    @JosephKane95 @fitbit yeah, I've been looking at that like I guess I'd have to run an app on the fitbit, then figure out how to send data to some server, and then display that data as a browser source in OBS? or using ports? idk, seems like lots of work

    @FreyaHolmer @fitbit Yea it does seem like alot which is why i was hesitant to even suggest it :( From everything i seen, it seems like you might even have to grab that info on the fitbit and then pass it to a companion app on mobile before sending to a server :/. So even more steps :(

    Had an issue with my @fitbit. @FitbitSupport was outstanding. Immediately helped and sent me a replacement without any hassle. Many companies could learn from their CS/tech support model.

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit versa 3 won't show any of my text messages, email..nothing. I have turned on notification settings for everything on the fitbit app and on my phone and it STILL says device not able to recieve messages! Please help?

    @fitbitsupport my charge3 is showing a 001error on the screen. tried rebooting it several times, the way your employees have written in the community. But its all not working. I had the device since '19. I tried to charge it but its not turning on at all or showing the smileyface

    @fitbit why do you make it so hard to speak to someone when there@is a problem. My Alta is now very dim. Not had water on it and not dropped. Cannot find an email or phone number to speak to anyone about it. So frustrating!!

    @FreyaHolmer @fitbit (And maybe you'll have more luck than me but the two kind of watch that track heart rate I got was not working well on DDR, it got a lot of signal interruption, necer know why. It worked perfectly fine with other "regular sports. Interested to check if you have this issue too.)

    @Lynsay @fitbit @FitbitSupport Mine generally last 6-9 months. Then it’s a nightmare to get a case number to get to exchange them. If mine goes again then think will upgrade for an Apple Watch as now own an IPhone

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport there is a significant issue with heart rate tracking being inaccurate with the Sense. The last response received is the issue is being looked at but no timframe being given to a fix. Some sort of promo code should be given to Sense users to purchase

    @fitbit My wife and I got each other Fitbits for Christmas. You aren't honoring the six month trial on the box. We can't use the same credit card in our wallet. The synching process is a nightmare! Why is this such a hassle? WTF did I pay for? #ChristmasRuined

    @FitbitSupport hoping you can help - I have a new Versa 3 and it just won’t hold its charge for more than 2 days. I have everything switched off and it makes no difference to battery life at all. Thanks.

    @FitbitSupport Hello, just got a new versa 2 and can't set up. Type in the 4-digit pin and getting Error 400 on IOS, "try again" on android. Both phones fully up to date, reset multiple times. Customer support says it's an "known issue"... any news so far? :(

    @FitbitSupport I’ve contacted you numerous times about your sleep notification. Which wakes me most nights.😡 after being told to do several things, you told me to delete the app to solve the issue and now I can’t get back into the app or get through on your link.

    @FreyaHolmer @fitbit Yes! @pulsoid_app.... At least, its worth a shot. I use it with my whoop strap which isn't officially supported anymore but works. Worst case you can certainly make it work with a relatively affordable heart rate strap if you really want to :)

    @FitbitSupport I have checked and the support is no good as the screen is dead it has lines running down it, all emailed but all I get is out of warranty, this versa has not lasted 2 years after my other versa screen did the same, I have been told I will get a discount email but nothing >
