    Hi @FOXTEL_Help - just got a message you have planned work tomorrow between 8am and 3pm. On Melbourne Cup day? Too bad if we want to watch any races that aren’t on free to air. Every day, making the decision to cancel a lot easier.

    Must say the @FOXTEL_Help service is atrocious- reduced hours in the call centre then ring first thing this morning and it’s a 2 hour wait. Live chat wait just as bad.

    @ParamountPlusAU where are the live channels for MTV and Nick? You own the content and only relegate this content to Foxtel and Fetch. Plus no Network 10 tile in the app

    @Foxtel Bloody hell everytime we call and seek better deal with Netflix we get charged full amount! You know we already have Netflix yet same problem each time!Never get told to activate ! Another call for refund and more time wasting

    @kayosports_help Please do. To be real, 720p hasn’t been HD since about 2009. On a 4K TV, it looks really poor. For those of us that’ve been used to real HD lockdown Netflix, this is inferior. Given Foxtel has 4K channels & streaming, it seems a pretty cynical move to not have it through Kayo.

Foxtel are beginning to provide regional news services and our opposition are suspiciously absent and silent on the matter. Labor are absolutely complicit in these monstrous changes. 2/

    @bozwhite @AnthonySiokos I ditched Foxtel in December last year but having no FTA highlights & requiring multiple services is no walk in the park. You can’t watch every game so it becomes irrelevant whether you can afford every service or not. It’s inconvenient and fans are becoming less & less important

    @Foxtel Not happy we are unable to watch 9 or 10 yet we are told it’s our problem. Yet our tv in our bedroom works perfect on our normal antenna.Seems the issue is the Foxtel satellite but no one will fix it !

    @JustSaying8888 Worked with Foxtel. One of the muckity mucks called me up! Promising me the world to come back. I demanded my refund, got it, and never looked back. From ‘sending you to collections’ to that? I didn’t give up.

Stan and Nine play god with Tennis. I have foxtel sport for all other tennis, and never miss a match.Nine sucks!!

    Dealing @Foxtel disconnection service is akin to dealing with scam callers. Surely Jeremy must be wishing he was in a more ethical call centre? How do they get away with a forced phone call, high pressure sales, and a long hold time while they "check with their manager"?
