@Telstra Thank u. She had valid birth certificate, & valid Medicare card. Plus pension card, Électoral card ID & others. & is a long- term Telstra customer (for internet & previously Foxtel for many years). Was refused @ store & call centre, & after escalation @ call centre. #Telstrafail

@FOXTEL_Help I have attempt to call you guys 3 times to disconnect but every time I get on to somebody I get disconnected. So have tried every other way to disconnect to be told I have to call. Could somebody help to solve this?
