@couch_specimen @MrKRudd The issue here is that the government could have given the ABC money to get the rights directly. Instead taxpayer money went to Foxtel to produce the content and then the ABC used taxpayer to buy the broadcast from Foxtel. Taxpayers paid twice. That is the double did.

@Madmanacrossth1 @LesStonehouse Every time I walk past a TV blasting Foxtel or FTA, I ask myself "What the hell is this inane crap?"

@FOXTEL_Help hello! Called customer service to get an optional package removed from my service & was told the only way to do so was to cancel my entire subscription & sign up again with a new email. Can you please confirm if that’s correct?

Holy **** Foxtel are showing season 5 of Junior Bake Off and I’m beyond excited as I got emotionally invested when it was on air in England in November 2019 and I never got to finish it 😭😭😭😭 TODAY IS A GOOD DAY

  • Hugh_96 Hugh_96 (@Hugh_96) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@balumbah @ConorMadigan4 Although not a foxtel fan, not blaming them, its business. Just seems odd the govt provides a grant to foxtel to show womens sport and also pays foxtel to show matildas on the ABC. Probably is a govt funding issue of the ABC.

  • Tommiejones19 Tommie jones (@Tommiejones19) reported

Is anyone else watching channel 7 and putting up with adds during the big bash Renegades v Strikers because you would rather listen to Flemo hodgie and JB instead of listening to Simonds talk crap on Foxtel 🙉
