@MrSquiggleAu @Foxtel @rupertmurdoch Before I was aware; we paid for #Foxtel to record shows, AND we were in a poor reception area so we were able to view crystal clear programming. Now, the Ads, the Owner and the Cost prohibit use 👍

You all have such bad customer service and my family has been a customer of @Telstra and @Foxtel for more than 10 years. I’ve gotten techs out to check out internet @NBN_Australia then you cancel at the last minute when I’ve already taken the day off work to be home. 2/

@VinceRugari I used to watch the A-league on foxtel. Now I didn't even know it was still going. It's a slow decline into the abyss for Aussie soccer.

Ads on TV about Foxtel shutting down the HFC network so you need a replacement IP box within the next 12 months.

@skybluedavidb @OptusSport @StanSportAU My concern but was what did they replace losing the UEFA club comps to charge what they do. At least Foxtel went and got all the channels of the big EPL clubs where the games would appear on delay and locked in BeIn.. just too bad they lost interest in the a-league

And if it is any help, the problem only happens on your sports channels. (Added in the faint hole that someone at Foxtel is professional enough to actually give a ****) @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help @acccgovau #Australia

@Telstra your customer service is actually appalling. I’ve had @NBN_Australia techs tell me the wiring for our internet and @Foxtel has been done incorrectly and now Telstra is telling me it’s NBNs fault. All of you are making things so difficult, and wasting my money. 1/

@am_paraj @OptusSport It was reported Foxtel didn't even put a bid for the rights when they were last offered. I'm surprised by Optus. Esp adding a fee for their Mobile/NBN customers. The previous CEO said bundling content was the key to create stickiness for Optus mobile/nbn to help reduce churn
