If a company really wants to piss me off and see my angry side, just use overseas call centres for customer service like @Foxtel. No understanding whatsoever

  • NBlaze53 The Phantom Thief (@NBlaze53) reported

@StanSportAU Sounds broken and crackly. Get your tech crew on it or give it back to Foxtel. Rough paying $25 a month for this.

  • medwards87 Matthew Edwards (@medwards87) reported

@FOXTEL_Help @WestAussieLeeds This simple solution here is to add the Sports UHD channels back to the TV guide. Why they were removed from there when the 4K offer was ‘upgraded’ makes no sense.

  • dieselmydog Roxy (@dieselmydog) reported

@theroyaleditor Disney plus from what I have seen is no competition to @netflix but #netflix is doing itself serious damage to member subscribers by cancelling popular series…Jessica Jones for example .. the final straw will be going down the Foxtel road of adds that is not what I signed up for

  • mybluepony mybluepony (@mybluepony) reported

@Foxtel your afl coverage linked to every game for my club...cut out at around 20 minute mark of last q. I'll take a partial refund for poor service? Did not get to see my team finish their win...interact and sing the club song. Wtf? Do better! And Please Explain. Thanks.

@Foxtel Your service is absolutely atrocious and keeps freezing. Fix your ******* system.

If truth-in-advertising considerations come into play, they’re going to have to abbreviate the title of Foxtel’s footytainment spudtacular ‘Best on Ground’ by one word, and to remove any potential ambiguity, it’s the first word that presents the problem. Also ‘Howie’ = why he?
