  @Foxtel Thanks @Foxtel. After another very frustrating live chat, my husband worked out the solution and I've passed that info onto the person I was chatting with. Hopefully their next chat isn't so frustrating for the customer.

  @FOXTEL_Help a lot of issues right now with live TV on the foxtel site on PC. Firefox masked as Chrome. Formula 1 qualifying for the final round of the season starts soon. Please fix it. I cleared my cookies and it fixed it momentarily but still having payback issues.

  @Foxtel what does error code F1075 mean? It is not listed anywhere - Foxtel chat did not recognise it. I’ve seen comments on Fb where people are getting that error, but no help from Foxtel. Pls lift your game.

  @Davidcampese11 I've got an 80 year old Kiwi mum who can't watch her beloved rugby because she doesn't use the internet. Just ridiculous. Who the hell decided to move rugby from Foxtel? Worst move for a sport already in a nosedive.

  @FOXTEL_Help Awesome won't even be able to watch the World Cup final.....Constant playback errors on foxtel now and freezes when streaming from mobile......Absolute frauds
