    @Telstra @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help you would be the two most useless companies to deal with. There is a known fault with the IQ3/4 box. As a customer, I have never been informed of this. You guys have no resolution date and will not compensate me for an underperforming service!

    @Foxtel #foxtel I had another series of dreadful experiences with your contact centre yesterday which saw your operator put the phone down on me, another tell me false information and 3rd be condescending. Calls are recorded? Happy for you 2 review if you DM me for my details
