@thereal_rookie @FitbitSupport I have the same issue. It stopped charging when the battery overheated last June. I can no longer add it to my account, so have been told I can’t get a refund. Annoying.

@fitbit I've done the registering and verifying process without a problem, but I'm now on the store screen to get a replacement product and it's asking for an access code. I've tried my reference number but it doesn't work. Does this come by email later? Or have I missed it somewhere?

@fitbit I have received an email regarding Fitbit Ionic smartwatches recall. I followed that mail & clicked on the web page link to register. After registering I received a confirmation mail. In that email verify account link is not working. How do I verify my account.

@Thomas_Barnes_ @fitbit I have been told it may take a few weeks to receive the email regarding the refund. This isn't acceptable, we should have been provided with a full explanation of the process when we completed the form. Very poor service.

I'm surprised only the Ionic is being recalled by @fitbit. My Versa Lite **** the bed just outside of warranty and always gave me a weird sensation in my wrist.
