@Foxtel is useless if you need help! Don’t bother contacting the help line - impossibly slow and haven’t helped. Is it too much to ask that a service provider, provide actual SERVICE?

  • Richard53740906 Richard Moore (@Richard53740906) reported

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel I already did and was quoted 72 business hours.... I think I might just stay with other streaming services with that kind of service

@FOXTEL_Help Guys, what is going on with Your Foxtel Service in Jordan Springs NSW 2747. It has been out for hundreds of us for 5 days now with no explanation. Call backs are not honoured, booked technicians just don’t turn up. #Disgraceful

  • BurnsAvenueCap Eswaran Waran (@BurnsAvenueCap) reported

@FOXTEL_Help @Dj_Sull274 Same issue with me. I am now certain it is related to Android 13 update. Foxtel has not caught up. Not for the first time. Terrible experience with call centre and live chat. Have decided to stop subscription.

@Tigerion Foxtel repair man gave it to me, so it was a common enough problem they had it on hand. Will see what Google fu I can perform.

  • JennelleSTweets Jennelle (@JennelleSTweets) reported

@dwoodbridge Binge (owned by a Foxtel subsidiary) is awful too. Lagging way behind other streaming services in terms of accessibility and audio-described content.

  • vries_lucie Lucie de Vries (@vries_lucie) reported

@Foxtel I have iQ3 box the is not working called for help with now joy. Was told that to get a new upgrade to box 5 I have to upgrade my package, not happy about this. It seems that as a senior with limited knowledge/funds we are always at the mercy of so called experts. 🤔

@SydneyCityTV @meadea @domknight And I’m sure selling Aussat to Optus was part of the thinking, to keep Murdoch away from *all* the satellites Anyway, objective achieved — FTA got to digital before Foxtel could crack 30%, and never got higher. Next thing you know, FTA is fighting for its own future …
