    Morning @FOXTEL_Help After many years of service my IQ2 has died (vale IQ2), I have organized a new one today which will take a week, helpful support person. However I contacted the Help desk as I can only really now use multi screen & was told I would have to pay for it.

    About ten hours ago, I somehow fell down a Keeping up with the Kardashians rabbit hole. I’ve never watched it before. Foxtel now have a dedicated channel, and I was just channel flicking. I CANT STOP WATCHING! #sendhelp #damnyoufoxtel #KUWTK

    @Foxtel Never look after long term customers. I bailed this year as only want sports. Shouldn’t have to pay $70 for the privilege

    @FOXTEL_Help Thanks for the quick reply Georgia , don’t you think that considering my box has died and therefore cannot use it a discount or free multi screen for a week is appropriate? I’m told it’s your box that if a cancel I need to return yet I can’t use the service?

    @FOXTEL_Help hi Foxtel. I had your technician out yesterday to install iq4 with a satellite dish. But he said he couldn't install the dish due to too many trees blocking the signal. What is the next step to get iq4 installed? Thanks Jason.

    @FOXTEL_Help Hi Georgia, Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately the trees are too tall to be cut down. Is Foxtel Now a box or do l need the internet? What happens to my subscription if I cannot get Iq4?

    @PolettiSteven @FOXFOOTBALL @Foxtel Couldn't agree more. It's disheartening the lack of care or support both the media, stadiums and broader public show for the sport here in Australia. Unfortunately can't see it getting better anytime soon, at least until Murdoch bites the dust
