FOXTEL Issues Reports

  • D_Keating D “Now with 5G!” Keating (@D_Keating) reported

    It’s actually amazing that even Foxtel have pulled the NBN’s pants down on this issue. Their IQ5 box is basically streaming only, and guess what bandwidth you’ll need for that!

  • bigmanvandijk noah (@bigmanvandijk) reported

    @lfclachlan Oh I have Stan already but $25 is so **** I might just bin off Foxtel

  • Thee_Instig8or The Instigator🌏 (@Thee_Instig8or) reported

    Foxtel died on me so I’m on livenewsnow. US medication advertisements are scary as ****. Especially when I see one that I take!

  • haz61283189 haz (@haz61283189) reported

    Constant crashes, different TVs. Constant sign outs. Buffering so slow (no internet issues - just Foxtel). Resume TV show fails frequently. Adverts repeat 2 or 3 times the same advert, if it doesn’t crash in the middle.

    @LFC_Australia @DanMacPherson @StanSportAU Indeed. Same **** as Foxtel pulled for years 🙄🤮

  • SteveMolk The Guidefather 👍🇦🇺📺 (@SteveMolk) reported

    @gsyoung Yes, and no. Foxtel offer a heap of different channels, so if you combine their audience it's not bad. Also they 'only' have 25% penetration in the market, so they come off a lower base anyway. Nobody has to pay to listen to your community radio station.

  • PaulLenkic Paul Lenkic (@PaulLenkic) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    Intermittent @Telstra NBN and @Foxtel issues all of a sudden! The worst timing ever! 🤬

  • AusSportsGuy1 Aus Sports Guy (@AusSportsGuy1) reported

    @Reillyhead32 @neilsherwin Yeah I feel @StanSportAU have missed a trick with having to pay the extra on top of your normal Stan subscription to access it. Makes it feel very Foxtel with neededong to get multiple subscriptions from the same service if you just want UCL etc

  • haz61283189 haz (@haz61283189) reported

    And this is the same issues I had 2 years ago in a different house, using the Foxtel Now box. No issues with any other streaming apps at all. Made me cancel subscription back then as Foxtel just blamed my internet. Nothing wrong with internet - just a very poor Foxtel product.

  • haz61283189 haz (@haz61283189) reported

    @Foxtel how is it possible that over two years ago I had issues with the Foxtel app on tv, left Foxtel and now back again and the app is as terrible as before. So unstable and horrible to use. Looks like I won’t be sticking around again for long when so $$$
