@Foxtel If you cant allow people to self-serve online when they want to remove a service from package, then you atleast need to have a dedicated phone line for cancellation. Currently onhold since last 20 min and it says wait time is 20-30 mins.

@CherylCritchley I had Kayo in ‘19, as I’ve never had Foxtel, worked well, but $25/m a bit exxy, so canceled at start of ‘20. They offered $15/m but only if you commit to 24m, didn’t bite. Would look at it again if no live pass though.

@LeftyLiteral Never watched Fox or Sky News. My son offered his log in to FOXTEL, I refused. When my daughter house-sat for a year, she had the satellite antenna put on the roof, when we got back we told FOXTEL to remove it. They offered deals, I offered to to relocate it to the tip for them

@claudia980980 I canceled FOXTEL and the ******* the phone asked why. I told her I refuse to fund Rupert’s greed and her response was, “Yes, we’re getting a lot of that lately. I also prefer Quilton to the Australian or Daily Telegraph, and I NEVER subscribe to their “news” outlets online. 💯👌🏻

@Telstra Tried kayo once, spam was chronic, despite endlessly unsubscribing. Telstra's service is 4th world. Foxtel fleeced my Dad when Mum died, theft from his credit card took a year, they were merciless, not another penny. @AFL wants to lose supporters? No care for "it's community"
