    @Foxtel @samwinter2412 I am having the same issue. Lost half my channels from the TV guide. They appear greyed out. When scrolling channels they have the lock symbol but I can still watch them ?

    @FOXTEL_Help I’m receiving no signal on a number of channels. The website says there’s no outages in my area but basically every channel is blank except for Fox 8 and UKTV. I can’t even get free to air channels.

    @Foxtel Sorry. Absolutely the worst experience. Customer service non existent. Ready to cancel after 15 years.

    I cant watch adventure time no more because apparently our foxtel account doesnt have the kids channels? Mf I watched up to season 3 just yesterday wtf changed???

    @suephoria @almostdita @BTS_twt Yup.. The app is called "foxtel go". Available ios/Android. You will have to create a foxtel account from the website and use it to login to the app (I couldn't sign up from the app directly). Their basic plan has MTV and it will air live.
