    @FOXTEL_Help I’ve had “no Foxtel tv signal” since 9.35am. I called Foxtel and they said there’s an outage but they couldn’t tell me what outage it actually is and the cause. It’s now 2.15pm and still no signal. How long until we get the service back? This is ridiculous...

    @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Foxtel’s customer service and support is atrocious. Completely non existent actually. It’s been 3 weeks now and we still can not get a call back or a resolution.

    1/2 Hey @Foxtel after 19 years and 11 mths I am swapping from satellite Foxtel to FoxtelNow streaming. You could not make it harder for me. No customer service to help.
