    @touringsun @evaleucien @Foxtel They didn’t “give her a credit”, the payment just put her bill into credit as every creditor does when you overpay your bill. As soon as the customer’s daughter requested a refund it was done. These companies don’t manually check every account to ensure they’re not overpaid.

    @jessmcguire @Foxtel I'm a pensioner too & if I had made that mistake the payment would have been rejected as there is never anywhere near that amount in my account.

    @Foxtel Why is there always a delay with watching the F1 on demand? Even recording it last night, the recording stopped before the end of the race because it ran over time. Very annoying, pls fix. 👍🏻

    When it rains now the satellite signal over Foxtel doesn’t often go out unless it really really pouring or there is storm activity
