Amazing - rang again - explained problem again - it seemed so logical. Finally got someone in Foxtel who understood. 5 minutes and all working. BUT ... why don't they listen to what you say ? I actually knew what happened last time - and how it was fixed. Same problem !

@clothedvillainy How many people are paying “hundreds and hundreds a month” for cable and streaming? I suppose if you signed up for every service plus full-service Foxtel you might get there but I don’t think that’s many people.

Hey @Foxtel so chat couldn't help me and told me to call. Call said 30 min wait and I selected callback service. You just called back yet it was an automated message saying you'll only try 3 times. It's almost like you're purposely not allowing me to speak to someone to cancel 🤔

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I’ve cancelled my subscription for the month and my account is currently deactivated. However, I’ve been charged until my next billing cycle that ends on 8 Jan 2020. The online support team wasn’t able to confirm my refund. Can you advise?
