    @FitbitSupport I need your help please. I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 on May 4, 2020 but noticed today that the face of the watch is coming detached from the frame. Is this something that can be fixed?

    @drasticsturgeon @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I used their Chat Live service on their “contact us” page, and it was phenomenal. They did troubleshooting with me, then confirmed it was a weird problem with the FitBit and arranged to send me a new one! Are you inside your warranty period?

    @FitbitSupport my sleep is not being monitored for last 4 days. Neither is exercise shown on the app though device shows steps. Battery charged. Sensor clean. Wearing snug but not tight. Help

    @FitbitSupport I am SO DISAPPOINTED in my Fitbit Ionic and support. This is my second Ionic. The first one did great, lasted over five years. This one is not working properly. Often doesn’t record sleep, and very rarely does it actually notify me of incoming texts. Weeks working with support

    Started taking @goustocooking meals again to see if it can help accelerate a bit of weight loss. Tasty, quick, easy recipes but no barcode to scan to quickly log against @fitbit or @MyFitnessPal. Disappointing. A missed opportunity

    @FitbitSupport ...night and awake for hours. The numbers are showing no difference between the two. Therefore, I question either how they are measured or their error bars.

    @FitbitSupport Hi- trying to fix my elderly dads Versa2. The battery ran down. Now recharged but it’s stuck on yesterdays date and the wrong time. I’ve synced it several times. Time zone is correct.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Me: Walks up 4 flights of stairs quickly, that takes me up two floors. My fit bit: “0 floors”. (The next day) Me: Has done nothing so far this morning, other than crawl out of bed and sit down. My fit bit: “3 floors”. Seems a bit odd.

    @FitbitSupport It’s beyond that. You asked for info which I gave. Then Gave me generic advice that didn’t work. Then sent me a customer satisfaction questionnaire which I responded with “very dissatisfied”. Is there anything else you will do? This is not an individual issue. It’s your system.

    @FitbitSupport Why can’t I just order a replacement today for your faulty product it’s not just me it’s my partners too that has the same issue why can’t I just go to the online store and order a replacement? And not get fobbed off with a refurbished second hand one ?

    Sent my @fitbit watch for the 2x for the same problem (draining battery) and I still don't have my watch. @Apple watch commercials are looking really good because customer service at @fitbit is horrid

    @FitbitSupport After 6 months of the fitbit working perfectly for once, it is now not working correctly. Just not collecting or calculating sleep/hrs monitor data among other things!

    @FitbitSupport So the *look* of it isn't bad, and some of the data is presented really nicely. It's just the organisation of how you access different features, and the confusing differences between how things are presented in the mobile app and on the website.

    @fitbit @FitbitUK had my watch on while out yesterday. It wasn't low or on red, but died. Since then it won't recharge and occasionally shows a red battery with an exclamation ❗ symbol. Is this a common issue? Can it be fixed? I have a Versa 2

    @FitbitSupport My expensive paper weight Charge 5 still doesn't work. Talked to a tech via chat and they said it needed to be replaced and got disconnected. Tried again and I typed out all of the trouble shooting the former tech had tried and the tech said have you tried any troubleshooting? 😭
