    @fitbit @FitbitSupport good morning. I have had my Charge 5 for way under a year and I have to charge it now every 2 days. I charged it last night, wore it to sleep and now it’s down to 66% already. Can you help me? And no, I don’t have any receipts.

    @FitbitSupport write this down. You don't need my location in order to sync my fitbit. Repeat you don't need my location. The android 12 update rendered my device useless since I won't give you my location. I wont be using your products anymore. You are all perverts.

    @fitbit My fitbit is not working like the 1st one and so I called and they gave me a new fitbit and it's doing the same thing that is nothing nothing new here I do not like this you fit bit

    @FitbitSupport Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo, doing a reset by holding the button down the logo goes for 5 seconds then comes back. Tried all troubleshooting steps and nothing is working.

    @jennycodes @fitbit What are you using to track your sleep? I had an app that did it really well but recent updates to Android seem to have broken it.

    @FitbitSupport I just said **** it and crossed my fingers, got sick and tired of wasting time on this and bought a cheap one on Amazon. Your loss. What *****’n waste of time. If you’re selling something hundreds of dollars respect your customer more and train/pk your retailers.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my fitbit ionic has started losing charge very quickly. I fully charge it and it's down to 24% within 24 hours. Tried re- setting it, deleting and app and everything else I've seen on line but its still losing charge. What can I do? Thanks

    Pay over $200 for @fitbit Versa 2, it lasted less than a year. Junk. Of course procrastination didn’t get it replaced in the 1 yr warranty. Google tells me MANY end up with unfixable “Logo” only issue. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Two problems: 1. Getting a refurbished device as replacement, though I paid for new device 2. Replacement device is not working which raises questions about recertification process. Left my email address in private msg.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge 5. My screen won't turn on. I've tried the restart function via the charging cord but that doesn't work. I can feel it vibrate when I push the button on the usb cord. I've only had this for a couple weeks now. Please help!

    @fitbit can someone can help me? I have had fitbits right up to my charge 4. I got my C4 on my birthday last year. Less than 12 months and it won't sustain charge or even show the screen. It occasionally shows the logo with the number 100. I am really missing it!

    @eddiejaoude My notifications seem at least only sometimes digested break fast sleeps uhhhh I don't even know time to fit bit fix. O yeah @FitbitSupport use know to appropriately approximate to considerable accuracy when and how long individuals will sleep to allow them better self prediction

    @FitbitSupport My husband’s Fitbit Versa has stopped showing the time. Also, there used to be two green lights showing on the back. Now there is a red and a green light. It’s only a little over a year old. Help!

    I need a @fitbit that's a different kind of wearable. It registered like 1000 steps while I was sitting down having a long dinner with my friend because I gesture with my hands so much.

    @fitbit How do you justify sending refurbished Fitbit Sense as replacement? Replacement device supposedly re-certified but its not even working, which begs question about recertification process. Premium product itself is buggy and paywalled with an obscene price tag.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks but no. It’s a problem I’ve had with every model for years, I don’t need assistance now I need you guys to make a hypoallergenic band option for ALL of your devices at no mark up going forward. My money will keep going to third party vendors for custom bands.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for reaching out. The piece that holds the band to the Fitbit center completely broke off which is weird b/c that’s never happened & I bought this one 5/27/21 of last year. I’ve know the bands to break before w/wear & tear, but not this issue with Fitbits.
