    @fitbit I’ve been waiting 5 days for an ‘email’ I’m supposed to get about replacing one side of an ACE3 band that broke after a handful of times being worn. I’ve gone onto chat support 2 times about it and supplied the receipt and photo of the broken part. Poor service.

    BRB - manually deleting all period tracking data from my Fitbit app because there's no way to just wipe the info in one step. Yo, @fitbit @FitbitSupport - this is probably something you'll want to help folks do quicker. I have a feeling you'll be seeing this question a LOT soon.

    Note to @fitbit: Fix the rudimentary problem that prevents the device from acquiring the correct time when syncing with the phone. My phone has the correct time and the app is set correctly. Why, days after my arrival in a new timezone, is the device's time still incorrect?

    @FitbitSupport Unfortunately, @FitbitSupport, that thread was created over 4 years ago (2018)... there are 192 votes and over 90 comments (including my own 5 months ago)... but no change, response or statement has been made to this issue. How many votes are needed before you make a difference?

    @FitbitSupport I own a fitbit charge 3, it's not counting steps anymore. Already restarted it multiple times, unpaired it and repaired. Need help. Fitbit seems to be syncing on phone,but not blinking the usual green light from it's sensors at back.
