    @JusticeOzzie @grantedjohn @Foxtel He wouldn't have the telecoms portfolio and never got the top job without following the puppeteer's commandments. He has made plenty of money investing in the copper supplier while also investing in fttp rollouts in Europe.

    Me: it seems that I just get screwed over by company x. Mate: just call and threaten them to leave if you don't get a better deal Me: after years (decades) I shouldn't need to threaten them to be recognized as a valued customer. Too much to ask? #telstra #foxtel #CustomerService
