Sensors stop functioning, frequently after firmware updates, rendering the watch useless. Buy a different brand!!!!!!!

Been in touch with your AWFUL customer care team for months & you’re still doing nothing to fix the problem that many people still have. SORT IT OUT and fix this!

Since I lost my receipt from the shop I bought it, is that it, too bad… €190 down the drain ….? Seems unfair that I need to keep a paper receipt when all transactions are digital?
