@FOXTEL_Help still no good. auto chat has not helped. IQ4 box is not working

  • MrTimDunn Tim Dunn (@MrTimDunn) reported

@aussiewongm @railmaps @Foxtel The problem with ppl doing that is that it lowers the viewing figures on the Oz channels, which means it's less likely that series 2 will then get to Oz - so all the other people who don't have that tech to hand miss out.

  • RealDealJRH Josh R. Haitch (realdealjrh@aus.social) (@RealDealJRH) reported

@maxcasterfan Wait, just checked. It's included in the basic "Foxtel Plus" package. So if you went for the cheapest Foxtel Plus option, you'd have access to this. No idea what the crossover is between that and will be on BINGE next year. I know BINGE is meant to be the entire Network library

  • Ari_Y_Stama Ari Stamatakos (@Ari_Y_Stama) reported

@bucky1610 firstly, idk if you’re referencing 05 or 22, but either way, it hasn’t gotten worse. secondly, fixturing was only a problem bc of covid, it’s very simple now. marketing and advertising has improved 10fold since it was taken off foxtel. lastly, all those “problems” are fixable.

@jussiejussie If you do cancel the network now because of foxtel the wwe network is leaving Australia next month anyways my mum got an email about it for some reason

  • petercapedavies Peter Cape (@petercapedavies) reported

Foxtel, their moto, you can check in but you can never checkout. Try cancelling your subscription.. ahhhh

  • JLK19569 Justine 😷 (@JLK19569) reported

@Foxtel is useless if you need help! Don’t bother contacting the help line - impossibly slow and haven’t helped. Is it too much to ask that a service provider, provide actual SERVICE?

  • AgentIlford Jane Asher (@AgentIlford) reported

Why is almost all you read in the Guardian or see on the abc or Foxtel produced by people could not solve a single maths or atmospheric chemistry or physics problem. Why is it the same in government?

  • sunsetpiastri ryn ♡ (@sunsetpiastri) reported

help does kayo have all nhl games?? foxtel have stopped playing them 😭😭

  • JLK19569 Justine 😷 (@JLK19569) reported

@Foxtel Nope, nothing gets done if I contact your ‘help’ site. This problem is happening more and more frequently. It’s just not good enough.
