@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

The airwaves are filled with debate to justify your collective existence, but instead you are killing the goose that laid the golden egg

@Telstra Thank you Brandon. We are now on day 6 with no internet no Foxtel/streaming no home phone line. Super frustrating and disappointing. I hope the technician can fix everything today and I have no further issues.

@MarcellaBrasset I try so damn hard to avoid Sky. We only have Foxtel as my partner is a sports nut. I think this may be the death of me but I will give it my best shot….
