    @FitbitSupport Hi. I have not been able to sync my fitbit to my phone for weeks now. Tried again and gets stuck once putting the code in then doesn't sync. Restarted both bluetooth and app. Also deleted my tracker but won't sync so device is no longer set up on the app. Can yiu iu please help?

    @FitbitSupport your customer service is shocking!! It’s ok when people are spending money on your devices for years but when they really need a response regarding to broken tracker which doesn’t last a year they are ignored or had to wait days for reply!

    @FitbitSupport STILL after 3 days cannot get my Fitbit to sync. I bought it to connect to the fiit app but it’s currently not useable. So frustrating when you’re saying the issue has been resolved

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I've just been out running using the track feature on my phone, I used voice cues every 0.5km, once I reached 10km I stopped, part of the run is missing and the run map won't load in the app it is just showing a spinning circle, can you help please?

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your reply and your troubleshooting. I just went through all of the steps that you told me to try. I still have the same issue though. The “Nutrients” drop down for the current day is still not there. Is there anything else that can be done? Thank you

    @FitbitSupport Tweeted twice in last 24 hours about two separate issues. Not received reply to either but you've responded to others. Think I'll just return my Fitbit under warranty and get a @Garmin watch instead. Lots of problems & poor customer service is cherry on top.

    @FitbitSupport I am forever having to sync my watch as doesn't sync by itself and never get notifications. I have followed all steps advised by yourself previously and still does the same very disappointment with my watch. Reboot, deleted app, update but nothing fixes the problem
