    @FOXTEL_Help @lucky_rae Fully agree - I tried to discuss with messenger got no where- they cannot use phone to discuss - so submitted a online email to Customer Advocay on 31 st May as not happy with service and current charges and still awaiting a reply!

    @Foxtel Endless repeats as filler between commercials Quite possibly the worst GUI I have used. Now cable (stability was one of the few attractive aspects) is ‘closing’.

    @Foxtel hi, your chat is broken. Was just asked for my details gave them and then I was asked for my details again and still no reply after I pointed out I had provided them 1 minute earlier. Now the chat has been ended and I’m no further ahead.
