@FOXTEL_Help On the line to Foxtel technical support and had to compete with chickens in the background. 😳 Earlier today, again speaking to tech support, I had to ask the guy to ask his colleagues to stop laughing in the background. 😱 Farcical service.

@Pauly_Riordan @netflix How can I explain it properly.. YouTube is owned by Google.. you tell Google everything so YT just works. I used to think I’d never bother with it, but it’s all I watch Exclusives? That’s why I still have Netflix, plus FTA apps $40 a month for the family? Eats Foxtel

@Colvick Just made the same comment to my husband! Every time I call Foxtel to cancel, they put me onto a charming person who offers me a better deal - but we’ve been subscribers for 18 years! Last time I told them I’m tired of subsidising new customers. It worked!
