    @fitbit I would like a Fitbit that stays working past 6 months. Shoddy products that break so often you all have to replace them every 6 months (or offer me a coupon to keep buying them) is a huge sustainability issue. @FitbitSupport

    I think my @Fitbit is broken. At 10:30 it said I had done 47 steps. There is no way that could be true. It is not 47 steps to the coffee pot and then the veranda.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit not ready for making the good sports band. Very bad experience with Charge3. Local Chinese Trackers are much better than the Fitbit. No Value for money.

    Ugh, the clip that connects my fitbit to the band is broken. Its literally 13 months old and @fitbit doesn't give a ****. Why should I pay for devices from this company if they don't make quality products?

    @julielerman @fitbit My Charge 2 lasted a year. First issue was a line on the sceen, then faded gradually to nothing. In the end it was working but only via my phone.

    @FitbitSupport VERY unhappy fitbit sense user. It died after 43 days. It had 94 %battery left. I got it to watch for a fib. Which I was put on blood thinner for. support couldn't fix. #42454134 want to return, get refund to get new one asap

    @FitbitSupport Update @FitbitUK : My Fitbit screen was not working, within 24HRS the whole watch packed up. I reported the broken screen and have 3 months on my warranty left and Fitbit I’ve said I’m not legible for a replacement because I reported the broken screen first. Bunch of crooks!
