    @JennaPrice Kept getting overcharged for foxtel/,telstra and spending 2+ hours on the phone every month for about 6 months. Found the head of customer experience on LinkedIn and got a phone number, spend 35 minutes explaining the situation and got 18 mths free. Cancelled at the end of that!

    Dear @Foxtel & @Optus why are there constant problems with your networks today? Getting a new modem and upgrading to iq5 was supposed to stop this.

    The signal from the home wifi is not strong in parts of my house as it drops out on my Foxtel in the bedroom at the back of the house and it could be blocked by the walls of the house. I heard you need open area with no walls or anything blocking wifi signal for it to work.
