  i really can't wait for the @ALeague season to be over so i could cancel @kayosports. so tired of these issues of always starting it from the start and clicking live. just over how kayo is. hopefully as soon as i move out i get foxtel or something because @kayosports is rubbish!

  Experimenting with @FOXTEL_Help twitter account to see if it might actually provide the help that @Foxtel ‘s call centre cannot. Three weeks into a complex and potentially epic customer service fail. Are people listening or not I wonder.... #autoethnography of social media

  @bertha_c They shut down the Disney Movies channel on Foxtel in Australia as part of the set up of Disney+ (the regular Disney cable channel is still there though). Saying that the Fox Sports channels are shutting is strange though as Fox Sports is a different company to Disney

  The joy of being an adjunct prof is that I can spend most of the day engaging with customer service staff from several companies and call it research. Props to @ANZ_AU And @Qantas. Boo hiss unnamed couriers. @Foxtel jury still out but not looking good. #FirstWorldProblems

  @DanielGarb @ALeague Foxtel forcing a condensed season with all these midweek games as well as rescheduled short notice games doesn't help either. But yeah, Western United doing themselves no favours not having a home ground.
