@FOXTEL_Help Hi, I'm having trouble with one of my IQ4 boxes. The channels aren't working. It's just a black screen. I've done the turn off power for 30 secs but that has done nothing. it went down two nights ago as we were watching a Foxtel channel.

@supercars Hey @RussellIngall - got a spare stool for Larko on ya show?? Looks like those at 7/Foxtel/Supercars have no goddam idea. Maybe do a show while the first telecast is on In he background with you, The Dude & Larko berrating the poor quality presenters

@Foxtel fed up with your useless internet service. Modem is a piece of crap and tech support provide no answers other than "escalating" the issue and don't provide an eta of when my issue will be fixed. Not good enough of a service for the amount you charge me per month.

@scotthi53807705 @cruisy12 @Foxtel Exactly. See how it goes round and round. So maybe next time make a point instead of a throw away **** head responses like “no one gives a **** about what you think”.

@FOXTEL_Help I’m getting a playback error pe3016 when an ad tries to play before watching on demand. This is really frustrating would appreciate a quick response as I can’t find any solution anywhere and your support chat is not accessible

@Foxtel I recently cancelled my foxtel subscription due to their inept customer service. They lied to me when I signed up and have been awful for the last 12 months. DAZN is $2.99 per month for boxing - foxtel is doomed and I’m glad

@foxtel really has advertising wrong...the same ads on repeat just make me never want to ever purchase those brands.
