    @DCOBBZ6 They told us that the quickest fix will be a box swap. Every year I get the same issue with the cheap Foxtel boxes and end up losing hours of saved shows following a swap.

    @FOXTEL_Help I have now been able to get Foxtel to start up. However I cannot change channel or access any menus via either the remote or via the box (ie. it is ‘stuck’ one one channel). Is this part of the same issue?

    @TeaganM17 @Foxtel Which now? If it's a terrestrial channel I don't think it matters, if it's a Foxtel channel then jump up and down like a mad woman!

    @AnnetteReid247 I know it’s on the network for us both nights but like foxtel might I’ve got rights to show it both nights which they don’t normally have takeovers

    @FOXTEL_Help Hi, our iQ3 has not been able to turn on since yesterday. Red light showing on front, have followed troubleshooting all the way through with no success. Have tried phoning support but also unsuccessful. Is outage related to the above issue?

    @naomimurphy23 @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help After waiting on the phone yesterday for over an hour a “technical expert” talked through reset etc. still not working. Appears even your “experts” can’t help. Terrible service and without TV for days yet you are still expect me to pay for it!!
