@Foxtel upped my plan without notifying me now when I call in, happy to cancel or offer me the same plan at 20 bucks more per month. Appalling service, the worst being the jump without notice. Will be reporting this further.

Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.

Lucky for foxtel they don't have any competition so I can't cancel them and subscribe to another streaming service. Oh wait...
