    @FOXTEL_Help I have now been able to get Foxtel to start up. However I cannot change channel or access any menus via either the remote or via the box (ie. it is ‘stuck’ one one channel). Is this part of the same issue?

    @justnictings extremely big downfall. In fact, when I called them to cancel my Foxtel a year ago, a big reason I said on the phone was "I don't want to give Murdoch more money"... but that was more in the context of Sky News

    Must say the @FOXTEL_Help service is atrocious- reduced hours in the call centre then ring first thing this morning and it’s a 2 hour wait. Live chat wait just as bad.

    @FOXTEL_Help tried that before . Seriously you gus have a customer satisfaction problem I have DM'd and nothing. Tried through website on line...got disconnected...BIG surprise.

    @FOXTEL_Help Box is STILL not working guys!!!! What is going on?!!!!! Can’t get through to anyone and then blown off basically being told tech issue - WHAT IS HAPPENING? Update your customers!
