Have had FOXTEL for years but not worth having anymore. Free to air shows bugger all sport - We are all just being ripped off

  • VictoriaAnne92 Victoria Cunningham (@VictoriaAnne92) reported

@AUTCL is there a compatibility issue with @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel FoxtelGo app when trying to chrome cast? Will successfully display the show I want to watch on the screen, however just keeps skipping to the next episode and never plays anything. HELP - disappointed!!

  • StephenBartel18 Stephen Bartels (@StephenBartel18) reported

@FOXTEL_Help Hi yes I understand that. But my internet can’t cope what’s the solution. Once again why am I using my internet to deliver your product? Can we get satellite at no cost given this change was forced.

  • N_Watson_ Nathan Watson 🇦🇺🇪🇪⚫⚪👍 (@N_Watson_) reported

@Foxtel so $225 today just to have my service put back on a reduced package, wouldn't have thought so. 👎

  • Henjam48 💧 The Banality of Evil (@Henjam48) reported

And I'm not letting you and your ******* executive bonuses off the hook @NBN_Australia. and @Foxtel and your cvnt of a customer service department. 4+ ******* visits and NOTHING! That's why you've lost a TV Customer and you're about to lose an internet customer too.

  • themattcolossus 𝕄𝕒𝕥𝕥 ℂ𝕠𝕝𝕠𝕤𝕤𝕦𝕤 🗽 (@themattcolossus) reported

@kayosports_help Live channel? I have Kayo, not Foxtel? The problem was the last half hour or so of the Tampa Bay vs St. Louis NHL match. Unmatchable.

  • SlootJoel SlootJoel (@SlootJoel) reported

@FOXTEL_Help what is the purpose of the Rewards program? The process for buying tickets to a concert is pointless. There’s no discount with a code. Only advantage was the free tickets and those are SO limited that sell out within 2 minutes. What kind of customer service is this?

  • MarkWCAU Mark Corlson (@MarkWCAU) reported

@techAU @supercars I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the 4K channel goes the way of the 3D channel. Foxtel introduce these channels but never seem to want to support them.

  • johnmetalftw john metal (@johnmetalftw) reported

@Foxtel tried iq5 but don’t have a TV antenna. So it’s useless for now. Put iq3 back but now have that stupid TV guide problem. Need a new iq2 box to save me

  • AlienPrivileged PrivilegedAlien (@AlienPrivileged) reported
