ExHullKiwi (@HullKiwi) reported@craigspeculator @Foxtel Sorry for your loss Craig. I am working through my mum’s huge pile of paper to find out what needs paying and cancelling. Worst so far is her lawyer who was incredibly rude and refused to share her will without her death certificate despite me being the executor.

Stonkin Days (@n0otherwaythere) reported@craigspeculator @Foxtel You can’t expect service workers to do emotional Labor. They’d get these calls all day. Personally I as a customer would prefer they keep it cold.
