    @wpasterfield @Foxtel It’s nuts - I’m more or less an original subscriber but just tolerate it nowadays - a hyper priced product, channel after channel of TV sludge they couldn’t pay me to watch. They can’t see it because cause Foxtel’s fundamental problem is that it believes in its own publicity!

    @FOXTEL_Help Thanks anyway but I am in the process of going elsewhere. You have no idea about customer service. Finding someone who can speak English is a chore in itself.

    @wpasterfield @FOXTEL_Help Spare me your “speak English”crap. You try and get C/S staff who “speak English” and have deal with ***hole public daily. I feel sorry for the poor buggers who have to deal with the English speaking customers whether they’re fxtel, airline or anywhere else

    @wpasterfield @Foxtel Cancel your subscription. Then put it back on a month later. You’ll get all new gear and probably get it cheaper because you’re a “new” customer. Foxtel shows loyalty to longtime customers.
