    @FOXTEL_Help why does Foxtel continue to offer better deals to new customers than it does to customers who have been loyal for 20 years. This is clearly a flawed business model. Just got told I needed to cancel my sub and wait 30 days before rejoining to get a better deal. Crazy!

    @Gemmasparkle @KMooreGilbert Are you talking about the interview Kylie had, unfortunately I missed it, I don't have Foxtel. I have followed Kylie's case since Aug 2020. I have found Kylie's ordeal horrifying and disturbing, I have been emotionally affected. I've never met Kylie BUT... 1/

    @BrentFord26 Been through it all with Foxtel. The call centre would tell you to cancel then reinstall the next day to take advantage of any offers rather than just match the offer. What a way to run a business.

    So filthy on @Foxtel I pay for the top package with 2 boxes and now they are asking me to pay extra $ for stuff I used to have included. Been with them since 1995 how’s that for loyalty. Hey @Foxtel loyalty goes both ways as does my ability to cancel
