@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

The LNP IPA are as believable as the person walking into the ER at 2am with a Foxtel remote stuck up their ***, and when asked by the nurse "how did this happen?" They respond with "I just made popcorn & went to sit down to watch a movie, and it went in" #auspol #libsarefubar

So @Foxtel just decided to turn off On Demand features without a word for ppl with an older box unless they upgrade their box for $100+? That's total bs...You should at least offer a free upgrade. Time to switch to a customer friendly service.

@FOXTEL_Help why does Foxtel continue to offer better deals to new customers than it does to customers who have been loyal for 20 years. This is clearly a flawed business model. Just got told I needed to cancel my sub and wait 30 days before rejoining to get a better deal. Crazy!

@AusGovMediaTech Foxtel should never have exclusive broadcasting rights to any sporting event in Australia, why is this still a thing. I would love to watch F1 live through F1's own subscription service but because of Foxtel that can't happen.
