Why the actual **** am I getting ads when I watch @Foxtel now? I pay $100 a month for this ****?

  • garystark Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported

My @Foxtel IQ5 box - just two months old - continues to be a wonderful example of technology that simply doesn't quite work as it should. Day 1: refused to connect with home Wifi. Ongoing: frequent service interruptions of varying severity. All related to poor internet.

@sydney_ev Oh yes they are! Clearly, you have not called Foxtel, AGL or Energy Aust lately? B/c you will get one of those overseas call centres every time(& find it very difficult to communicate due to the poor phone line & their accent) Thankfully, firms like NRMA & GIO are still in Oz

  • Rakshit0096 Rakshit Chauhan (@Rakshit0096) reported

Don't understand how @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help expect us to pay 25$ for such bad services, I have just subscribed it for #IPL2O23 #IPL and obviously can't watch it midnight matches but they take whole to upload highlights and last match highlights is not even uploaded after 24 hrs

  • deank88 deano (@deank88) reported

@Timothy46454956 It's only Foxtel properties that glitch here for us. WWE Network worked fine for years on end, Fox get the license and switch to their software, goes to the same errors Kayo has too unfortunately.

Damn, never had this bullshit freezing up previously with the Foxtel via internet ****.
