  • Frank_theTank78 Frank (@Frank_theTank78) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hi @FOXTEL_Help - just got a message you have planned work tomorrow between 8am and 3pm. On Melbourne Cup day? Too bad if we want to watch any races that aren’t on free to air. Every day, making the decision to cancel a lot easier.

  • Fernby Out Of Lockdown Rodders 😎 (@Fernby) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Anotherfilmnerd Pffffffff “Foxtel” never have, never will.

  • Real_LukeMarch Luke Marchioro (@Real_LukeMarch) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Must say the @FOXTEL_Help service is atrocious- reduced hours in the call centre then ring first thing this morning and it’s a 2 hour wait. Live chat wait just as bad.

  • iam_msu Munjit Singh🌱 (@iam_msu) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    is foxtel down?

  • suechook Susie 🌹 (@suechook) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Foxtel Bloody hell everytime we call and seek better deal with Netflix we get charged full amount! You know we already have Netflix yet same problem each time!Never get told to activate ! Another call for refund and more time wasting

  • Allkai Darren (@Allkai) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@roglurveshockey @newjerseydamo @NHL Problem here I think, is that espn is part of Foxtel.

  • Frank_theTank78 Frank (@Frank_theTank78) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@FOXTEL_Help Thanks, but there are a lot of other races on Sky Racing which aren’t on channel 10. How long do I have to return my box after I cancel?

  • AdamJFitzgerald Adam Fitzgerald (@AdamJFitzgerald) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@SkyNewsAust Takes one to know one, this applies equally to Chris Kenny: "Trouble is, he's been consistently wrong." Please stop quoting him. Signed, Paid Foxtel Customer (for now).

  • AdamJFitzgerald Adam Fitzgerald (@AdamJFitzgerald) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@RalphyHeraldSun Fox Footy will be in more debt when I cancel my Foxtel subscription next week, along with any AFL payment.

  • alancramer Alan Cramer (@alancramer) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@ParamountPlusAU where are the live channels for MTV and Nick? You own the content and only relegate this content to Foxtel and Fetch. Plus no Network 10 tile in the app

  • _xDAMOx_ Damien Porter (@_xDAMOx_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @Foxtel @Telstra Can you please explain why there is no subtitle option on your new streaming service #Binge - pretty disgraceful if this is the case!

  • Frank_theTank78 Frank (@Frank_theTank78) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@bozwhite @AnthonySiokos I ditched Foxtel in December last year but having no FTA highlights & requiring multiple services is no walk in the park. You can’t watch every game so it becomes irrelevant whether you can afford every service or not. It’s inconvenient and fans are becoming less & less important

  • sascha_frost Sascha Frost (@sascha_frost) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@PatGerace @Telstra Why has customer service in Australia fallen to new depths of inadequacy? I had a similar issue with @foxtel

  • timsaidthis Timothy Wright (@timsaidthis) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@kayosports_help Please do. To be real, 720p hasn’t been HD since about 2009. On a 4K TV, it looks really poor. For those of us that’ve been used to real HD lockdown Netflix, this is inferior. Given Foxtel has 4K channels & streaming, it seems a pretty cynical move to not have it through Kayo.

  • chalkwhitehands Prune McSwollen (@chalkwhitehands) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Foxtel For a Streaming Service you have to really poor taste in movies.

  • jongray1963 💧Jon (@jongray1963) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Petitioner007 @thespecialbka @sacarlin48 It does nothing to support the small operators or the independant media operators. Foxtel are beginning to provide regional news services and our opposition are suspiciously absent and silent on the matter. Labor are absolutely complicit in these monstrous changes. 2/

  • suechook Sue 🦋🌺 (@suechook) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Foxtel Not happy we are unable to watch 9 or 10 yet we are told it’s our problem. Yet our tv in our bedroom works perfect on our normal antenna.Seems the issue is the Foxtel satellite but no one will fix it !

  • DunkenKBliths Dunken K Bliths (@DunkenKBliths) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@theregem Streamotion Kayo Sports is an over-the-top video streaming subscription service available in Australia, owned by Streamotion (a wholly owned subsidiary of Foxtel). The service offers sports live and on demand from Fox Sports, ESPN, beIN Sports, and Racing

  • newbound_mike Mike Newbound (@newbound_mike) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Been trying to get Foxtel on the line to cancel the subscription I waited waited and waited the finally this idiot said to me go to Telstra I have Foxtel wth Foxtel finally I got through the to a lovely lad who went through all of the hurdles a only to fall at the last one HELP!

  • benhook1 Ben Hook (@benhook1) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@mattyweaver23 @Foxtel There is nothing more depressing than the vision of Norman’s flared approach into the gallery at 18 in 86. He was already beaten, but his expression was of a broken man. And I imagine that’s on the menu across the next 72 hours.

FOXTEL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • whophd Christian Kent (@whophd) reported

@NanoRaptor LOL I am reminded of an incessant correspondent when I worked for Foxtel cable TV, a customer who would never stop asking for more horror movies and horror channels. It got *very* philosophical about the reasons we needed more horror in our culture. cc @peacebang FYI

  • Archaic43836841 Mick (@Archaic43836841) reported

@JonathanLea10 Netball does not have any viewers as they shafted all their viewers with no show to watch and behind a pay wall so what is foxtel doing to fix the 15 mill up?

  • jjbd Jennifer Barnard (@jjbd) reported

@PeterCretinAO @3AWNeilMitchell Whilst they are cancelling subscriptions, they can also cancel Foxtel and Herald Sun subscriptions.

  • Nigel33450460 Nigel (@Nigel33450460) reported

@Foxtel So want to see this but FU fix

  • UrbanWronski Urban Wronski (@UrbanWronski) reported from Ararat, State of Victoria

Foxtel is granted $10 million by Coalition federal govt to broadcast women's sports and "niche" competitions on Fox Sports in 2020. On top of $30 million in 2017. Yet Steve Price @theprojecttv attacks Victoria’s $15m support of a netball team as an improper use of taxpayer funds?

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

Foxtel use to have customer service, back in the day when they cared about their customers. Now you get abused by their Loyalty Team from the Aussie call centers on the Goldy ans/or Melbourne. Cant even follow thru with that manager calling back. Useless @FOXTEL_Help

  • TheOnlyLongy LONGY (@TheOnlyLongy) reported

    @ktdenise @FOXTEL_Help They can't fix the 2 x Channel 210

  • maureenchuck1 IrmaGherd (Retired Nurse Thug)💉💉💉💉 (@maureenchuck1) reported

@Culbert_Report Where were you when Scotty gave $40m to Foxtel to promote women's sport? Gave funding to a service that you have to pay to watch while making cuts to the national broadcaster that was already promoting women's sport.

  • WarWraith Waz (@warwraith@aus.social) (@WarWraith) reported

@SteveBellovin @oclsc @mattblaze Not only does Foxtel (our only PayTV network) carry it, Foxtel has our own version of that insanity called Sky News, and we export it via YouTube called "Sky News After Dark".

  • gypsynit anita hill (@gypsynit) reported

    @Foxtel Worst addition ever!
