    @screamr @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Simon cancel your service. I cancelled mine. Got a smart tv with a few apps. Not missing it AT ALL. Their team kept hounding me asking me what they could do to keep me. Offered my my existing service for $29 a month which made me so mad!!

    @Foxtel the last 12-18 months of customer service from your company has been terrible. It has made me NEVER want to have foxtel again. Constant incorrect bills and the fact that I am currently an hour and 20 minutes into a 4th bill dispute this year. It's legit insane.

    @FOXTEL_Help Interesting because the world feed when shown in clips on youtube was the correct camera angle (like every year) and different to the one we were viewing. It does seem to have also been an issue for other viewers in the USA for example.

    @FOXTEL_Help Hi, we lost power for about 30 minutes in 3020 Victoria. However Foxtel hasn’t recovered signal yet, is there an update to this?
