@Foxtel Hi Foxtel, in a month where you increase my price for my package by $20 per month , you now are offering the exact package and contract length to new customers for $40 less. I am told I am best to cancel and sign up as a new customer , this is completely irrational. Pls

@joshgnosis It's also misleading, in that they're asking for what you'd pay for a foxtel-like service, probably not indicating what the ABC does, etc. If you asked someone who answered $0 what service should do the rural reports, the fire, weather, emergency reports, they'd fund something 🙄

Wow so I was just able to cancel my @Foxtel subscription this time around without too much hassle. I was paying $50/pm and would’ve kept it had I been able to keep it at that price but they wouldn’t budge. Anyhoo I won’t miss it.

@Dangerouslytal @Foxtel Foxtel are classics , so I can cancel and create a new account and get it for $69 but they can’t adjust my current price ... which is significantly more than the $69 they are offering a new customer @foxtel a business model with no clues , it defies logic , the next Blockbuster!

@Gatty54 Aren’t the viewing numbers down due to the huge amount of people watching on kayo? We have 1 Foxtel boxes in our house but we watch the ALeague through kayo as of this year. I try to remember to put my box on 505 so I hope that it’s counted!!
