Hey @Foxtel any chance of getting problems solved within say 15 mins. On the phone for over almost 1.5hrs to an offshore call centre and still no resolution. Now have to wait up to 2hrs for a "callback"! 10yr+ customer being bent over again!

@realnickelass @gen_eisenfaust @RealLucyLawless We don't get it all all here Down Under. Foxtel played it on cable a while back and the free to air TV did also but that's it for us. DVDs for me all the way.

Wtf is wrong with streaming services... we own every single one I can think of, including Foxtel, we have kayo Stan Netflix the lot... half the time I go to find a movie and it’s not available only to rent or not on anything.. now there’s not even an NBA game on now ? Lakers ????

@Fleafi7 Hi Fi. IQ2 does not support the full on demand content library you can get on newer boxes. If you wish to still access on demand content, you can upgrade your box to take advantage of the full range of features on IQ3/4, or access Foxtel Go. DM us for further info -Mac

@Baligazette @Foxtel My current rate is about to expire and to be honest, I think we will just cancel. Kayo does sport, Netflix/Stan movies, drama and TV, Disney/Netflix for kids. Saves about $100 a month which is insane.

@victoryknight17 unfortunately the SMH subeditor has framed the article more as ABC overspending - rather than foxtel double-dipping into the public purse, which is the real issue. so we end up with the usual garbage in the comments section 🙄

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help What is with the terrible camera work in the cricket? Fixed camera from behind the bowler. The viewers has no idea where the ball has gone after player has played a shot. Not really a premium viewing experience
