@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Paul Sheridan (VicPol Detective overseeing Silk murder and Lawyer X) never, not even once, interviewed Concelebrating priest, altar servers, choirboys or parishioners. @Foxtel I’ve made 5 written complaints, spent countless time ringing and now finally have an appointment for a tech to visit in over 2 weeks time, to fix a service that’s been broken for 2 months, but which you keep charging me for. Call this customer service? I call it theft.
