Hi @Foxtel I got an email from you on 1 Feb confirming my tv subscription would cease as of 8 Feb. I have no desire to spend half hour or more waiting on the phone to sort this out. Could you fix it please? Thanks

@Christoph_Elena @LaurenHLoz @TheodoorSteen I just sort of refuse to sign up to foxtel’s yearly relaunch of their shitty streaming service. Have been meaning to watch Small Axe though.

@Foxtel it is impossible to speak to an actual person and get some assistance with an issue I am having. Your phone service is appalling.

@FOXTEL_Help why can't I access Foxtel on demand? It's asking me to upgrade...upgrade from $140+ a month for a 5hitty IQ2? You're off your chops. And ur chat help function just cut me off with zero response tonight.

@StanSportAU That's a deal breaker. Foxtel created Kayo, enabling people to break away from these ridiculous outdated cash grabs. $20 per month to watch my team play 4 games is absurd. I'm paying $5 for a far greater service on Kayo. Your executives are completely out of touch with the market

@Foxtel awful service today - took day off work for engineer to come. No contact and they aren’t coming. Earliest appointment next week now. Think we might be cancelling, so disappointed.
