@FOXTEL_Help in the last week “No internet connection” has started to appear. Internet is working fine (no issues with Netflix, Stan, SBS, IView etc) Re-installed the app 3 times, which has done nothing. Any ideas?

  • MrTVAus Mr TV Australia (@MrTVAus) reported

@RonnyLerner So sad to see. CA completely ruined themselves with problem after problem and scandal after scandal after 2017, dating back to the doomed Seven-Foxtel broadcast deal and sandpaper-gate. T20Is used to pull 1 - 1.5m+ (5 city) on Ch 9 in the 2000s.

  • mojojay Starbucky Barnes (@mojojay) reported

A Discovery of Witches has been moved onto a channel that isn’t a part of my Foxtel subscription. Last year I could watch it no problems. This is a crime. A thirst tax! How dare they!

  • ItsBenParks Ben Parks (@ItsBenParks) reported

@Foxtel promised callback hasn’t occurred. Customer service & escalation management is a joke to them.
