    Hey @Foxtel any chance of getting problems solved within say 15 mins. On the phone for over almost 1.5hrs to an offshore call centre and still no resolution. Now have to wait up to 2hrs for a "callback"! 10yr+ customer being bent over again!

    @PRGuy17 My family was locked in with Foxtel on day one, luckily mum cut the cord a few years ago, we never used it back then.

    @Foxtel down in speed 100/40 to 100/20 even for premium customers is bad. You lost me already. Along with me downsizing my foxtel selections. You go ahead and align while I find others who don’t align with the rest of the market. What a bullshit excuse you want to be the same.

    @Fleafi7 Hi Fi. IQ2 does not support the full on demand content library you can get on newer boxes. If you wish to still access on demand content, you can upgrade your box to take advantage of the full range of features on IQ3/4, or access Foxtel Go. DM us for further info -Mac
