@FOXTEL_Help what a way to treat an existing customer. I didn’t want any more channels, just keep my existing channels at the existing price. But you couldn’t even do that.

@incrediblemelk Blade Runner was on Foxtel today so I chucked it on the background as it's one of my faves. Gee, Harrison Ford though. He's quite bad at the acting thing.

@Foxtel I had Foxtel years ago. All of a sudden they started putting ads in their programs. Everyone complained. They said the ads will allow us to reduce the cost of the service to our customers. Nope, it went up and up and up. Pay heaps of money to watch ads? Am I stupid? No.

@GavinNeal @Foxtel Call them. Demand a better deal. Ask to speak to someone higher up. Don’t take no for an answer. *Get names*. Force their hand. Let them know if you don’t get what you want you’ll cancel and send a follow up letter to their boss naming them as responsible for losing a customer.
