@touringsun @evaleucien @Foxtel They didn’t “give her a credit”, the payment just put her bill into credit as every creditor does when you overpay your bill. As soon as the customer’s daughter requested a refund it was done. These companies don’t manually check every account to ensure they’re not overpaid.

Hey @Foxtel what does a customer have to do to talk to a real person? Randomly sending signals to my device isn’t fixing anything. Answer the phone and maybe you can fix the problem!

@FOXFOOTY Why do Foxtel commentators pronounce Nick Vlaustins's name as as Vlaustone, it sounds so stupid when it is clearly TIN, not TONE?

@Foxtel your customer service sucks. I have called your technical support line, and it just goes in circles. I want to talk to a technician to fix my fault and you make it impossible!

On the old iQ2 box for Foxtel the satellite signal use to go out a lot when it rained and it was annoying but with all the new boxes they have fixed it going out a lot when it rains. The satellite signal mainly goes out when it is a storm or it is raining really really heavy.

@evaleucien @theprojecttv @Foxtel Making it credit on her account is effectively trying to force her to pay for a service for years that she may not want. Absolute disgrace.
