David Horrocks (@DavidHorrocks1) reported@Foxtel I sent an email to Foxtel and tried to make a follow up phone call. But the live chat cut out. My wife passed away on Friday and I have no interest in television so I want to cancel my account.
-
James Bing (@BingIsBackBaby) reported@MrTobyCook @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help The only traction was to say I wish to cancel...they transferred me to their Australian loyalty and retention team who replaced their set top box and gave them a $480 credit over 12 months... I recommend others doing it. They have no technicians or on short support now sadly.

jason quealey (@jq1970) reported@nrlphysio @kayosports This is why I kept the @Foxtel box and avoid the poor service you get with streaming
-
FBDonkey (@FBDonkey) reported@onepercentas When travelling in my caravan all my streaming platforms would work with a low internet signal except for one... KAYO. It's like they deliberately make it bad so that people sign up for Foxtel
-
Lexi (@InternetPiglet) reported@tresantes Sidenote i think i might be the reason foxtel now makes you sign up for every channel to get the documentary ones at all now, because i was watching that **** for like 10 hours a day for years and only paying $10/mth, it had to have been a loss for them
