    I noticed only the Foxtel channel signal goes out in heavy rain on my Foxtel as the free to air TV with the Ariel plugged into the back of the Foxtel box didn’t loose signal in the heavy rain as I was watching one of the free to air channels.

    @FOXTEL_Help Foxtel your customer service is atrocious. I made 3 different phone calls and everyone of them had me on hold for a very long time then hung up on me. Its beyond a joke how rude your call centre staff is.

    SKY please get rid of Clennell. He’s just too much into a gotcha moment! I thought SKY was for fair and balanced reporting, but he brings rubbish into the equation. Smirks like an idiot when he thinks he has a win! Not happy and thinking of canceling Foxtel.

    @Foxtel is seriously the worst company to deal with for @FOXTEL_Help Spent 30mins trying to downgrade my package only for them to tell me it will be more expensive. By downgrading Foxtel, that would then raise the broadband which then would make the package more expensive. 🤬

    I'm still with Neil. That was his line in the sand and he stuck with it. Fair enough. But expecting ideological or ethical purity from any network is fraught. You may have Foxtel just for the sport but you're still subsidising Sky News.

    @__Rounders__ @mattrfrancis Done that as well. When the Foxtel/NBN bloke came last time he told me I never needed to worry about the aerial socket again. And the aerial cable they provided isn't compatible with the Foxtel box.

    @SeigeCeej @vronwe @mushka_mushk Thanks.! I have Amazon… I was conned into it and keep meaning to cancel it but I’ll check if it’s on there. Otherwise MIL will be getting a call for the foxtel password! Much easier than other years! 😬

    @timchuma @danilic Foxtel don’t do FTA HD for lots of customers. You gotta use the TV tuner and the channel numbers never change there!
