@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help you wrongly charged me $90 for a $10 plan. Now I have been on hold with your customer svc for 20 mins already after speaking to her literally for 15 seconds. Top class system. 👏🏻

I love that @Foxtel Go charges way more than any other streaming service (for less content) and yet is the only one with ads. Stay on shitty brand guys.

@WhellumAnthony @Bridie_WA @plalor @braddavo @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Also try telling them you're leaving and you're not interested in anything they have to say. My $90 package was suddenly available for $20 a month, for the life of my service, if I stayed. I still left - simply didn't use it. A mate said they did the same to him, too.

@FOXTEL_Help I’ve got the foxtel now app, but it keeps freezing for a few seconds at a times. It’s really annoying when trying to watch the rugby, or any other program. No issue when steaming from other apps. Help.

I’ll say. My wife & I in our mid 60’s but our private health insurance has obstetrics as an item we can claim. Seriously. It’s like foxtel. You pay for shit you don’t want or need & pay through the nose for it.
