Wow so I was just able to cancel my @Foxtel subscription this time around without too much hassle. I was paying $50/pm and would’ve kept it had I been able to keep it at that price but they wouldn’t budge. Anyhoo I won’t miss it.

@FOXTEL_Help No access via our wifi and we do not have a VPN. I have seen some forums with access problems like this with Telstra. Belong are part of Telstra. Could that be it ?

@Foxtel Hi Foxtel, in a month where you increase my price for my package by $20 per month , you now are offering the exact package and contract length to new customers for $40 less. I am told I am best to cancel and sign up as a new customer , this is completely irrational. Pls

@Foxtel incredibly expensive - uncompetitive price given Netflix etc You could have every subscription service there is for less than this per month. Your business model is outdated, and the value no longer there unfortunately.

@Foxtel The worst service, the most rubbish content, killed off some great channels years ago (including TCM) and we're paying through the nose for failed movies, repetitive dreck and nauseating crap like the Kardashians. Time to leave.
