I shifted to Fetch. Check them and other alternatives out. Fetch is $6 a month - no contract, ultra hi-res (no Foxtel 1990s resolution!) - I have no connection to Fetch other than being a customer but how the heck can @Foxtel charge 4 times more for a their crap?

@FOXTEL_Help It’s pretty bad, been waiting a month to get switched over to NBN, don’t seem to keep records of customer communication, double up on identifying yourself, one last try on the phone to Phillipines call centre before I change providers

@the_summer_game @YeshowgoodWeiss Seems unlikely given the Sri Lanka vs England wasn’t, given the amount of people that asked Foxtel help it was disappointing that wasn’t on
