Maybe even get rid of it for the summer and come back as a new customer in March. They offer new customers cheap packages. But don't give that offer to existing ones. As you say, they don't care.

RJHtweets (@RJHampson01) reportedToday’s customer service cvnts winner is Telstra. 2.5 hours on the chat line to just cancel an internet Foxtel connection which they stuffed up and then gave me the Indian Call Centre shuffle. OH we undertaken your frustration bullshit. We deserve better service from Australians.

In a large rural town l was staying at a friends house watching Aust open through foxtel (Yes l know) all went down no storms sound lost not one call centre knew what was going on Rural Australia has been thrown out with the fish kills
