@troy_79 I was a foxtel customer for 15+ years. Got rid of it and replaced it with Binge and Kayo and haven't missed it at all. When trying to cancel they offered me just about anything even bagged their own streaming services Kayo and Binge in the process

@yma6rocks @Foxtel @WWE Ah, so you are in the same boat as me and others. Not sure what is wrong. Apparently I am not authorised to fix the issue when I am and cannot escalate the is for that reason. If more report it, they’ll hopefully fix it sooner. Thanks for checking 😎.

@Chris2Far86 The big bash is expensive to take the family to, two games plus minimal food/drinks or we can afford Foxtel for a year. The T20 season is too long which rules out the best players both home and abroad. 50 over cricket is on life support and needs to be allowed to die.

Got replacement box from @FOXTEL_Help today, took 2 chats to get it 1st chat was extremely rude 2nd chat fixed my issue. Open the box today & surprise its direct replacement which rude person said was out of stock before trying to up sell me crap instead of fixing my issue.

@FOXTEL_Help season 1 episode 1 of covert affairs is all distorted. Seems a issue with it skipped to 2nd episode and its working flawlessly.

@Foxtel not only did foxtel debit payment after I had cancelled but trying to get technical help is useless. They have now told me Foxtel app is no longer supported, go via Chrome or safari, when you try that it refers you back to no longer supported app. Rip off
