I bought Fitbit watch. Since, I've had to reset watch and spend quite some time every month to make it work correctly. Support barely help. In order to contact them, Twitter is the ONLY way. What a joke. My frustration is exceedingly increasing. @FitbitSupport @fitbit

@FitbitSupport i have a white line down my fitbit sense screen… a known manufacturer defect… many people have complained.. fitbit refuses to fix or replace and offers 35% of what i paid! Do not buy this crap! More than half of their devices fail in less than 6 months!

Their devices fail and they are a total waste of money, go to any other known brands that actually have a customer focus that is anything other than ripping you off! Appalled by their approach to dead devices + they never fix manufacturing!
