    @FitbitSupport hi, I have just started having issues with my charge 3 purchased in 2019. The battery will not retain its charge. Goes from 1% to 100% in a matter of minutes. Then when I take iff charge it dies within a minute? Please help!

    @sphoenix78 @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I’ve only had my Fitbit for 2 weeks and it’s not working. Doesn’t count steps and just seems to not work for an hour. Very frustrating.

    @fitbit I have tried getting help with my broken Versa 3 for nearly a month. I shipped it out March 1 but now nothing is being done because you say you haven't received it with your own label. Please make it right and give me a replacement watch. #CustomerService

    I’ve started looking at other tracking devices now as my help with @FitbitSupport has been non existent-despite clearly stating the problem. @GarminUK are looking good atm -does anyone have a good model they’d recommend?

    @FitbitSupport hi I am having many issues with my Charge 4. It stops in the middle of a workout. It can’t find my heart rate. It loses the GPS. It stops vibrating. I have rebooted it several times. Please help. I have only had it 11 months

    @FitbitSupport Every time I try to click on the sleep tracker in the app it freezes! I then have to completely close the app and try again. It has been doing this for almost a month now. Fix it.

    @FitbitSupport is there a known issue with the steps tracking? I've been getting crazy high step counts for the last week or two. This morning I'm over 15000 and I've only been up for a few hours, definitely haven't made that count. Versa. Updates current.

    @FitbitSupport Are there still issues with the software? My Fitbit (Versa Lite) will not take HR, the app will not allow me to set custom HR settings. Also not tracking my sleep. I have tried restarting Fitbit, syncing and removing and re-adding app. Still not working.

    Super unhappy with @fitbit; had a problem with my 4 month old Versa 2, used their warranty service and less than 24 hours after getting my replacement setup it locks up and cannot be reset. Their offer: replacement or 50% off a different model. Thinking @Apple Watch instead.

    @FitbitSupport Second issue. Got the sense in Feb, auto recognized workouts NP. Since March, workouts are not auto recognized. It shows in App that I am getting tons of zone minutes (75/22 this morning alone). CS chat, told me to factory reset, did that, didn't work

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Is there no cool down & stretching after working out to the videos? Just completed one that worked abs. ALL muscles require stretching afterwards and not simply walking wary. 😲🙄

    @FitbitSupport Tried to purchase the extended warranty from the app MULTIPLE times, didn't work. Contacted Chat tech support, they said can't help, call the help line. Called the Help line, they said they don't have a warm clue why I can't, and told me to call another company?
