@tinettitv @MichaelWestBiz The service provided now is riddled with ads (3-4 unskippable ad breaks per show) and at unwatchable low quality. Clearly ABC/SBS/Govt have no intention of providing a good competitor to Foxtel. I would pay if I could access the same content at hi def/4k with no ads.

The ending to ‘A Teacher’ on @Foxtel was terrible. Rate season 1 except for the final episode.

@sophieelsworth @australian Ahhh the irony that this article sits behind a paywall and this commentator is a contributor to a subscription news service on Foxtel.

@Antfarm81 @Foxtel The AFL have their own subscription streaming service. I used it a few years ago, it was great, had lots of "extras" (interviews with players etc). I seem to recall it was cheap, something like $5 a week...not bad to have access to every single game, live or on replay.

@AlexONei11 @GilhamNick @FOXFOOTY Well, if he’s not too embarrassed to show his face at Foxtel HQ again, then talking about a female colleague having her “licker licence” I’m sure won’t go down too well amongst Foxtel execs.
