@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help .. Then I was told to check back ‘from time to time’ to see when it is available ... when I asked what that means the woman said ‘just every now and then over the next few days’!! I wish we had a proper TV service delivering @Outlander_STARZ in Australia! ..

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help despite being told that if I paid up I would have instant access ... so I was transferred to ‘technical help’ ..... after a LONG period of silence I was told that they are having trouble with #outlander and it is not available!!! .... contd ....

They finally answer, and tell me that I've reached the *wrong* disconnection department. Said I'm calling the fraud department of my credit card company & hung up. They called back in 15.
