    Just spent 2 hours on hold to @FOXTEL_Help due internet down. Finally got thru to o/s call centre to be told “can’t help you, please ring back in 2 hours because our system is down” WTF.....useless

    @Foxtel I am trying to transfer my acct - on hold for 2hrs, transferred to 4 ppl & ended up back with @Telstra service 😜 I want to transfer to foxtel direct - not cancel but no one cares? who do I talk to - do you want my business??

    @FOXTEL_Help guys I’ve tried to cancel my service since 10/03/22. I’m being harassed now. Someone needs to help me asap otherwise I’m going to the ombudsman. I’m not waiting on a call centre line any longer.
