@Foxtel what the hell is going on with your service at the moment???

  • brianjacobs79 Brian Jacobs (@brianjacobs79) reported

@anitatebb Yep...looks like a broad problem that #foxtel will deny and blame their subscribers

  • Gary_AE Gary Austin-Eames (@Gary_AE) reported

Thanks @Telstra @NBN_Australia for another outage. No home Internet or @Foxtel tv but your websites say everything is fine. And your phone queues suck.

  • KatCuls KC (@KatCuls) reported

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I assume this outage that will possibly last all weekend (during Vic Lockdown) is unforseeable. However would have been nice if my chat session with technician didn’t “timeout” because I was requesting chromecast fee to be waived.

My 94-year-old grandfather, who has Foxtel, called me at half time. Him: Tell me you didn't give Kayo $25 just to watch this game. Me: No, I'm listening on the radio. Him: They should be paying us to watch this crap. #AFLPiesCats

  • slybeer Jakkii Musgrave (@slybeer) reported

That's cool @Foxtel, just cut out in the middle of live sport, why wouldn't you? Not like we pay an absurd fortune for this service or anything.

  • brianjacobs79 Brian Jacobs (@brianjacobs79) reported

@SharonFields85 @Foxtel Amazing thing is they will blame all their subscribers and never admit they had a fault. Plus they probably won’t realise until tomorrow

  • DaveWedd David Wedd (@DaveWedd) reported

@FOXTEL_Help - what is error code CC1000. I also get PE902 fairly regularly. On 1 TV it's become unwatchable. Tried contacting support; each time they want more detail, more screenshots of error messages. Close to cancelling the sub. It's been going on for around 18 mths so far.
