@SpicyOrangeLive @aleaguemen When the league was cracking down on active fans in the active bays (e.g. chanting & singing) that's when most people left...also the move away from foxtel was a huge blow in terms of eyeballs. Totally forgot the league had started.

@BTCGandalf The biggest issue is these days people want the large house or unit in inner city, they buy coffees and lunches everyday, have Netflix, Foxtel, Disney, Amazon Prime, Stan, brand new mobile phones, a European car etc now! They can’t wait. That’s the issue

@VinceRugari A regressive step for the game. Football in this country very Sydney centric since Lowy took over and non Sydney FC fans have had to put up with the bias for years, especially on former tv partner foxtel. Soaring travel costs won’t help either… RIP ALM

@JonesHowdareyou At what point do you ask whether you want to support someone’s business at all? Would you buy Foxtel?

@danger_moose @TV_Blackbox My point is foxtel has invested hundreds of millions. No doubt it was a **** fight at the end. AL figures have been on a downward trend years prior and thats fact.

@Michael57055438 @TrooperOz I could imagine, I never liked advertising either. Even long ago when we had Foxtel, I couldn’t stand the ads. If I want to watch movies, I stream them. Easy.
