Day has conspired to get me home, so that means I’m doing the #Wrestlemania35 thing. Thanks WWE Network for saving me from having to give money to Foxtel!

@FOXTEL_Help Hi Mac, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it works just fine. Looks like it was a problem with the TV. Thanks so much for letting me know you’re there. I appreciate it

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help is shambolic with the most appalling service ... it’s not unusual to have to talk to 3 or 4 people or departments to get a sensible answer ... so, now we wait ........... ⏰ 🕰

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help .. Then I was told to check back ‘from time to time’ to see when it is available ... when I asked what that means the woman said ‘just every now and then over the next few days’!! I wish we had a proper TV service delivering @Outlander_STARZ in Australia! ..

@ReidyMC @Foxtel @jessmcguire $6000 for a pensioner who has made a mistake in the amount they meant to pay. Covering herself for Foxtel in case in trouble lol

@PaulKaloper @MelanieWeckert Just like the woman (pensioner) who was in hospital when her Foxtel Bill was due. Her bill was $61.16 but when she paid online she forgot the decimal point, so paid $6116. Her son contacted and they said they will credit the surplus. No! Surely not. **** Foxtel!

@evaleucien @theprojecttv @Foxtel Making it credit on her account is effectively trying to force her to pay for a service for years that she may not want. Absolute disgrace.

@tighe_sean @Foxtel @jessmcguire Why? Plenty of people pay extra on bills if they can, that why cover yourself if ever in trouble

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel how useless is your service to your customers? I paid to watch UFC276 & can’t view on tv or on phone. Your Customer Support is non existent, waited on phone for 1h then get cut off, online chat cuts off, no reply on your Twitter Help. #UFC276 😡 #foxtel

Hey @F1 so @Foxtel forgot to broadcast a huge chunk of P2 in 4K at Silverstone today. They have other major ongoing broadcast issues with their 4K F1 channel, yet continue to charge customers, refusing to let them leave contracts. Please reconsider the deal you have with them.
