You forget Tony brought us world slowest copper wire internet to save Rupert Murdoch’s satellite Foxtel crap from being dumped in the bin. The man in the photo had to sell the dog to us. I gym in mornings: Yoga Hatha or Vinyasa (depend what’s on), group Pilates, weight circuit training, 45min treadmill, 45min gym bike, 2yrs= I lost 30kg
