    @fitbit @FitbitSupport so frustrating that any time my watch accidentally goes dead, it’s a 30 minute headache getting it synced. Seriously. Design some better tech. It’s terrible. I guarantee @Apple Watch won’t give me that trouble.

    @FitbitSupport I'll wait to see if it stops syncing again, and contact you for troubleshooting. I didn't want to get into my problem and the workaround on their thread if my problem was different than theirs. It's bad form to hijack a thread. :) 3/3

    @FitbitSupport Yes, those are the steps. Syncing has gone down completely twice about a week apart. I found an odd little workaround that got the syncing working again. I signed into my account from a different device and syncing started working again as soon as I signed in. 1/3

    The latest @fitbit firmware update disabled my touchscreen on my #versa2 then @FitbitSupport had me factory reset my device. And that disabled my device completely. Their only solution was a 35% off coupon on a new device. I've seen many other users with this issue. Help! #scam

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I have a Charge 3 since about November 2020. I am unable to see the clock face. It is fully charged, it syncs with my iPad. This was expensive. I expect it to work for longer. Can you advise what I can do to fix it or can you supply a replacement. Thanks

    @FitbitIN don’t buy There is no support whatsoever - use and throw. If it goes bad, you will have to throw the device. No support, No repair. @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Hi after your help @FitbitSupport you funnel me back to your refund centre…. Your refund centre sent me to Sedgwick only for me to be returned to…you guesssed it the refund centre… After patiently waiting and calling your refund centre for 8 months still no closer to a refund

    @wtfisameme @fitbit This is really the first problem I've had. What I think is most disappointing is that @fitbit doesn't seem to care about making it right quickly. By the time it gets sent in and they process it and send out a replacement, it's probably going to be a couple weeks.

    @fitbit why did @Google dumb down the new fitbit versa4/sense2? No 3rd party apps, no WiFi, no call support, Alexa but no Google assistant? How is it a smart watch if we can't put apps and stuff on it? Unecceptable for the price we pay for it! #fitbitsense2 #FitbitVersa4 #Fitbit

    @fitbit @fitbit been there, done that. You don’t help, despite it being under warranty and faulty you don’t help, so what exactly would be the point in messaging you again? I’m making sure everyone knows #Fitbit is **** and that Fitbit are #fraudsters not honouring a legal warranty

    @fitbit the charger for the Sense is terrible, please tell me that your future models won't use this design. I've now had two chargers break in the same way (the connector pins get stuck) and they aren't cheap to replace.

    @FitbitSupport Charge 5 battery drop error can’t troubleshoot from Aug to now. In 1 hour drop from 100% to 20%.

    Hey @fitbit - there are next to no available apps showing for my Sense 2. Looks like only basic Fitbit apps are available & none others. Glitch? Or are all the apps from the original Sense still coming?
