    @Foxtel The only organisation that thinks it is a good idea to offer new customers a $40 a month cheaper offer than that existing loyal customers pay , answer when I called them was cancel your service and sign up as new customer ... genius ... next blockbuster

    @Foxtel Hi Foxtel, in a month where you increase my price for my package by $20 per month , you now are offering the exact package and contract length to new customers for $40 less. I am told I am best to cancel and sign up as a new customer , this is completely irrational. Pls

    @baowneh @WLeague It’s been doing my head in, Foxtel help are actually pretty helpful on here if you DM them but these listings are a mystery to them too... I just had to get Kayo for the last few rounds

    @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help You offered me an IQ4 box for FREE. But now you've charged me $185 for the box & a connection fee. Talk about fast tracking customer disgust and walk outs. Disgraceful

    Wow so I was just able to cancel my @Foxtel subscription this time around without too much hassle. I was paying $50/pm and would’ve kept it had I been able to keep it at that price but they wouldn’t budge. Anyhoo I won’t miss it.
