@HuffPost His remarks weren't "misunderstood," they were taken exactly as he meant them, as a thoughtless misogynistic insult said so casually he's clearly accustomed to people tolerating from him, and Foxtel's boilerplate reply shows he didn't actually apologize. CEOs are garbage fires.

@HuffPost More misogynistic claptrap from Murdoch's @Foxtel. It's no wonder so many girls and women, and it is usually more women than men, have self esteem issues.

That feeling you get when you realize that you'll never be able to fix your own stupidity... Yep, that's what Foxtel's Patrick Delany is feeling right now.

@bostonheartmom @HuffPost @Foxtel It's shocking how a CEO for the company that is showing the series is stupid enough to insult the actress that IS the reason for its die hard fans. Is he stuck in the medieval times? He's in the wrong job, man. Jeez what a jerk. 🙄

@RealBundyBear I've only had my Foxtel subscription for about 15 months now / since I quit smoking cigarettes at that time, I can now afford to pay for Foxtel out of my Disability Pension ! It use to cost me $400 a month to smoke, but only $100 per month for Foxtel. I'll never watch CH 9 again.

@Mvfcarsenal @PRGuy17 The main reason was that Murdoch needed time to migrate from Foxtel and cable and Satellite slow speed, to high speed internet so harpooned the NBN, so Netflix and others wouldn’t be too far in front of Foxtel/Binge..
