@Christoph_Elena @LaurenHLoz @TheodoorSteen I just sort of refuse to sign up to foxtel’s yearly relaunch of their shitty streaming service. Have been meaning to watch Small Axe though.

@FOXTEL_Help Georgia, can I pass around a hat and get a coupla dollerydoos together? Would that help? @JoeyNicita? But in all seriousness, is there a way we can petition Foxtel to look at it in 2022?

@Foxtel so the day I cancel my 11yr multi room subscription you happen to stop supporting on demand on my existing boxes so I haven’t got access to things for the remainder of my contract with you - very classy!! #wonderwhyididntleavesooner #poorcustomerservice

Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.

@AlanBaxter Big call, from an Australian. Not because of our whole "convict nation" thing... Just because TV networks give absolutely no ***** about us and Foxtel sucks.

@Foxtel what a friggen joke your customer service is. Just pull a service without telling anyone anything, then after 40 minutes on the phone without an adequate answer the line disconnects, can’t wait for your monopoly to end

@Foxtel @YoshokoY I’m aware support staff are usually quite removed from Product Decisions and strategies, but pass this information over to your UX department.
