    @FitbitSupport I got a replacement Charge 4 after mine broke unexpectedly - I've been sent the face. We'd discussed replacing the device including band as it broke as a result of the head falling apart and I can't buy a blue one on your site to replace the original. Can you help?

    @looney02 @FitbitSupport Previous one had a faulty display as well. 2 broken units in 14 months of ownership speaks volumes of the quality. Problem was, the charge HR, the charge 2….. all broke. Only units I ever had that lasted were the flex and the original charge.

    @FitbitSupport my Inspite 2 has died but is still under warranty. When I try to contact support through the ap, I have repeatedly gott the message that no on is available to help rught now. What's going on with that and how is this acceptable?

    @fitbit I am sad. I have taken the plunge and come to Greece and my Versa 2 (gift for Christmas) has stopped working. It is fully charged. I have looked on forums which recommended changing clock face but I am still having issues. Missing my Steps recorder please help

    @FitbitSupport BR and HRV not logged for the last few days. It's not just me, have a look at the Fitbit subreddit, there's a tonne of people having the same problem on charge 4, inspire, versa etc.

    @FitbitSupport hello! I’ve had my versa 2 for less than a year and the heart rate sensor has stopped working (no lights on the back of the watch and no longer tracking HR or sleep). I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone as well as a factory reset. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport It’s tracking more floors. I’m fact, if you look at the screen shot I took of yesterday’s problem, you’ll notice that despite only giving me credit for 467 steps, it has logged 44 floors. The two together are virtually impossible. NB: My actuall floor count is also less.

    @FitbitSupport To be clear, @fitbit provided no real assistance with this issue. Asking me to re-read the help document is not assistance, it's you checking your checkbox to say that you "responded". Telling me to buy more of your product was also not assistance. Don't be a box checker.

    @FitbitSupport Hello I have Fitbit versa, had to reset my watch as it became slow after downloading Fitbit SPO2 monitor face. Now it is not detected on any phone. I assume it’s Bluetooth turned off/ not working after factory reset
