    @FitbitSupport @TriEngland disappointing that Fitbit cannot help with a 15-month old Ionic that stopped working as I bought it (new) from EBay. It was a genuine new Fitbit regardless of the seller. I’ll contact Citizens Advice and buy a new watch. It’s unlikely to be a Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport the light on the back of my Ionic is bright red. I cannot restart or charge the unit at all. Is there. Fix for this?

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit app - add frozen rhubarb. Touch selection. Spinning wheel.....spinning wheel.... 3 minutes later spinning wheel. Internet works yes just not fitbit app. Soooo bad guys. 😡

    @fitbit I've brought many people to Fitbit done fun Challenges email etc etc, but I'll just direct people to Garmin or Apple who have products that won't break down after a few months.

    @Jason @fitbit @FitbitSupport Used to be a big Fitbit user and a stockholder as well. But ever since using Apple Watch - it’s day and night between the 2. Case in point - in 4 years I have had 3 fitbits , broken, failed, strapless - and 1 AW in 2 years - running strong like new. Glad I let go of it.

    @FitbitSupport I give up! Over 4 weeks, over 70 messages back and forth and yet another email fobbing me off without a resolution or response to my complaint. Just a huge disappointment after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, owning multiple Fitbit products 😢 #poor

    @Jason @fitbit @FitbitSupport told me to pound sand when mine broke after 3 months "buy a new one" was the fix. " Not covered under warranty. " It broke while I was gardening.... Activity tracker, as long as the activity is lying down on a couch....

    @FitbitSupport - thanks guys. Just sliced my Flyers in half for no replacement. Gonna be hard not to tell people not to dabble in the Fitbit market with the extortionate prices on short shelf life devices.. Less than 12 months before failure is p*ss poor. Farewell Fitbit. 👋

    @FitbitSupport The fitbit app I have used for 2 years is getting slower, and slower until today I’m thinking jeez maybe time to get an apple watch! Why no clear cache button ? Why is it so slow logging food ? Why does it not store my database locally on my phone to load faster?

    @fitbit what is the warranty on the your charge three. I purchased mine from Argos on the 22nd June 2020 and the screen is just about to crash. It is very faint and sometimes nothing at all , I would expect it the last more than 12 months

    @FitbitSupport Terrible customer service. Been waiting for months for ANY sign of my order. Ordered it online. Didn’t receive. Complained. GLS don’t have order. I told Fitbit I wanted a refund. Got an email that I need to return my product for a refund. I DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT!!!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit bought a brand new fit bit 2 months ago. Since purchase we have had to ship it back 4 times now because it has not been working. This is getting ridiculous. This is such a poor product and now I've been without my watch for 2 months.

    @FitbitSupport Can you help me? My Versa is starting to act weird. Sometimes it measures extreme high bpm (e.g. 192) when I'm not even wearing it. What can I do to fix this?
