@MrJonCryer @DIRECTV Exactly. I cancelled my entire Foxtel subscription in Australia because of @SkyNewsAust. When they asked me why I was cancelling I told them exactly that. No way I could support that divisive rubbish.

Still o joy with @FOXTEL_Help , Been to the Ombudsman already and still many months later nothing has changed. I will need to talk to the ombudsman again, This pathetic service form the most expensive streaming company around.

In some companies I contact they only have a recorded message and deal with limited help so I would love it if all companies got on board like Foxtel to get a customer service desk to assist customers to get connected to the right person for any assistance

I wish Foxtel would get on board and have a customer service centre you could connect to by phone and they could connect you to the correct help you require or give you information they may be able to assist with by searching there records for information.
