the ability to 'rewind' live shows. Only way to fix that was full system reset. Done, fixed, lost ALL previously recorded programs! I do hope there is some sort of compensation for this whole damned mess!!

    @FOXTEL_Help My account has been suspended due to lack of payment. I have since made the payment & tried to reactivate my account and now it won't accept my card despite taking money from it earlier this week. How do I rectify this problem?... thanks in advance

    @RBJRON Don't worry Ron, Foxtel is total repetitive ****, I use it as background just glancing up to reassure myself that I am watching the same show my mind is doing the commentary to.

    @R0C_CAT @kayosports used to have Foxtel so i didnt have this problem, but they removed xbox support

    @CGMakin @Foxtel Cancel. And when their call centre operator throws more and more free stuff, still cancel. They will do whatever they can to keep you on board, but you can do it. Get rid of Foxtel.
