The other post update was figuring a good idea to add Wikipedia links to the mentions of Crave, Foxtel, and BBC iPlayer. (Mentioned in case a non-US person asks in the comments why I didn't address XYZ streaming service in their countries...since it's happened before...)

@Foxtel why is your website so bad. I simply wanted to choose a package, pick so add ons, impossible. Tried your salespeople, they did not know about multi screen, were not sure of monthly costs. Do you train your staff? #FoxtelFailAgain

Ah. CENSORSHIP in Australia. Cannot get SKY NEWS Regional now. Have tried to re scan Channels but now it doesn't come up. Ah. Now we're forced to swallow The wonderful world of Crap Mainstream Media. Channel 7/9/10/SBS/ABC.... Not that I will. Have Foxtel. Disgraceful Australia.

  • kirkfletcher Kirk Fletcher (@kirkfletcher) reported

@gerrydir @Optus A lot of businesses do that. I ditched Foxtel some time back for a similar reason (everyone said I would likely get a special offer when I cancelled, but I never did. LOL).

@FOXTEL_Help The Cancel My Subscription button on the Foxtel Now page seems to be broken

  • Jeffreyemiles Jeff Miles (@Jeffreyemiles) reported

@kayosports_help This is my biggest issue with Kayo - I'm paying the same amount as a Foxtel sports subscriber and can access the same channels. However, Foxtel subscribers get access to both the ESPN app & beIN Sports Connect and Kayo users don't even though it's owned by Foxtel (1/2)

@producersnoogs @offherchops can the WWE Universe in Australia get a shout out? They're doing it real tough. No other alterative on Foxtel, all entertaining talents (esp Aussies) fired, terrible writing. Locked down and we get this. uggghhh

@FOXTEL_Help This morning account was suspended. Took 1.5 hrs to go past a bot and find real person. Found bills unpaid because someone decided to send them to a never used email without warning vs regular paper bills. Sorted but is this how you treat loyal customers from 20 yrs?

@bradaus So, if the internet is down- I can’t watch foxtel?
