I thought they were supposed to put up the prices of Foxtel by $1 but they never did as my bills are the same and it was supposed to occur last year sometime

@Telstra My Foxtel service from @telstra has been restored after I waited on the phone for 75 minutes for that to happen. The decision to disconnect me last night, made without authorisation or valid reason, has not led, as far as I know, to any change in policy to prevent a repeat.

The Foxtel Go app works but it seems the My Foxtel app has login glitches as it lets you log login then when it thinks your login session has expired it will log you out and you need to log back in to keep using the app.

I contacted Foxtel by phone to advise them that there is a glitch in the My Foxtel app as it keeps logging me out every so many hours and saying my login session has expired and they are monitoring the app and may contact me to let me know of any problems.

The My Foxtel app seems to be working now and the logging in issues have been resolved and they fixed the glitch with the login and it has been up and running since 1pm yesterday and I hope it doesn’t have anymore faults

@Dozzabrun @JellicleJim My NBN still comes in through an old Foxtel connection lmao, this ten year old splitter somewhere along the line caused me so much grief until one smart technician finally realised the internet issues would be that, ripped it out, and all the problems went away.

@jamiemgalea Not on Binge, no. Despite being “the new home” (as per press release) it has only the past 3 or so Rumbles. Some weird older PPVs (invasion, night of champions) but most of the “network” content is missing. I believe full fat Foxtel has more. Maybe that’s the point.
