@FitbitSupport yesterday my screen went black and I sent you a message. When I plugged my versa in this morning the battery said 0% which never happens since I plug it in everyday. Now my Versa won’t sync and it shows 9:10 although it’s 2:07 pm. Please help with some suggestions.

@FitbitSupport Hi, I deleted my app since I could not sync my FitBit Sense since Sunday and I cannot reinstall the device on the app now since I cannot able to unlock it. I know my PIN but it keeps guiding me to unlock it with my Iphone. Please help.

@FitbitSupport wanted to thank you for pestering me with pop-ups to update my Ionic in the dashboard. Finally did it... and bricked my ****. No amount of restarts, hard resets or uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the phone can get it off logo screen now. So great job.
