Rough that half the episodes of a tv show season will be available with closed captions, and the second half won't have anything. I'm not hard of hearing, but regardless, that is pretty crap accessibility @Foxtel. Do better.

@mikedoeslife @gregbryant3 Foxtel renewed it's output deal with HBO last year. But Warner Bros are planning a global roll-out of the service. So it'll be a matter of the contract expiring or HBO terminating / buying out the contract before we likely see any movement on this.

Oi @FOXTEL_Help fix the audio on the app. There's no sound coming from the cricket game

@RugbyAUS has let down its supporters across Australia: For many years, Super Rugby was free on Foxtel. Now, you have to buy a Stan package for a minimum of $10 a month PLUS another $10 for the Sports package. This is totally hopeless. @Foxtel

**** foxtel and fox sports, delaying the Brisbane game, there’s like 6 sports channels right? Punishing fans that actually turn up to games #aleague #MACvSYD #brivadl

@wembleymich I got one a couple of days ago from Foxtel telling me my service was out, it wasn’t, and then another one about 6 hrs later saying they had fixed the problem. Never had any outage or even any issues

@Tsumi_Cat #Foxtel is just so out of date. And yes not worth the monies one has to pay. And doesn't help when you are constantly arguing with internet providers on speed you pay for so you can actually watch media streaming stuff without it cutting out on ya.

@candlemaths Yeah, I’m sure another streaming service will have the rights (probably Foxtel), and I’m sure Disney will just not renew the contract

  • Jamie_Doran

Just found out that @foxtel charge a processing fee for every payment option, except for Direct Debit. One more reason to cancel my subscription.

.@Foxtel: I gave you a chance. You’ve been apart of my family for decades. But there’s no other way to put it: you’re an inferior service charging an exorbitant fee, relative to your competitors. Contract or no contract, I want out. Who do I talk to? Happy to provide feedback.
