Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

Nine would like to retain (or gain) some exclusivity for live telecasts as Foxtel regularly beats it for viewers when games are simultaneously broadcast. Mel (@its_me_mel_xx) reportedI'm almost done with @Telstra. Two months in a row I've had bill problems with Foxtel by Telstra. I tried to cancel it a couple weeks ago but they gave me a good discount. Get new bill today, discount applied BUT the price of it went up, wiping out the discount. 🤬🤬
