@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

My 94-year-old grandfather, who has Foxtel, called me at half time. Him: Tell me you didn't give Kayo $25 just to watch this game. Me: No, I'm listening on the radio. Him: They should be paying us to watch this crap. #AFLPiesCats

I *literally* gave myself a nosebleed trying to “talk” my 92 year old father through technology. i.e., how to turn on Foxtel and then how to hang up the frigging phone... *sigh*

@Foxtel if you really must put pre-roll ads before content on the most expensive streaming subscription tv in the AU market. Can you at least do it in a way that doesn’t crash your app? Sit down to watch some AFL360 after a tough day and all I get is ads and a black screen. #fail

Thanks @Telstra @NBN_Australia for another outage. No home Internet or @Foxtel tv but your websites say everything is fine. And your phone queues suck.

@scottnz411 @alexgobert23 @ProMotocross In rural Australia apps are useless because the internet is so terrible I’ve had Foxtel for years just for SX/mx. Some of the **** they broadcast you’d reckon they would have a spot for AMA mx

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I assume this outage that will possibly last all weekend (during Vic Lockdown) is unforseeable. However would have been nice if my chat session with technician didn’t “timeout” because I was requesting chromecast fee to be waived.
