    @saintbenny63 @Foxtel They only care about new customers, they don’t give a **** about long time customers. If it wasn’t for the @NRL & racing I would cancel it.

    @AyalTusia @Foxtel **** Foxtel. My "offer" is about to expire so they want to charge me an extra $30 a month for what we get. So much for customer loyalty.

    @FOXTEL_Help I don't have issues turning them on, as it is set permanently on captions & I double check it before I watch anything, it's just not working. It is set up & switched on but still no captions. Captions work for other channels I tested.

    Good news for Australia, at least; they currently stream HBO stuff on Foxtel...which has been criticized...but, there are rumors that their new "Project Areas" is actually a plan to develop some sort of localized HBO Max service for Australia. We'll see how that goes.

    I had a call centre conversation last night with Foxtel. I just got asked by them to do a quick 2 minute survey. Happy to oblige but wouldn't have if they wanted a slow 2 minute survey.
