    @FitbitSupport I had received a broken pebble and you are not providing me a proper resolution. I had even shared you the images of the damaged pebble you had sent to me including the case no. you had provided. Kindly send me a new pebble asap as i am in urgent need of it.

    @FitbitSupport What ever you do do not uninstall and reinstall app. Because the network is down you won't be able to log back in. Learned that the hard way last time this happened

    @symptomfrei @FitbitSupport I waited forever until someone answered. This was before they announced the problem. They said all our data will be back once they fix the issue. Now we just need to wait and see if that is true.

    @FitbitSupport It would be super helpful if the app was set up (locally) to detect if any problems might relate to an inability to connect to something at your end, so we don't waste an hour trying every possible step to fix it ourselves before Googling or checking Twitter! Thanks!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I am unable to sync despite shutting off phone and turn it back on and shutting off Bluetooth and turn it back on. Is this part of the issue?

    @FitbitSupport Also note that the bug slaughtered my sleep history-- an restoration of those records as "the issue" is resolved would be greatly appreciated

    @LaLaRich0210 @FitbitSupport This should be on Fitbit Support main page. I wasted a lot of time and now have to hope my data is restored after reinstalling the app when the servers are down. I wish they had notified us of the outage when it happened and told us not to troubleshoot.

    @KSchnickelfritz @LeanneAbbey1 @FitbitSupport Mine logged too, here in the UK, when I woke up. Then the outage caused (and is still causing) everything to be messed up. My data for today has mostly disappeared, and I can’t synch now. My past data is only partially there, and which bits are missing changes every time I try.

    @FitbitSupport any ETA on when we will be allowed to log back into the app? I'm going through what many others are with my Sense but the app told me to email Support only for me to get an auto reply that email support no longer exists. Might wanna fix that messaging today too

    @FitbitSupport @Rorygok26 Your company does realize that these watches are designed to help with stress, and not cause it, right? This seems like a huge hiccup with that goal, and likely detrimental to customers using it for that purpose.

    @FitbitSupport I got locked out of my Fitbit account. Not sure why. Noticed I had a problem syncing so I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Tried to login but it says I attempted to login too many times when I only tried once. Now gotta contact support. 😤

    @FitbitSupport @smythatsplash My father and I are having the same issue. I already tried restarting it, disconnecting and reconnecting my Bluetooth, and all the other suggestions Fitbit gave me. I assume it’s the app.

    As everyone is learning having a Fitbit is useless unless it has a network connection to @fitbit @FitbitSupport. Basic functionality, even setting an alarm on some devices is broken when there isn't a network connection. If you've spent any time in the woods, you knew this.

    @FitbitSupport My Inspire 3 has not provided details on sleep score for a couple of days. Might that info come back when the sync problem is fixed? Or does that sound like a different problem?
