    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

    @Telstra Unreal. 48 hours to get a simple add on service through telstra foxtel. Utterly pathetic and frustrating. You need to sort your customer service out!

    @FOXTEL_Help Have tried the reboot a couple of times. Others on the whirlpool forums are encountering the same problem. Perhaps linked to the recent cancellation of bonus channels?

    @ChrisOShea12 @Foxtel Yes I want to know why we have to wait so long in Oz for Curse of Oak Island to air every year?Makes it so hard to avoid spoilers, plus I’d like to watch it. @Foxtel I feel I get less and less value from your service. Please air Season 8 ASAP
