@JasonTh46858503 @Foxtel “What's that every time the corrupt Morrison speaks lot of detritus comes out of Morrison's mouth” I’m sorry; I’m sure it’s me, but if it’s not too much trouble, can you run that by me one more time?

  • Salsnifer Stephanie Linn (@Salsnifer) reported

Had enough of @Telstra. NBN goes down, Foxtel goes down, 2 days off work 2 different techs later and not fixedTelstra box has faulty connections causing fire hazard and can’t get anyone to call me. Gold member support keep asking me which lights are on the modem!

  • Seagullrm Robert Mason (@Seagullrm) reported

@fnq_the @Foxtel My wife & I have been subscribers for more than a decade & we get a lot of use out of it. Sadly though, dealing with @Foxtel's call centre is an extremely unpleasant experience & has really made us question whether we should also go down the streaming road.

  • angryaussie AngryAussie (@angryaussie) reported

Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.

  • themiketee themiketee (@themiketee) reported

@Foxtel @YoshokoY I’m aware support staff are usually quite removed from Product Decisions and strategies, but pass this information over to your UX department.

  • Chewy_Bravo Chewy Bravo (@Chewy_Bravo) reported

@Foxtel Foxtel sucks and is a waste of money.

@deviantmoon28 I don’t know. I don’t watch msm anymore. Even given up on Foxtel actually. They have some of the worst panic merchants going around.
