@FitbitSupport Maybe this is the case# 39653724 not sure. Heart rate does not report accurately during CrossFit, has not since Jan 2021. Gets to about 173 and then drops below zone. Not a band issue. I just want a refund at this point. I’m tired of this. Not the only person with issue

@FitbitSupport The replacement is having the same issues and I took it off for 2 minutes today and it still had a heart rate. Was offered another replacement but can’t fill out the form. I asked about refund but more than 45 days since purchase. Bad policy for product not functioning properly

Fitbit Versa 2 face lifted up this morning after 12 mos. My last Fitbit stopped working after 8 mos. I thought it was me at first, & have been very careful, but now I realize it's the craftmanship. Research indicates this is a common occurrence. @fitbit FIX THIS!!

@fitbit Versa2 is terrible. DO NOT buy one. There is a 45 day refund policy but year warranty. I would submit a claim for a 3rd one but I can’t becAuse the form said already submitted. @FitbitSupport

@fitbit Is there a way to fix the issue that causes the Fitbit charge 3 to vibrate uncontrollably, I've asked support and I've asked the Fitbit forums, and seems like a lot of people are having the same unresolved issue. Please help me fix the less than a year old device. Thanks

@FitbitSupport I am having a problem with my Charge 3. The HR monitor no longer works but the step counter is fine. I have followed all the steps in the various community posts including reboots, restarts, changing HR off, reboot, putting HR back on etc. Still no lights on back

@fitbit I have a Fitbit charge 3 and it has been great having it, but today out of no where the device started vibrating uncontrollably, I've done everything the forum says to do to fix it but nothing, I've contacted customer support, and nothing. What can I do who can help me?

So @FitbitSupport can you please FIX your password reset system so it actually does send out password reset emails. Tried for hours and getting nowhere. UK online chat now out of hours. So my very expensive Sense is useless as I cannot sync it to my account.

@FitbitSupport my versa 2 isn't measuring my heart rate and the green light on the back isn't going on either. I have Uninstalled the app and done a full reset of the watch and still nothing. I've turned it off via shutdown& by hold the watch button till fitbit emblem came up

@FitbitSupport I bought the versa 2 in November and a couple weeks ago it stopped using the voice reply. It moves the dots, then puts them in a circle, then it says translation error. I have tried everything mentioned in the forums on this, including factory resetting the Fitbit

@FitbitSupport last night my versa started glitching, buzzing and flicking through random apps and functions etc by itself, I reset it through advice found online, and also performed a complete reboot to start it again but it’s still happening! Help please!
