After 8 years (at this address) I finally cancelled @Foxtel Lots of reasons why but paying increasing amounts of money for crap like Hillsong and Sky News definitely large contributors.

@FOXTEL_Help hello! Called customer service to get an optional package removed from my service & was told the only way to do so was to cancel my entire subscription & sign up again with a new email. Can you please confirm if that’s correct?

@Telstra Iam having great difficulty using the Telstra app to log a fault with my Foxtel service. I basically keep going around in circles following less than helpful links. Can u help?
