Congrats to @Foxtel on fixing your 4K coverage of the @F1 through @SkySportsF1. There was no sound issues at all!!! #F1

  • Samuel_SGS Samuel Gordon-Stewart (@Samuel_SGS) reported

@KirstinLewis25 @FOXTEL_Help Try channel 571. It’s poor quality SD, but at least it works. 501 has been down more than up for 24 hours now :(

  • ClaireLouDean Claire Dean (@ClaireLouDean) reported

@DeanFonzy @FOXTEL_Help Same problem, so frustrating

  • masong0899 Mason Graham (@masong0899) reported

@danbowden @FOXTEL_Help Everyone is having this issue as well foxtel has provided no update as to why

  • DeanFonzy Dean Marsham (@DeanFonzy) reported

@Samuel_SGS @rambunctiousgo3 @FOXTEL_Help Why can’t they fix it we have the latest box and this should not be happening

  • BridgeMuir Bridge Muir 🌻 (@BridgeMuir) reported

I tell them that I’ll add the podcast, television show, documentary or film to the list. There is no list. I won’t ever listen to that podcast or watch that television show, documentary or film. Nor will I ever bother with Foxtel, Netflix or any paid subscription service.

  • mrpeterdsmith Peter Smith (@mrpeterdsmith) reported

I would love to watch the F1 and the 24 hour Le Man race this weekend, and the Formula E (the future I reckon). But in Australia it costs. I can afford it, but for a few hours of race viewing a month nearly $60/month for 2 x sports subs bundled with crap? No. @StanSportAU @Foxtel

  • Samuel_SGS Samuel Gordon-Stewart (@Samuel_SGS) reported

@stusheridan In the meantime (which seems to be a very long time), the awful quality SD version on channel 571 is working if you have an IQ set top box (not Foxtel Go, sadly)

  • DeanFonzy Dean Marsham (@DeanFonzy) reported

@ClaireLouDean @FOXTEL_Help Must admit this is the first time I’ve noticed this issue but there have been plenty of other issues it’s more last night I wanted to watch aus vs Sri Lanka no mention the game moved to another channel someone kindly told me but where is Foxtel to explain why this is happening

  • rambunctiousgo3 🕓💧RambunctiousGoat (@rambunctiousgo3) reported

@DeanFonzy @FOXTEL_Help Got the same problem too. Can’t watch the cricket. Are they going to fix it, or give us a refund?
