Adele Bunnies (@AdeleBunnies) reported@FOXTEL_Help This problem was resolved shortly after our Twitter discussion last month but recurred today & post-8pm recordings "failed" at around 7.30pm because Foxtel time was 3.30am!! Also the TV guide showed what was on at 3.30am so actual 7.30pm programs couldn't be selected π‘

Hugh Rothwell (@Hef0909) reported@bennywood1 @FOXTEL_Help Mate, their customer service is appalling. We have no FTA after moving house and upgrading to IQ5. They sent us the incorrect cable so told us to buy the correct one from Harvey Norman and to post the incorrect one back at our own expense.
