@AngelComrade Foxtel sucks compared to what’s available now for so much cheaper. I wasn’t that fussed on Stan, it was all stuff I seen before. But I find it good to rotate every few months between Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. That way you get the best of everything. No lock ins.

@csb02174941 @tezzamaree @johnsy123aus Murdoch papers, Foxtel have operated at a loss for years, get bailed out every year. Murdoch only keeps propping them up for the influence they give him. We’d need to topple his whole empire. OR enforce media standards & penalise/shut down outlets for flouting them. Long overdue.

@_BrittanyCarter @SuperNetball @NetballTasmania Who cares? Sold themselves to Foxtel, havent they? So almost nobody can watch, am I right? Will there be ANY on Free To Air? Look what happened to Super Rugby when they went to Foxtel; it died a slow but certain death for years. Only now is rugby recovering. A bit.

@AngelComrade Netflix way cheaper than foxl, definitely a better option for movies & series. Foxtel is only worth it for live sport, even then you are lining Rupert's pockets (I am guilty) Worth checking Prime also, cheaper than Netflix but less stuff (cancel either anytime) Free trial on both
