    @FOXTEL_Help Lodged an online application to return my IQ4 box as per your instruction to an advised Parcelpoint drop off location. Get to the destination only to find the business has closed down. Foxtel can now arrange to have it collected from my home. Booking code : PHJRFVQ3

    @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel Here let me help. @ACurrentAffair9 there is a 2 whole suburbs that have suddenly lost their Foxtel and no body can give answers of what has happened (some are even getting laughed at on technical support) but we are all still be billed full price. And can’t get a technician out.

    @Foxtel why is there a ton of houses with no Foxtel in Jordan springs NSW. I had a tech booked tomorrow because there was no outage then within a few hours cancelled because there is an outage. Now no tech available till 23rd December. What is going on?

    @GummiVenusDMilo I worked at Foxtel in the late 90s, and during a very boring meeting, that involved HR. Those words were used at me. And before my brain could stop my lips, out came aren’t they just buzz words that dumb people used to sound important, didn’t go down great

    @dwoodbridge Binge (owned by a Foxtel subsidiary) is awful too. Lagging way behind other streaming services in terms of accessibility and audio-described content.
