Rob Shakeshaft (@robshakeshaft) reported from Moss Vale, New South Wales@that_daffy @thenwerise @anniedundun I’m in a spot that has **** reception. I can get glitchy tv signal, worse if windy. Through Foxtel I get that same glitchy channel 7 that is unwatchable when windy, it literally just re-transmits my free to air.

Andrew Hawker (@AndrewHawker1) reported from Moss Vale, New South WalesNot what I was expecting as an ending but I actually enjoyed the final episode of @GameOfThrones. I thought it ties things up in a way that not many people would have expected. Now I’m off to cancel my Foxtel subscription...

Rock Sniffer (@SniffRocks) reported@Raiders_24Sep89 We need Foxtel not to own it kayo is garbage & will cost $500 a year soon for a tax payer subsidised sport. Channel 7 & 9 split coverage, ad free games on stan or similar
-
Kaitlyn (@doublepiked) reportedFoxtel hasn't got a single nrl or afl replay available from this week. What a useless piece of **** this service is.
-
bomber_stu (@stu0508) reported@terrypunter5 @kayosports Hmm. That shouldn't be giving you too many issues. I admit I switched from Foxtel to Kayo a while back to save some $$. My Kayo experience was also very poor, to the point I couldn't stand it and had to switch back

troy b (@troy_be) reported@Saints1890 So he’s giving up the kangaroos gig. What about Foxtel. Poor Corey Parker got booted for him.
-
James Milton (@jformaldehydem) reported@mary_hail20316 @KirstiMiller30 So pirate it then. Binge and Foxtel are both Murdoch properties. **** Murdoch!
-
joan Reynolds (@joanReynolds52) reported@RBJRON @strangerous10 I’m with you. Haven’t bought a Murdoch rag since 1997. Never subscribed to Foxtel and, for my own sanity, never tuned into Sky. Don’t walk into a Harvey Norman shop and avoid anyone else who advertises with the Murdochracy
-
Matlock (@Matlock47825386) reported@filmgeek_rq Yep absolute **** show. Murdoch said you’ll kill Foxtel so don’t let fibre happen, so Abbott dutifully obliged said ‘25mbps’ was sufficient. We’ve wasted billions on this the original plan was clearly the way to go.

John Davidson (@johnnyddavidson) reportedReported in The Courier-Mail today: The NRL’s plan to save Super League could be on the brink of collapse in what would be a devastating blow for the English game. The ARLC has been investigating a Super League rescue package for the past year, but it’s understood UK broadcaster Sky Sports is reluctant to come to the party with a palatable deal to satisfy the NRL’s investment strategy. There are suggestions DAZN, which now owns Foxtel, could support a Super League rescue package after former NRL CEO Andrew Abdo travelled to the UK in April for Super League buyout talks. The Super League could be in trouble. Picture: Alex Livesey/Getty Images But V’landys says the Super League deal could hit a deadend. That would be a potentially fatal blow for an ailing English game which is drowning in debt. Super League giants St Helens lost $6.5m alone last year. “Look, we’re trying to make the figures work at the moment, but unless the figures work, we won’t do it,” he said. “We’re having trouble making the figures work, that’s the truth of it. “I don’t know what will happen. I find it very tough (to proceed with a purchase). “We need to talk further with Super League. We haven’t put a proposal into them yet. “We understand the importance of the international game, so we’re not giving up.”
