    Have to say there is poor support but, @FitbitSupport is a different league of poor support. Clearly a company looking at $$$ and not customer service.

    @gingerventures @FitbitSupport Sorry to hear that. I personally wouldn't wear the device until your skin is fully healed. I can't quite recall what products I used to help treat my wrist. It might be worth popping into the pharmacy to get advice as to what creams to use

    @FitbitSupport Yes I’ve done all of those things. I received an in-warranty replacement a year ago (for the same problem!) and have been told that because I received a replacement, the new one has no warranty?! Ridiculous. @MartinSLewis

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have a fitbit sense since April, All was great until a few weeks ago, used to take 1 hour to charge now its taking up to 4 hours to charge, I have the port cleaned and everything and now it's not charging at all???? Can this issue be sorted ASAP

    Hey @FitbitSupport Do you still repair devices? You'd offered to fix a previous model I owned, but I opted to buy a versa 2 instead. My Versa 2 now stopped working and resets aren't working.:( Thank you for your advice.

    Nothing but problems with my FitBit charge 3… can’t see the screeen. Haven’t even had it 3 years and @FitbitSupport won’t do a thing. Not fit for purpose, AND from their community, it’s a common problem that happens to them all. #notfitforpurpose @MartinSLewis

    @FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit. Two more examples of your poor customer service. A) receiving a bot reply. B) my wife has been on the phone with you pretty much every day, and she pretty much every day gets an email from you saying “we haven’t heard from you in a while, so we’re closing your file”.

    @FitbitSupport my versa3 is ridiculous. My charge 2 counted floors way better than this. I need this fixed, a replacement, or a refund. It doesn’t matter that this is a “known issue” - my device doesn’t work!
