@Jrod_Dons @FionaRoseT Foxtel is the main reason kayo still has issues. They don’t want people like you switching to kayo. But they still want those who can’t afford Foxtel to spend their money on the idea of a cheaper kayo. They think if kayo is bad enough people may go stuff it let’s just get Foxtel.

@foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I'd like to have the details of the complaints department and broadband technical support managers please. My elderly mother has just had the most disgusting experience with a service agent called Dyna A. I've got the transcript, that agent should be fired

@TheDanBarrett As a customer - disappointingly, Foxtel has lured away the big guns (National Geographic, CNN) with exclusive deals. It leaves few decent channels available for Fetch - the BBC channels being the saving grace. The new UI has slowed the box down to a crawl, too.

@Post_Market @spudheadcapital I went to cancel my Kayo and Foxtel subs I had kind of forgotten about. System offered me half price (on average) to stay on for 12 months.

@paulquilty05 Yes, Binge & Foxtel have it. I’m sure I would find other things to watch on binge as well, but it’s really just a question of whether I can be bothered finding up for another service when it will end up on Britbox eventually. I am suffering withdrawals though!

Very pleased that @Foxtel have added the @OptusSport app to the IQ4 and IQ5 set top boxes. Has @foxtel thought about adding a Foxtel Now app too so that if, and when, the satellite goes down, we can conveniently use this alternative connection until the bad weather clears?
