@ChrisLXXXVI @Danimaldoodoos True! I used to get preview/evaluation copies to work out how many to order. That was always fun. Movie posters too! It is sad that shops are gone & it’s so damn hard to download movies now ”copy rights”..🙄 But they are cheap enough through Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, Apple etc.

  • LisaGlass200 Birds Aren't Real (@LisaGlass200) reported

@jessmcguire @Foxtel Just lucky it wasn’t Qantas. You’d never see that money again.

  • bayly Luke Bayly (@bayly) reported

Hey @F1 so @Foxtel forgot to broadcast a huge chunk of P2 in 4K at Silverstone today. They have other major ongoing broadcast issues with their 4K F1 channel, yet continue to charge customers, refusing to let them leave contracts. Please reconsider the deal you have with them.

  • Jarrod_Grimace Jarrod Hall (@Jarrod_Grimace) reported

@Foxtel @jessmcguire Foxtel - should never had come to this point - should have been an auto refund.

  • evaleucien evaleucien (@evaleucien) reported

@TonyCinema @theprojecttv @Foxtel That is not the point, an old woman who chose a service and overpaid them accidentally should be given a refund as procedure in those circumstances.

  • Scott_W_Sully The District Commissioner (@Scott_W_Sully) reported

@jessmcguire @Foxtel It should look like this..... Credit will be applied to the account automatically as the system calculates it. The customer should be able to talk directly to someone in customer support, to arrange a refund. Putting it into credit isn't the problem, it's fefusing to refund it.

  • GadgetKingAus Rodney King (@GadgetKingAus) reported

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I’ve been a customer for over 20years and your customer help team won’t allow me to remain on my current package and are happy for me to disconnect.

  • EgrieJennifer Fierce Lioness (@EgrieJennifer) reported

@jessmcguire @Foxtel Had the same problem with our business merchant facility. Not me though. 25K taken out of a client's credit card because of the missed decimal point. A very quick refund.

  • PORTABLEAIRSYD Michael Achilles (@PORTABLEAIRSYD) reported

@jessmcguire @Foxtel Put a complaint in with the ombudsman for communications and you will get the money back 👍

  • trobb158 T158 (@trobb158) reported

@PaulKaloper @MelanieWeckert Just like the woman (pensioner) who was in hospital when her Foxtel Bill was due. Her bill was $61.16 but when she paid online she forgot the decimal point, so paid $6116. Her son contacted and they said they will credit the surplus. No! Surely not. **** Foxtel!
