@jessmcguire @Foxtel @Foxtel you can’t possibly be so unscrupulous as to refuse a refund! Your valuable customer remembered to pay you even though she was hospitalised. She deserves a refund & a discount 📺

  • evaleucien evaleucien (@evaleucien) reported

@TonyCinema @theprojecttv @Foxtel That is not the point, an old woman who chose a service and overpaid them accidentally should be given a refund as procedure in those circumstances.

  • GadgetKingAus Rodney King (@GadgetKingAus) reported

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I’ve been a customer for over 20years and your customer help team won’t allow me to remain on my current package and are happy for me to disconnect.

  • evaleucien evaleucien (@evaleucien) reported

Hey @theprojecttv did you know a poor old lady in hospital accidentally overpaid her bill, $6,100 instead of $61 and @Foxtel have kept the cash and given her credit to her account. Can you please help her get the cash back into her account please?

@PaulKaloper @MelanieWeckert Just like the woman (pensioner) who was in hospital when her Foxtel Bill was due. Her bill was $61.16 but when she paid online she forgot the decimal point, so paid $6116. Her son contacted and they said they will credit the surplus. No! Surely not. **** Foxtel!

  • KeithPendleton1 Keith Pendleton (@KeithPendleton1) reported

@Foxtel your customer service sucks. I have called your technical support line, and it just goes in circles. I want to talk to a technician to fix my fault and you make it impossible!

  • Jarrod_Grimace Jarrod Hall (@Jarrod_Grimace) reported

@Foxtel @jessmcguire Foxtel - should never had come to this point - should have been an auto refund.
