@Fionahavefaith @SimonXerri @Foxtel They were reading from a script which had nothing to do with my problem. I had to keep loudly telling them to stop, they were reading too fast and I couldn’t understand their accent. 🤯

@Foxtel I had premium foxtel for 15 years. When I decided to get rid of it, I was on the phone for an hour as your employee tried to entice me to stay. Not only did he offer me upgraded IQ boxes, but also reduced my monthly payments from $110 down to $43! Too little, too late.

Beware #Foxtel contractors Australia! Foxtel transmission has been booted off NBN and are now having to revert back to satellite coverage. Contractors are routinely wrecking digital free to air cabling in roofs with no accountability. They don't come back to fix their sabotage.
