@hinterland33 @MrTVAus AFL has a good hold on nine in Melb. Not AFL problem, just nine have frequent AFL shows weekly so NRL gets minimal attention. The fact Foxtel will cover the grant with $15 million a yr, NRL are in a good position to move to 10 or maybe 7.

@WSWanderingEels be careful for what you wish for. To me RL is priceless but the NRL market is actually worth lot less than what is paid. The end result is 100s of ads and an overpriced foxtel. Saying that the game needs a change and until a media org decides to support it, it will not get bettr

@ESPNAusNZ Something has to change here! Been watching hockey for years and years and now everything is more difficult, no app on Apple TV, nothing for consoles, requiring a fetch/foxtel service is absolutely ridiculous. Voting with my wallet and I hope many other Aussie fans do.

@LeagueUnlimited @AdamHux2 I was told by a foxtel employee that the broadcaster owned the rights so I figured he knew what he was talking about but it doesn’t shock me if he was wrong, he’s a foxtel employee after all. Dribbling **** seems to be in the job description.

@v1nnyl0ve I got it for my mum because her Foxtel service was “streamlined” because of her having the old box. So we got it as an alternative, I’m so impressed by the content & what’s on offer. I was surprised as well!!

@simmy_mumma23 I have no idea if you have Foxtel or not but I watched all my life on Saturday. It’s a tear jerker but i thought it was good. I don’t cry in movies ever but ****
