@Foxtel the last 12-18 months of customer service from your company has been terrible. It has made me NEVER want to have foxtel again. Constant incorrect bills and the fact that I am currently an hour and 20 minutes into a 4th bill dispute this year. It's legit insane.

The incompetence of #Foxtel is unbelievable. For months they have kept emailing me somebody else’s bill. When I complain they claim it’s a privacy issue? and cannot correct the email. What a useless accounts team they must have.

@FootyonNine @kanecornes @Channel9 Wondering if you guys suddenly developed short term memory loss or just generally stupid. The Richmond game wasn’t free to air, only available through Foxtel/Kayo and was broadcasted at the same time as the Power v Dogs game. Why would you expect higher rating?
