@Foxtel I have called support and told to wait 5 days. My ISP has waited 2 weeks, and the cancellation team wastes my time interrogating me. All because my ISP block is considered Overseas by foxtel. Nice job.

@GummiVenusDMilo I worked at Foxtel in the late 90s, and during a very boring meeting, that involved HR. Those words were used at me. And before my brain could stop my lips, out came aren’t they just buzz words that dumb people used to sound important, didn’t go down great

@FOXTEL_Help Chat support is appalling. Impossibly laggy and frequent insufficient answers.

  • Hawkeye160972 Shane Clarke (@Hawkeye160972) reported

@FOXTEL_Help Guys, what is going on with Your Foxtel Service in Jordan Springs NSW 2747. It has been out for hundreds of us for 5 days now with no explanation. Call backs are not honoured, booked technicians just don’t turn up. #Disgraceful

  • willgrah19 William Graham (@willgrah19) reported

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel Here let me help. @ACurrentAffair9 there is a 2 whole suburbs that have suddenly lost their Foxtel and no body can give answers of what has happened (some are even getting laughed at on technical support) but we are all still be billed full price. And can’t get a technician out.

@FOXTEL_Help - having waited 20 mins to get to an 'agent' the 'bot' has booted me off Live Chat twice. "Customer service" - bwahahahahahahahaha. You do make me laugh. Anyone available here to help with a Error X101? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

  • PositiveStuffAu Michelle Pavey (@PositiveStuffAu) reported

Still waiting for a call from Foxtel to finalise my cancellation. I was promised a call today after the system outage yesterday. What a surprise!

  • dwoodbridge David Woodbridge (VA) (@dwoodbridge) reported

Pondering why this morning Foxtel can still get away with not having an accessible box for their service? You’d think by now there would be an option.
