    When you pay for @FitbitSupport premium and their app doesn't update things you track in the app and the solution is to restart the Fitbit. No. Your app is trash now and needs fixed.

    Had a @fitbit ionic discontinued and now I decided to try them out again today with a Charge 5 … heart rate not working… took it back to the shop… second replacement not working either… really wish I could get my time back. Wondering if I should just get a refund instead now

    @FitbitSupport when will the Charge 5 update come out to resolve the poor battery issue? This has been a problem since September 21. Only had my C5 for a month and have to charge every 3 days. What’s going on and why reluctance to send a replacement?

    @FitbitSupport my new charge 5 stopped tracking heartrate just after a month of owning it. support did troubleshooting and stopped responding when nothing worked. i posted in the help forum with no follow up. the #charge5 is garbage. please help.

    @FitbitSupport does an awesome job! Twice in one week! Fitbit replaced my husband's (under warranty) Versa 3 after we tried a bit of everything to fix it & walked me through my user error on my Versa 2. Quick, efficient, no time wasted on scripted foolishness ... Lovely!

    @fitbit it's really bad when 3 months ago you are sent an email stating that your ionic has been recalled..so you register for your refund and the response says 3-6 weeks for refund processing and it's over 3 months later and now you have NO WATCH and NO refund!!!! 😞

    @FitbitSupport Yes, that is how I restarted the Charge 5. I called support and all they said was "we're working on a firmware update to fix the issue." I've seen reports that this has been going on for months now. What gives? #fitbit #fitbitcharge #chargingissues

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Returned fitbit iconic as part of recall. Was received by you 4/6. Fitbit claimed I was issued payment end of April. Never received it. Have called 7 times looking for payment since. I want my money. Terrible customer care. Please follow up with me.

    @ZoeJane77 @FitbitSupport That’s absolutely disgusting what terrible customer service. I’ve asked multiple times for an email to complain and they just ignore that part of my comments. It’s making me so annoyed. I did find an email for the Ceo so I am probably going to email them but I won’t get a reply

    @FitbitSupport Thanks tried all those fixes. Not responding. Only thing that consistently works is the watch. Heart rate is blank and not responding. I'm wearing my German on one hand to compare. (both arms as well) not working. Kindly help or advise how we can replace or send for service

    Officially switching from @fitbit to an @apple watch. Too many glitches with the Fitbit software and terrible quality of hardware. I’ve had my charge 4 for one year and the band has broken twice. Plus, the app keeps telling me I burned 1500 calories in an hour.

    Help @FitbitSupport ordered Charge4 from @FitbitUK site via @Vitality_UK, said two day delivery, but still not dispatched 3days later. I leave the country for work in under a week, will it arrive or do I need to cancel order and get something else? Can't find phone number online

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit Ionic Recall…I elected to return my Ionic watch for a refund so I could take my time researching replacement. Watch returned approximately 9 weeks ago, but refund has not been sent. Told refund would be sent within 3-6 weeks. Need help and how to escalate?

    @FitbitSupport I didn’t bother doing those steps, having done them dozens of times since 2015 with various #Fitbit devices. I didn’t see much point seeing as I still haven’t had a reply to the latest email I sent with a case number regarding an ongoing issue.

    @fitbit- can not believe how poor the Fitbit support and customer service is- my wife had a 1 year sub taken after a free trial following buying one of their watches and they say 'talk to APPLE' - stay away from Fitbit
