    @FitbitSupport my Charge 5 will only stay charged for hours. I restarted it, reset it to factory, turned off GPS and all notifications, anything that uses battery more. Battery still drains too fast. Help please! :(

    @FitbitSupport how do I go about getting replacement fitbit ionic that is not working, it was recalled by fit bit as it was overheating and a fire/burn hazard. Now they are refusing to replace the watch after they disabled it, customer service are not helping. Anyone help

    @FitbitSupport @Google Worst decision ever! Deciding to remove #FitbitChallenges & achievements to "fix" Fitbit tells me ur purposely trying to get rid of the #Fitbit community. If you expect us to get ur NEW gadget, you're wrong. Next steps will be @apple watch! FIX THIS BACK!

    @FitbitSupport @katrina_berry2 Why in the world would you just take away a feature without having an alternative or replacement first? That makes no sense. Whose decision was this? A lot of people depended on that help keep them in shape and healthy. Me included.

    since @fitbit got rid of bingo and challenges and groups (u can only create them w/ ppl you friend on there) it's like...what the point. esp of premium & paying for it. all the other functions are unreliable. why did u make it so boring ?!? wtf is wrong w/ exercise bingo?!

    @FitbitSupport @Kirstilouise88 The definition of fixing something that isn’t broken 😪An entire user base says ‘hey we like this feature, please don’t change it’…and then when you still go ahead and remove it, this is the best you can come up with for a support template? Woof..

    @FitbitSupport I’m so disappointed that the Challenges function was removed from the Fitbit app. That was the main function I had the watch for to be able to connect and compete with friends. I don’t like Apple Watches but now you’ve forced me to getting one and trash the Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Despite receiving ANOTHER replacement charger for my Sense it is not working again. Despite being 100%charged at 10pm it was completely out of charge at 9am. I am training for a half marathon and this is unacceptable. I would like a refund

    @FitbitSupport my charge 5 alarm didn’t off again this morning. Thankfully my backup iPhone alarm saved me again. How many times do I need to reset my charge 5 for the alarm to stop working a few weeks later? When will there be a permanent fix? This issue has been know for 2 yrs!

    @fitbit @Michell58870424 Yes! Please share that the challenges were the only reason most of us didn’t migrate to an Apple Watch years ago. Is Google trying to close down Fitbit? This is definitely the way to do that.

    @fitbit @Michell58870424 The weekly challenges were the only great thing about Fitbit to use. Who decided that this feature was unnecessary? Maybe now is the time to switch to an Apple Watch, as there is no reason to use a Fitbit anymore. Poor decision Fitbit. 😡

    Hey @Google please give everyone a VALID reason for killing @fitbit . Just couldn't handle real competition could you? So you buy @fitbit and then killed it. BAD PLAIN BAD. You can't force people to switch to Google WearOS. It sucks. We'll go elsewhere.

    @FitbitSupport one problem. The hourly activity now shows 1 out of 14. My hourly activity starts at 9 am and ends at 11 pm. It is as if my Charge 5 did not record my hourly activity between 9 AM and 3 PM. oh well.

    @FitbitSupport is there an issue again with Fitbit synchronisation? Watch working but phone not updating. Tried switching off / on Bluetooth but still nothing. Last time it was a problem at your end & not the only one in family with this issue.
