    @FitbitSupport Hi, just bought a fitbit versa 3 and have a huawei y6, downloaded app as had it before but still can't connect. Fitbit 100% powered can see versa 3 on Bluetooth. Have got as far as app seeing versa 3 but then doesn't connect. Can you help

    @FitbitSupport actually joke phone dieing after 10 hours max after recent update and won't stay connected receiving notifications unless delete and reinstall app every day. No help at all

    @FitbitSupport Hello, I've paired my fitbit Flex with the app, and my steps etc. are correctly showing. However, this data not appearing on the desktop version (it says no device paired) or nutracheck app. Can you help?

    @fitbit What's the story with the versa 2? Mine has completely lost the ability to pair with my phone. others are having the same issue since the new update. Can you give me an update on the state of your app and versa 2 pairing problems at the moment? What's being done to fix it?

    @FitbitSupport I can't sync my fitbit charge 4 with the app on my android phone Huawei P20 lite. It hasn't sync since Monday. I've tried all the suggest measures: on/off Bluetooth, restart phone, reboot device, unpair, remove and download app again. Please help

    @FitbitSupport Since the recent update my Versa 2 won't connect to my phone. I've restarted my phone, the Fitbit and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It would seem that I am not the only person with this issue, so hope another update is coming imminently to fix this problem!

    Disappointed in quality of @Apple Watch strap. Unsatisfactory response from @Apple. 3 months old & visibly worn. Told it’s normal wear & tear. I can pay for a new strap - so waste another £50 for poor quality! Had a @fitbit for 2 yrs & no visible wear to the strap! Unacceptable!

    @FitbitSupport hi my fitbit versa 3 has stopped scrolling down it works left right and up so I can't get my notifications. The phone vibrates but I don't even get the you have so many steps to go or you reached 10000 steps either.

    @FitbitSupport Having problems with my Fitbit Charge 4 not keeping track of all my steps, especially moving back in forth in my kitchen and when I’m shopping with a cart. I can’t always be swinging my arms. How can I fix this?

    @FitbitSupport There is clearly a problem right now with syncing issues. Look at your app reviews and Facebook comments. Over the years these devices get more expensive and the sync fails more often. #fitbit #fixthesync

    @FitbitUK I need help. My versa lite just wont connect to my blue tooth. I've followed every instruction possible and it just wont pair. Still under warranty purchased 20.7.20 @FitbitSupport have stopped responding. I've done all the links twice over what they asked me to do.

    @FitbitSupport Thx but I have followed all suggestions. I'm running OS 10 on android and like numerous folks on community board ever since the firmware update on 1/25/21 my watch wont sync to phone . This seems like a fitbit update issue. Not my phone or watch issue.
