@Telstra Hours never happend, then a promise again to call 24-48 later never happened also. We hadn’t received a order number only a reference number from the text chat. Tiffany had changed our plan keeping our nbn and cutting off our foxtel and giving us a free Telstra tv box

  • Veritas_KW Veritas on KW (@Veritas_KW) reported

The biggest problem I have with Foxtel's strategy: the reluctance to add FTA on demand and a way to prevent viewers from flicking to another device, to watch streaming services Foxtel do not have apps for.

  • yolly1234 Stephen Yolland (@yolly1234) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I have a different technical issue affecting my service which your call centre could not fix. I was promised a call back in ten minutes. Over an hour ago. Not happy.

@Higgo74 @Foxtel Foxtel Now is a compelling solution, though the iQ5 might be a better solution for you (compared to the iQ4).

  • SteveMolk The Guidefather 👍🇦🇺📺 (@SteveMolk) reported

@Scott_Keenan The iQ4 is 4K enabled (you just gotta have the plan to support it). Off the page I'd say it's worth the upgrade. I'm keen to get my hands on a review unit (which I suspect will seal it). The fully IP delivery mechanism is an overdue and necessary move by Foxtel.

  • SteveMolk The Guidefather 👍🇦🇺📺 (@SteveMolk) reported

The home user install has meant everything has been super-simplified, though there is assistance available through @Foxtel phone support. #iQ5launch

  • RozzieVox Rozzie (@RozzieVox) reported

@cliverichweeks @LoveMyKiaraM I turned on TV & saw "Plane crashes into World Trade Center" on screen Had Foxtel back then so changed to CNN, watched in horror all night Saw 2nd plane into WTC, aftermath of Pentagon & both towers come down I'd been to NY, WTC & Windows over the World just 3 yrs earlier 😢😢😢

  • mrjamesmoore James Moore + (@mrjamesmoore) reported

@Jessee0923 They’re all from Foxtel or Optus so not really fresh. If that’s the route I’d preferred others. I miss Tara and Adam. But we got Simon so it’s not all bad. Hope Zappa’s and some Melbourne ppl get a go!

  • CosmicMatt92 Matt Percival (@CosmicMatt92) reported

@SkyNewsAust And yet Foxtel itself is going down the drain.

  • lubiephil 💧LubiePhilrunfreeFionn (@lubiephil) reported

@prestontowers That wasn't the whole argument, the NBN was a considered a threat to Foxtel for streaming. But then, a watered down non FTTP multimix technology started using and paying *checks notes Foxtel for coaxial bandwidth.
