@FitbitSupport @ace_jovial3112 Fix this - stop asking customers to try things that clearly aren't working.

  • Lives131 Lives13 (@Lives131) reported

@FitbitSupport @ace_jovial3112 I'm having this as well. Restart and reset did not resolve the issue.

  • AuralScope aural_scope (@AuralScope) reported

@FitbitIN @fitbit My Versa 3 changed it's clock face every few minutes and i followed the guide to try to fix it to no avail. Restarting it didn't do anything. I would install new clock faces but then it would replace it with the default face. In the middle of a reset now.

  • valeriechase43 valerie chase (@valeriechase43) reported

@FitbitSupport @ace_jovial3112 So many ppl having same problem so it's on Fitbit end. Getting everyone to do resets & work that won't fix it.Own the error & fix it Fitbit. So frustrated!

  • MyopicNinja Caz (@MyopicNinja) reported

@FitbitSupport Thanks. It appears to be fixed now. Others are reporting the same. Perhaps a glitch with the update.

  • LukeKahren Luke Kahren (@LukeKahren) reported

@fitbit @FitbitSupport any update on the calorie tracker with the app? It’s still not working and your forum is littered with posts about it!

  • WaughCammy6811 Cameron Waugh (@WaughCammy6811) reported

wife's @fitbit watch lasted 9 months. Then replacement won't charge after 9 months. Not under warranty according to @fitbit help desk. 😡

  • Danny41191 Danny Fonseca (@Danny41191) reported

@FitbitSupport @69_duff Having the same issue here on a Fitbit sense I have been playing with it for an hour now and about to give up since it’s clearly something on your end.

  • ipa1869 No Thank You (@ipa1869) reported

@fitbit @FitbitSupport Any chance you could fix the issue of there no longer being any clock face options on the Alta HR? I first brought this to your attention in May, apparently it was a known issue at that time & you’re doing heehaw to fix it.

  • SaviChick Cari (@SaviChick) reported

    @FitbitSupport @ace_jovial3112 Same issue here!

  • Little_Ms_Wise ӀíԵԵӀҽ ʍՏ աíՏҽ (@Little_Ms_Wise) reported

@FitbitSupport my Sense (barely a few months old) usually lasts about 4 days between charges. Recently it’s dropping 20-30% of its charge in a mere 12 hours. Is there an issue? #fitbit #Battery

  • valeriechase43 valerie chase (@valeriechase43) reported

@69_duff @FitbitSupport Same problem & fitbit doesn't care keeps giving everyone excuses

  • yoavkaufman Yoav Kaufman ✡ (@yoavkaufman) reported

@doshjacks @fitbit Honestly I wanted the Apple Watch but without an Apple Watch it was a complete non option. Why I'm not a big Apple guy is a whole other conversation. I did try with Apple many times but was mostly let down most recently.

  • Praveen03392611 Praveen (@Praveen03392611) reported

@FitbitSupport Code won’t fix the issue, if a battery is aged that needs to be replaced, option is not buying a new one with code, where on earth are you following lean ? Six sigma? Recycling ? Etc

  • CeriMorgan Ceri (@CeriMorgan) reported

@FitbitSupport Hi, I was told by somebody on web chat ages ago that a manager would email me about the issue with my Sense. Pretty sure he lied as he's lied a few times, can you check please?

  • Cavalcadewhimsy DeinGesicht 🍳 (@Cavalcadewhimsy) reported

@KingdomOfBud @FitbitSupport Happening to my versa 2 as well. I'd suggest actually finding out what the problem is rather than just resetting device

  • mattcrandall CineMATTic CRANDALL (@mattcrandall) reported

@FitbitSupport @Lives131 Same issue here, my sense keeps going back to "Spectrum" even though I keep trying to reset to my preferred face "SpO2 Active".

  • Quebecoite Québecoïte Intérompu (@Quebecoite) reported

@FitbitSupport Tonight, a lot of Sense/Versa 3 owner got switch clock face because we lost "permission" on some apps (calendar/weather/sp02) resulting in some clock face malfunctioning, and some to simply crash and be unrecoverable : "Sp02 Signature" doesn't work anymore.

  • XAZwVWFc0JzPTJu אריק בסנג'י (@XAZwVWFc0JzPTJu) reported

  • Cavalcadewhimsy DeinGesicht 🍳 (@Cavalcadewhimsy) reported

@fitbit in the middle of your chat trying to get help for a broken watch, it has taken me days to actually get through! Try to attach a picture and it kicks me out the chat and I can not get back onto it!!!

  • shakespeareprof Emily Sloan-Pace (@shakespeareprof) reported

Hey @FitbitSupport! Having a lot of trouble with the app. Can no longer get a precise calorie burn (ie the exact number) for each 15 min interval. The screen is unresponsive. Have updated/logged out and back in. Any help?

  • MyopicNinja Caz (@MyopicNinja) reported

@FitbitSupport @Danny41191 Looking at the following and other tweets on here, it seems to be a common issue that started yesterday after the update and specifically affects the SpO2 watch face. None of your suggestions work unfortunately.

@FitbitSupport @ace_jovial3112 Same issue here @FitbitSupport it’s YOU, not us!

  • PeiHsuan_Chiang PeiHsuan Chiang (@PeiHsuan_Chiang) reported

@FitbitSupport the sad thing is that I already threw away the half melted Fitbit and the charger. It didn’t occur to me at the moment to take a photo. Not sure what support could do. I’m honestly more upset that your moderator deleted my “inflammatory” comment and didn’t address the issue
