Most, if not all, of the recent so-called public "Leaders Debates" for Federal and State elections have been limited to the Nine network, Sky News Australia, and Foxtel. This is because the L/NP leaders refused to have easily viewed debates and insist on their safe spaces. 1/2

@evilscootus Possibly, but I think 2 other reasons: 1) AFL remained FTA. Shield crowds died the second it went to Foxtel 2) Aus cricket fans are most arrogant in the world. They only turn up to Aus vs Eng or India. I loathe it. It has sent my "support whoever's playing Aus" through the roof

@FOXTEL_Help Ok, I’ll try that. Can you tell me why the on screen title search option has been removed? It was a really handy tool when the app was down, which happens semi regularly.

@rohan_connolly Grandpa Rupert we know Foxtel subscription uptake in Oz is one of the lowest in the world. Enticing punters to subscribe by Putting our beloved Cricket (& AFL) onto it (& Kayo) ain’t gonna subscribe to your network just out of principle! We will just opt to watch something else!

@mel_wright123 @Qldaah I had foxtel by stealth for a while, due to needing it for sports etc. once Kayo came along, skynews after dark were consigned to the sh*t heap. Never to grace my screen again. Utter qunts.

@henk_spierings We were with Foxtel for a number of years when the box died, we rang them up and they said "that's an old box, just throw it out and buy our new one", will never have @foxtel again 😠
