@SimonXerri @Fionahavefaith @Foxtel They sent me a questionnaire about my tech visit. I told them that after 70 mins and 4 ppl, they told the poor tech the opposite to what was wrong. He showed me the job notes sent him! He couldn’t fix the problem, he’d brought the wrong equipment! Yes they were very good once!

@Foxtel Had no service, 3 weeks later was told it was routine maintenance. In the meantime I signed up for streaming etc. Finally got service back and told them to stick it. 3 years later I don't miss it, i now get more content for less.

@SimonXerri @lindaBr05345672 @Foxtel It's just not going to happen. When problems used to happen you could talk with someone who may not have understood the problem but they could understand you. It's terrible customer service but big companies are only chasing the dollar.

@Foxtel Get @Foxtel if you want to pay to watch Ads. Tried it once, never Ever wasting my money on pay to watch ads again

@Fionahavefaith @SimonXerri @Foxtel They were reading from a script which had nothing to do with my problem. I had to keep loudly telling them to stop, they were reading too fast and I couldn’t understand their accent. 🤯

@Foxtel Foxtel... no way, if you want to support @rupertmurdoch by letting him put his hand in your pocket to finance his anti- @AustralianLabor position which includes using your membership to support #LNPCorruptionParty

  • TechCows Willie (@TechCows) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I am receiving the F0100 error code ("something is interrupting your satellite signal") message but it is only occurring on 502 HD and ESPN HD and ESPN2 HD. All other channels are fine. Have reset the box numerous times.

@Fionahavefaith @SimonXerri @Foxtel He was a lovely man who could see my problem but had no knowledge of it and no equipment to fix it. He promised to come back today or monday with the cables he needs.

@lindaBr05345672 @SimonXerri @Foxtel It's an annoyingly common problem when dealing with out sourced customer service.
