@FOXTEL_Help Crows vs Giants coverage on Foxtel now has been ********* all game. All other channels working fine, so would assume an issue on your end. Frustrating.

@baibro1 @AdelaideUnited @CoopersStadium @FFACup @NewcastleJetsFC Yeah I just have Foxtel Now - considering it’s all the same company I’m sure it’s meant to be on for us Foxtel peeps as well, something’s gone wrong. Disappointing, couldn’t make it down from the Barossa to see it live but was looking forward to watching on TV!

@suthodan @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I heard it had horrible service but someone out here said they get perfect streams every time, so was hoping it might be ok. So far 2/2 streams with issues at the end.

@FOXTEL_Help I cannot get access to 501. Haven’t been able to after resetting the box and going through the whole “Script” and not actually understanding the problem I’m having. Spent 55 minutes on the phone so far. Just to be asked what brand is my TV. Because that matters...

Is @FOXTEL_Help now trying to con customers into staying? Called up two weeks ago to cancel my account. After a 30 minute conversation where they tried every trick in the book to get me to stay and I declined, they are now trying to charge me another month and haven’t cancelled

@AshyLeaf Idk how it is in other countries, but in Aus some companies like Foxtel have exclusive rights to some content. We cant get Friends or the Office I believe because legally Foxtel is the only thing allowed to show them for (x) number of years. Bad example but that's how it works.

@MaudeLynnette Good to know that Stan, Netflix, Fetch, Foxtel et al are elitist products and $500 smart TV's are the new delineation of the proletariat. But I doubt I am the only one subject to countless tales about those 6:30pm calls. Blame the victim? Yes damn it, I should be blaming the Gov!
