    @emdeem I’ve restarted it 4 times and according to Telstra there is a Foxtel outage in the area. Frustrating but confirms for me its time to cut the cord

    @Telstra Too late . I left. You all are so curious when we leave. Simple.. improve customer service. Respond quickly & efficiently. Not hard. But it is for telstra/foxtel customers.

    Hi @FOXTEL_Help - just got a message you have planned work tomorrow between 8am and 3pm. On Melbourne Cup day? Too bad if we want to watch any races that aren’t on free to air. Every day, making the decision to cancel a lot easier.
