@Telstra That is... inaccurate. If you are mid process, "Get help" sends you back to the start, and often will require logging in again. This is particularly frustrating for Foxtel with Telstra because you have to fill in your account number which means you need to go back to the app

@goldenboy1978a @WWE @Foxtel It’s definitely not my internet connection or content availability as they suggested. Support said modem might be glitched and a restart was supposed to fix…it didn’t. Other content works fine both dl’d and streamed. Just not the WWE content which I have to watch elsewhere. 2/?

@goldenboy1978a @WWE @Foxtel Yeah, I think for the first few days I could too. I’ve spoken to support many times, giving the same info multiple times. I’ve been asked to be authorised for support to escalate the issue which I should already be. Awaiting for a call from Telstra to authorise again. 1/?

@LeagueFreak Not sure if it helps, but I think Foxtel have it listed under their Sports package. You can watch at anytime. Sorry if this doesn't help...

A lot can be said about the gradual demise of television, but I reckon Foxtel is probably in a more precarious position than the FTA networks (aside from Ten, maybe) at the moment. What incentive would there for most subscribers to hang on if it wasn't for sports coverage?

@MayorOfOrange @binge_help @scottyknight Based on the information on Foxtel Go, the data size for the content is really big for many things. This is most likely the reason why it’s slow. I too wish we kept ask to the current WWE Network until at least 50% or more content is uploaded. Would make the transition easier.
