@jessmcguire @Foxtel My mum cancelled Foxtel but they only did it for 1y. Mum thought it was permanent and didn't realize that it restated because she didn't use it . Many months of paying for nothing until she realized they didn't help her at all.

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Can I please get someone to contact me ASAP. I’m calling about my (lack of) service but every time I’m on hold I get a recorded message saying “I have encountered a problem, goodbye” and the phone goes dead

Hey @F1 so @Foxtel forgot to broadcast a huge chunk of P2 in 4K at Silverstone today. They have other major ongoing broadcast issues with their 4K F1 channel, yet continue to charge customers, refusing to let them leave contracts. Please reconsider the deal you have with them.

@PaulKaloper @MelanieWeckert Just like the woman (pensioner) who was in hospital when her Foxtel Bill was due. Her bill was $61.16 but when she paid online she forgot the decimal point, so paid $6116. Her son contacted and they said they will credit the surplus. No! Surely not. **** Foxtel!

@ReidyMC @Foxtel @jessmcguire $6000 for a pensioner who has made a mistake in the amount they meant to pay. Covering herself for Foxtel in case in trouble lol

@tighe_sean @Foxtel @jessmcguire Why? Plenty of people pay extra on bills if they can, that why cover yourself if ever in trouble
