  @FOXTEL_Help we purchased the UFC PPV and can see absolutely nothing, error F1150. We have reset the box 4 times to no effect and have now missed an hour of the event. There’s over 100 people ahead of me waiting to chat. How do we just get simple help or a refund at this point?

  @macsween_prue The federal government gave another $10m to the Murdoch-controlled Foxtel last year to boost women’s and underrepresented sport, bringing to $40m the total taxpayer funding for the subscription TV service since 2017. Anything about this grant. #MurdochRoyalCommission

  Massive fail by you today @Foxtel Can't even get through with what @FOXTEL_Help suggest to have the problem fixed. Refunds are in order #foxfail #UFC284 I want it noted that altering buying the fight there was no 521 channel on the iPhone app

  @FOXTEL_Help Thanks. Been on chat twice. Not fixed the f26/f27 and the new f1078 errors I'm getting. One chat didn't fix it the one I was just on ended it without finishing. Close to cancelling services tbh. My iq5 is struggling and no one knows why.

  So close to cancelling Foxtel. Getting constant f26 errors so can't watch recordings. Now getting f27 entitlement loss errors on recordings on channels I pay for so what's the point. Online help is broken as system can't resync my box as I get salesforce errors. @FOXTEL_Help

  @shaeganvishal @7plus Only ever bought Foxtel/Kayo bc I had to, if I wanted to watch ALeague. Hopefully, I never have to ever again give even 1 cent to any Murdoch-owned entity.

  @jono31 @Loops2k @FOXTEL_Help Spoke to customer support. To fix the issue they would have to reorder it at full price. Alternately they could offer a full refund. I opted for the refund
