    @FOXTEL_Help The power in my suburb was down for planned maintenance. Ever since my power came back on my Foxtel IQ3 isn’t working. It keeps coming up with an orange light. I’ve restarted the box, unplugged and plugged the HDMI cable back in, and checked the coax cable. Thoughts?

    My mum has Foxtel but had a problem with the box not responding so I told my mum how to reboot her box without actually switching it off as you just hold and press the on/off button on the Foxtel box until you see it rebooting on screen.
