    How are you going to say, “a show about a dumpy girl walking into fire”, and then issue an apology by saying, “The Foxtel Group apologises if his remarks were misunderstood and caused any offence”. If? IF? Nothing was misunderstood, you said what you said.

    How bad does the new @Foxtel remote chew batteries 🪫 🔋 I have gone through 6+ in 12 weeks I’d say.

  • bostonheartmom Tami Dew Rich, MBA (@bostonheartmom) reported

    @HuffPost “On behalf of Mr. Delany, the Foxtel Group apologizes if his remarks were misunderstood and caused any offense.” You’re kidding, right @Foxtel ?Who thought this would make it all better? Sit down. This is not an apology, not even close. (HOW do these ppl even get into power?)

  • nickringhof Nick Ringhof (@nickringhof) reported

    @GuardianAus Both are irrelevant to me. Foxtel is garbage and ..never mind.

    @Ozzyols @Foxtel Strange isn't it how men feel they have an inalienable right to critique, unasked, other peoples bodies. That can **** right off. I am 54 and so bloody tired of this kind of ****.

  • WhollyHanna Wholly Hanna (@WhollyHanna) reported

    @RealDLHughley These corporate apologies are the worst. “On behalf of Mr Delany, the Foxtel Group apologies if his remarks were misunderstood and caused any offence.”

  • JaneRomerosimp Liz (@JaneRomerosimp) reported

    @FOXTEL_Help Why do u guys play only 5 movies on each of ur movie channels over and over again? I mean they’re not bad movies but I’ve watched 5 feet apart and 50 first dates like a million times in just this one week

  • lisanne1105 Challengergirl (@lisanne1105) reported

    @Foxtel We didn't misunderstand ****. We understood your ceo's comment perfectly. I won't be watching.

  • AdelleIncledon Adelle Incledon (@AdelleIncledon) reported

    CEO of Foxtel Australia calling Emilia Clarke a "short and dumpy girl". Um what?! I can appreciate poor attempts at humour or being misunderstood but I still have a hard time accepting those excuses. Joke or otherwise, just don't comment on women's bodies.

    @Conigman @Foxtel Soooo bad.
