    @FOXTEL_Help OK update from me. Procedures mentioned above work BUT took away the ability to 'rewind' live shows. Only way to fix that was full system reset. Done, fixed, lost ALL previously recorded programs! I do hope there is some sort of compensation for this whole damned mess!!

    Why would any non-sports nut pay for a Foxtel subscription? There are so many channels but nothing worthwhile to watch. Pity this apartment's TV doesn't support casting.

    @Foxtel why is nobody helping me? My IQ4 has been broken all week. Don’t ask me to turn it off and on again. I have contacted you guys EVERYDAY trying to sort this. You’re happy to take my money but not happy to fix your problem #customerservicefail

    Australians got Austar for add free TV. Now they have Foxtel which is 50 % adds. How stupid are we?
