    @Foxtel upped my plan without notifying me now when I call in, happy to cancel or offer me the same plan at 20 bucks more per month. Appalling service, the worst being the jump without notice. Will be reporting this further.

    @FOXTEL_Help why can't I access Foxtel on demand? It's asking me to upgrade...upgrade from $140+ a month for a 5hitty IQ2? You're off your chops. And ur chat help function just cut me off with zero response tonight.

    Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.

    @Foxtel I'm having my exam for engineering 5th semester and I'm a subscriber of your network but every morning it shows no internet connection and your support team is not helping me... Please help me....

    @Foxtel I’m having issues with Foxtel go on PS4 pausing and buffering every few seconds, where other streaming apps like Netflix, Stan and Disney+ are having no issues (so I know it’s not my internet). Have reinstalled app...still same problem. Help me plz!!!!

    @Christoph_Elena @LaurenHLoz @TheodoorSteen I just sort of refuse to sign up to foxtel’s yearly relaunch of their shitty streaming service. Have been meaning to watch Small Axe though.

    @fitba11 Telstra randomly shut off my mum's Foxtel even though it was under contract and basically just wouldn't admit they messed up. Took a month to be fixed and was a 3 click fix
