    @fitbit hey. One of your chat agents, while trying to "help" me sort a payment issue, cancelled my pre-order before telling me, and made me place a new order. Words cannot describe the frustration. I've been trying to sort this for 2 days, and now I feel tricked.

    @FitbitSupport This is the standard advice provided on the help forums but it doesn't address the problem with the Charge 4 adding random steps. I sent my email address via Facebook.

    @FitbitSupport I've had my Fitbit Charge 4 for ~8 months and it is randomly adding steps. Lots of people have this issue and none of the recommended solutions work. I just watched it jump from 960 to 1010 steps when I walk about 15 steps. What are y'all doing to address this??

    @FitbitSupport hi. New issue with my Fitbit the calories. It saying I have burned over 4000 today and over 5000 yesterday. Which is weird when I haven’t actually done anything apart from sit in the sun. This watch seems proper bust

    @FitbitSupport May I ask 1) My phone would be on silent mode as on "Vibrate" mode, I don't want my phone buzzing every 2 seconds - Would this be an issue? 2) I have multiple devices paired to my phone (Headphones etc.) but while they are paired, I am not using them. Is this still an issue?

    @FitbitSupport can you edit an exercise? I recorded a walk this morning but forgot to end it so left it on an extra hour when I got home so my Pace looks really bad! I would like to be able to edit the end time but there is no pencil to edit just the delete function!

    @FitbitSupport Hello. Reached out to customer support tonight and after waiting some time, my call was disconnected. My versa was charging, had gotten up to 63%, when I return to it a short while later it wudnt turn on. Trouble shooting was no luck in getting it on. Please help.
