@FOXTEL_Help Have had Foxtel with top package for 20 years. Feeling time to cancel now. The last 6 months you have made IQ2 irrelevant removing on demand content, said you would give me a new box then didn’t, won’t let me chromecast & failed 3 times to contact me back? Any help?

@THstraya2017 @char_kiwi In NZ it's only 'officially' available by our equivalent of Foxtel and its streaming service Neon.

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel My boxes (2) no longer support on demand. This service (which I pay for and apparently had up until Jan 21) is not 'supported' by my boxes. Now I'm being asked to pay for new boxes to get the service I already pay for. Ridiculous.

@Foxtel Step 1. Download a torrent client Step 2. Use a proxy or VPN Step 3. Go the Pirate Bay Step 4. Steal ******** out of foxtels content. Congratulations, you've now gotten the entire foxtel catalogue for free.

@FOXTEL_Help I've just subscribed to Foxtel now via the installed app on my hisense TV. I've had error code 7001 appear. The picture goes off but there's still audio. The only way to resolve it is to exit the app then open it again. How can I fix this problem?
