@FOXTEL_Help Recent update has broken Foxtel Go. Putting it into full screen in landscape, it works for a second or two then reverts back to portrait mode in the left half of the screen with bottom third cut-off.

Everything said in the article by Vlandys might even be true, but it doesnt change the central fact that he did a bad deal that didnt need to be done at the time it was done or for the length it was done for, to - checks notes - keep Foxtel from going to the wall.

@FOXTEL_Help This problem was resolved shortly after our Twitter discussion last month but recurred today & post-8pm recordings "failed" at around 7.30pm because Foxtel time was 3.30am!! Also the TV guide showed what was on at 3.30am so actual 7.30pm programs couldn't be selected 😡

@NeilMcMahon Foxtel is not exactly a premium customer service model - talking to one online & one on the phone simultaneously to about the same effect (i.e. nil) - but a solution has been found (by me, rather than them) so fingers crossed tht holds.
