@FOXTEL_Help Lodged an online application to return my IQ4 box as per your instruction to an advised Parcelpoint drop off location. Get to the destination only to find the business has closed down. Foxtel can now arrange to have it collected from my home. Booking code : PHJRFVQ3

@Foxtel I have called support and told to wait 5 days. My ISP has waited 2 weeks, and the cancellation team wastes my time interrogating me. All because my ISP block is considered Overseas by foxtel. Nice job.

@Foxtel why is there a ton of houses with no Foxtel in Jordan springs NSW. I had a tech booked tomorrow because there was no outage then within a few hours cancelled because there is an outage. Now no tech available till 23rd December. What is going on?

@FOXTEL_Help @Dj_Sull274 Same issue with me. I am now certain it is related to Android 13 update. Foxtel has not caught up. Not for the first time. Terrible experience with call centre and live chat. Have decided to stop subscription.

Wowzers The other platforms are really picking up the slack now twitter has gone all Freedom. My FB Messenger has someone constantly deleting my messages as if me. My Foxtel TV keeps flashing hoping I have a seizure or photographing the room! WTF
