  @FOXTEL_Help Just received the new iQ5 box to replace my iQ2. I was astonished that it cannot receive free-to-air channels by cable connection or internet. Really a step backwards if i have to get up on the roof and install wires. We are in a poor reception area hence the cable

  @FOXTEL_Help Thanks, do you know the orientation and angle of elevation of your satellite dishes? I don't know if they would be affected by the same aerial black spots that I suffer from. If that doesn't work I'll have to move to another service. Colin

  Thanks a lot @NHL nobody at @Foxtel Australia has any clue how to access streaming of NHL games. I am completely lost. I can assure you, you are going to lose fans because of this. I can’t watch hockey anymore it seems #Help @FOXTEL_Help

  @StuartRandall @ESPNAusNZ Login details are definitely correct. Confirming, I can definitely stream nhl through espn with my kayo details? I'm getting a bad idea that I'll have to sign up to foxtel and buy the sports package extra.

  @DouglasHolgate @ESPNAusNZ There is zero chance I'm buying a Foxtel box even for NHL hockey. Off to find a ****** stream every time I guess. Sucks, as was happy to pay the $150 to stream.

  Hi @FOXTEL_Help, what are some of the reasons a ‘series record’ may not work please. It records some episodes but not all - very annoying. (example - recorded Wentworth, sat down to start watching and it only recorded eps 2, 3, 4, 7) Thanks
