  @nyunggai Having been in hospital for a month and ongoing tried to pay my foxtel account and suspend my account for 2 or 3 months got nothing but run around because I was not ringing from home phone I got rid of in June absolutely disgusting service they only treat you properly signing up

  @ossienet @byzbateson @Foxtel customer service told me I was stupid after going back and forth with them for 40min when wanted to cancel with them. Never again, we use Kayo and Netflix/Disney+/Stan and still works out cheaper and better service

  Just rang up Foxtel to cancel my subscription as I now longer need it for A-League and got a ridiculous deal to stay on. Also negotiated a great deal with audio equipment. I’m on a roll today! Who else can I negotiate with now?
