    @FOXTEL_Help Hi guys.. we have just upgraded to iq4 from iq2. The problem I am having is the time is wrong ( time zone maybe) half hour fast. I can’t see anywhere in settings to adjust the time? Any help appreciated. Cheers

    @Telstra Yes! A man with no idea about technology who has been a Telstra/telecom customer his entire life, with a medical emergency button and priority assist was simply cut off because he asked foxtel for a tv subscription. Now disconnected for months on all services. How can you/foxtel?

    @ShiroFool @Kylefitz2006 Dang, we’re lucky, then. I remember when I heard about TTG airing 24/7, and assumed it was a problem here in Australia too. (We stopped watching Foxtel by the time this was a thing.)

    @Foxtel your service support is appalling. You happily take my money each month yet do not provide the service I pay for and offer no reasonable support. All we get when we ring up are automated messages. Disgraceful.

    @Foxtel DO NOT but this service. I attempted to buy the Paul vs Woodley fight for $30, and this payment was confirmed. Unfortunately , Foxtel changed their mind and decided that I did not make this purchase and would not allow me to watch the fight, thus stealing my money.

    @Foxtel customer of 27 years…needing to ring you every 6 mnth to negotiate yet another hike in my bill is wearing thin. 60% increase is a joke. No doubt in 6 mnth I’ll be offered another “discount” with further inflation. The gaslighting of your customer serv. is disgusting

    @rohan_connolly @BlackwellKyle Footy does that Roco, I broke a foxtel remote when we lost to hawks. Still hasn’t been replaced due to COVID delivery issues.

    @Telstra @Foxtel I have wasted the past 2.45 hours to resolve my Foxtel iq4 issues. I even tried to book a installer to come out which I was willing to pay for , but to be on hold for another 20mins and no response. I canceled it completely.**** service

    Sky News advertising across Foxtel is contributing to public anxiety. It's all 'end of the world' stuff, with the overly dramatic voices and images. Seriously how is this helping? If I cancel, I will have no free-to-air and no television. The tree change isn't worth this crap.

    Foxtel charge $300 when closing an account. Guess what for? That prehistoric, dust blown box to attach to the telly! If I return it to my Post Office charges are dropped. Don’t use Foxtel! Always always trouble…
