@FOXTEL_Help Chat support is appalling. Impossibly laggy and frequent insufficient answers.

@Foxtel is useless if you need help! Don’t bother contacting the help line - impossibly slow and haven’t helped. Is it too much to ask that a service provider, provide actual SERVICE?
-
Justine 😷
(@JLK19569) reported
@Foxtel Nope, nothing gets done if I contact your ‘help’ site. This problem is happening more and more frequently. It’s just not good enough.

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel I already did and was quoted 72 business hours.... I think I might just stay with other streaming services with that kind of service

@Foxtel Nice to see Open Caption / English Subtitle on that video that I appreciate as deaf person, but you never added Closed Caption on WWE RAW / NXT / SmackDown shows weekly on FOX8. When will you do it? I will miss WWE Network so much for including 100% Closed Caption unlikely Binge.

Tim Dunn
(@MrTimDunn) reported
@aussiewongm @railmaps @Foxtel The problem with ppl doing that is that it lowers the viewing figures on the Oz channels, which means it's less likely that series 2 will then get to Oz - so all the other people who don't have that tech to hand miss out.

(@dwoodbridge) reported
Pondering why this morning Foxtel can still get away with not having an accessible box for their service? You’d think by now there would be an option.

There are more ads on pay TV subscription service @foxtel than free to air TV.. just saying @rupertmurdoch is ripping off pay TV customers #auspol
