Hey @Foxtel - you got a problem. You bumped my plan up via text message, rang today to ask why, got told it’s going up again Feb 8. When I said “that’s too much I’ll cancel”, Customer Support staff literally said “No worries, give us a call to disconnect the account”. That stinks

Signal on Foxtel went out Thurs 7th Jan had 20 channels till 630 today , now nothing, to a tech comes n fixes,what the tech support had no clue about, on Monday 18th Jan ... 11days of tv I pay full price for , wtf

@cornerd @the_kk Another interesting fact: even Australian professional cricketers and their families -- who need Foxtel to watch Australia's overseas Tests -- have found Foxtel's customer service to be abysmal.

@adrianbarich Thanks Barra. Foxtel IQ4 doesn't have 7Mate in high-definition. I know it's the issue of @Foxtel & @FOXTEL_Help and it's pathetic that they don't address this, but it would be ideal if you show live sport on your primary channel, 7HD.
