    @Foxtel upped my plan without notifying me now when I call in, happy to cancel or offer me the same plan at 20 bucks more per month. Appalling service, the worst being the jump without notice. Will be reporting this further.

    @Foxtel so the day I cancel my 11yr multi room subscription you happen to stop supporting on demand on my existing boxes so I haven’t got access to things for the remainder of my contract with you - very classy!! #wonderwhyididntleavesooner #poorcustomerservice

    @katea76 Never have, never will when they treat their "employees" like slaves. I can never believe how many people have no compunction to buy food this way. I guess this is the issue with society today - you know it's not good but you do it anyway - like Foxtel viewers & LNP voters!

    @FreddoFrog11 @HenryLawson55 @OMGTheMess I think that was wrong for the government to give Foxtel money. You could make an argument for a service for emergency information. Not news or current affairs shows.

    Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.
