I have terminated my FOXTEL subscription which I only had to watch footy. Tried for 20 mins to get me to stay - eventually had to tell them to **** off. They got the message. Their customer service is as lame as their owners. #AusPol2022 #MurdochRoyalCommission @Foxtel

has anyone experienced @FOXTEL_Help "lack of help" lately ? their automated systems are slow, inaccurate, incorrect and in reality .. a joke they've sent us a box that doesn't work, reactivated our old box .. ridiculous wait times on phone

@ossienet @byzbateson @Foxtel customer service told me I was stupid after going back and forth with them for 40min when wanted to cancel with them. Never again, we use Kayo and Netflix/Disney+/Stan and still works out cheaper and better service
