    @FOXTEL_Help why does Foxtel continue to offer better deals to new customers than it does to customers who have been loyal for 20 years. This is clearly a flawed business model. Just got told I needed to cancel my sub and wait 30 days before rejoining to get a better deal. Crazy!

    1) Telstra recently bumped us onto a ‘better’ NBN plan - you guessed - one that cost us more $$, saying old one expired, new one super fast. Ever since the speed and range has been painfully slow. Also billed us 4 FOXTEL that used to be free in package.

    @Ronnie62597744 @SkyNewsAust Sadly they are wholly different companies now. Sky News Australia is still controlled by the Murdochs through their Australian satellite network Foxtel. But Comcast, a very left of centre American media giant, outbid them to take full control of Sky in the UK and Europe.

    So @Foxtel just decided to turn off On Demand features without a word for ppl with an older box unless they upgrade their box for $100+? That's total bs...You should at least offer a free upgrade. Time to switch to a customer friendly service.
