    So @Telstra , you send an email saying you are simplifying products, separating Internet and Foxtel packages. In the mean time, you just jacked it up by $10 a month and yet the service get worse. How about you just send out an email saying your prices are going up! BS spin!

    @StreetRuffian75 @Telstra We have an IQ4 box so it all runs as normal through that. Can still record, download from the library etc. Its legit Foxtel lol. NBN has gone down twice in the 4 or so months we’ve had it due to storms but that’s an existing infrastructure issue rather than a Foxtel one

    FFS, @Foxtel . You charge a ridiculous amount for sub-standard service, then make people sit on hold for 20 minutes to cancel, and then when you finally speak to someone you have to ask FIVE TIMES. Good riddance.
