@FOXTEL_Help your website says to disconnect (cancel my account) I need to call. Waiting time is 20 to 30 minutes. Must I do by phone, or can I do online? . (I should not have to ask: this ought to be clear on your website.) thanks.

@Foxtel If you cant allow people to self-serve online when they want to remove a service from package, then you atleast need to have a dedicated phone line for cancellation. Currently onhold since last 20 min and it says wait time is 20-30 mins.

I am so so so over mediocre service at high costs in Australia! @Foxtel your customer service is shocking - we rang in Dec to find out about our box if it was ok. Told it was old but no probs. Today I find out on demand service turned off 31 Jan- WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!! 1/2
