    @fitbit @FitbitSupport disappointed that I cannot get any information on returning my recalled ionic.Error code says, "reference code not found' and your chat is not operable. So you're asking your customers to wait 6+weeks AFTER returning Ionic to receive our refund?Disappointed

    @FitbitSupport Hi I m using inspire 2..the notification for call sms... Get disconnected automatically... It says restart your ph.. I do that but all in vain.. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still same problem.. I m using Huawei y8p its andriod 10.1.. Any suggestions?

    I’ve had to replace my @fitbit nearly every 2 years for the last decade because they always die out of nowhere and my current just one died after 10 months. The process for trying to get a replacement under warranty is trash. Learn from my stupidity and don’t buy a Fitbit.

    @fitbit , totally unacceptable treatment after surrendering my fitbit ionic a month and half back.. I was given refunds on Google play which doesn’t help me to buy another Fitbit device in India… the refund center number helpline team is not able to sort the issue.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK need help to sort the time on my versa 2! Really disappointed, only had this for about a month & it does not cope with moving through time zones at all! I have tried shutting down, restarting, syncing and it still shows the time as 11:18 instead of 9:20

    Anybody know how long a @fitbit watch is supposed to last for????? I only got mine 14 MONTHS ago and I’ve been through numerous warranty replacements only for it to just KEEP dying out on me. Is there even a point in getting a new one if it’s just poor quality like this?! 😩

    Do NOT buy a Fitbit Charge 5. Stay with the 4. The 5 has no button and the touchscreen is slow and unresponsive. @fitbit put the button back.

    I grabbed the new @FitbitSupport and it's trash. Wont stay on my wrist under my glove when I'm boxing it unhooks. Plus it doesn't read my heart rate right or detect sleep.

    @FitbitSupport Having trouble connecting Versa to FitBit account on both iPhone X and iPad Mini 5. I have removed it from my account many times today, would get it connected and then it would disconnect. All devices have had their Bluetooth and Power turned on/off multiple times

    so @fitbit was supposed to send me my #IONICREFUND and it's been over 6 weeks. i call, and they go... "oh it failed... weird" i asked to emt or put the money on my visa and i get put on hold for another 5 minutes and counting. this is horse ****.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve got a new Charge 5 and it’s very poor at retaining charge. I charged fully last night and by 7am the following morning it’s already on 56%. I am not using the ‘always on’ function. Are you able to exchange it?
