Hey @Foxtel - you got a problem. You bumped my plan up via text message, rang today to ask why, got told it’s going up again Feb 8. When I said “that’s too much I’ll cancel”, Customer Support staff literally said “No worries, give us a call to disconnect the account”. That stinks

  • the_tezt Terry Howlett (@the_tezt) reported

@DaveMilbo It's not always bad. We have a HFC (legacy foxtel) connection and get BLAZING fast speeds (with teenage gamers in the house) . using a Google Nest mesh kit. Regularly get over 180 to 190 Mbps daytime use, up to 100 in peak evenings

@kitjoegia @Foxtel @SkyNewsAust I don't care if people are rich from providing fantasy like GOT, but when **** is put to air on Sky and pretends it's factual news, that's not right.

@amy_sinclair9 Foxtel and HP giving them a run for their money with the outsourced customer service centres overseas...nothing of note gets done. Could be due to company policies and procedures

@FOXTEL_Help I’ve been discussing it all arvo. Everyone is towing the party line and copying and pasting that exact response. I’m on the DMs with Elle now. No one gives a ****
