Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported@FitbitSupport the app is doing a weird glitch where it took randomly took away how many calories I had left to eat for the day and somehow defaulted to a random total calorie intake. I changed it to a 500 calorie deficit and I have watched it revert back 3x. Please fix.

Tim Josling (@TimJosling) reportedJust bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.

They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I can’t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?

Shashank (@joinshashank) reported@fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???
