@Telstra I still have daily issues with signal and foxtel telstra. Rebooted, manually and via online foxtel support but tv still has foxtel streaming freezing & not working properly.

@FOXTEL_Help why is streaming so garbage via Foxtel IQ3? I have way over 100mbps via my connection & yet the box only gets maybe 35mbps & STILL HAS FLUCTUATIONS IN RESOLUTION! What is wrong with your streaming service?

C’mon @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I’ve been on hold fo 40 minutes now, message says another 10 to 15 minute wait, when the original wait time was 20-30 minutes. No wonder I want to cancel - appalling service.

@FOXTEL_Help for the last 45 min you have been telling me my wait time is less than 5 min. I'm trying to disconnect my service, what other reason do I need now than this wait time? #overpriced #overrated
