    @Foxtel down in speed 100/40 to 100/20 even for premium customers is bad. You lost me already. Along with me downsizing my foxtel selections. You go ahead and align while I find others who don’t align with the rest of the market. What a bullshit excuse you want to be the same.

    @Telstra is there a problem with home phone and Foxtel in western Sydney? Neither of mine is working but internet is fine. Tried ringing but can’t get through your lines are busy. Thanks

    Hey @Foxtel any chance of getting problems solved within say 15 mins. On the phone for over almost 1.5hrs to an offshore call centre and still no resolution. Now have to wait up to 2hrs for a "callback"! 10yr+ customer being bent over again!

    Not happy @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help you are cutting my service because I don't NEED to upgrade my IQ box!! Perhaps it's time to cut you off Permanently! Just what part of the On Demand is not working on older boxes, you don't explain at all.
