@TracyHornschuch @FitbitSupport I totally agree that Fitbit should post something on their website if the system in down. Or have pop-up that tells us that the system has issues so we don’t change our login passwords numerous times or uninstall and reinstall the app thinking problem is with only our account.

@FitbitSupport "A series of unfortunate events": App stops syncing. After troubleshooting, app won't login (server unreachable). After 3 attempts acc is locked. App asks to send email. Email asks to use chat. Chat won't open bc acc is locked. Called and was told acc won't be unlocked today...🤦

@FitbitSupport @JordanOSullivan I'm having the same issue. I was unable to sync and then couldn't log in. Now I'm told my account has been blocked for 24 hours due to too many account login attempts. I can't use the Chat support as I can't log into my account and email support says it's no longer supported

I tweeted this out so all @fitbit users know there's an issue & I'm sure @FitbitSupport is being slammed w/msgs. Having been on the other side of this, I know they're T/S'g TF out of it to isolate the problem. They'll fix it. They also know it's affecting their subscription svc

@1wendylouwho @FitbitSupport I’ve had a Fitbit for several years, and once my Sense completely goes (battery life is down to 3 days) I’m switching to a different brand. Instead of updating here, or on the website, we have to keep trying to sync every few hours? Awful customer service.

@FitbitSupport restarted my charge 5 - Restarted my phone, and uninstalled the app. I factory set my fitbit losing data- unpaired & did a troubleshoot on the USB.won't pair up with Bluetooth but saying connected + app won't pair with my phone. just says add code and then trouble working?

@FitbitSupport I am a long time user of fitbit versa 2 and now I bought versa 4. And I'm pretty upset that the 3rd party app installation doesn't work. What is this downgrade and why are you blocking it? I hope you will add 3rd party apps again after this outage. Otherwise the watch is unusable

Am I the only one surprised to find out today that the @fitbit has to connect to HQ to function? I thought the device just transmitted data to my phone via Bluetooth. WTF?
