@Foxtel any chance you’re going to stop playing so many ads yet not reducing package prices? It’s a paid service there should be little to no ads. No wonder people are leaving in droves. I’m not paying to watch ads, I can watch those on FTA, which is fine because it’s free.

@FOXTEL_Help @tatsyellow46 Dear foxtel help. We had a new iq4 installed yesterday. Wasn't working, so technician opened another new box, plugged it in & left. The second box won't record or live pause so we were told we need another box. (Box 3)

@NBN_Australia It is def showing up on that link a outage (since about 3:15 pm). Any idea on when it might be fixed? I have no internet or Foxtel cable right now .

@Foxtel Not happy we are unable to watch 9 or 10 yet we are told it’s our problem. Yet our tv in our bedroom works perfect on our normal antenna.Seems the issue is the Foxtel satellite but no one will fix it !
