    @fitbit This has to be some kind of scam because none of the Fitbit devices is reliable for longer than a year or two. This is highway robbery! Your products are GARBAGE!

    1/4 @FitbitSupport help. I received a new fitbit Charge 4 on 07/15. Within 10 days it stopped working. Let's ignore that optic for now. @fitbit sent a new device immediately🙏. Looked like a "refurbished" replacement device🤔. Let's ignore that optic as well. I digress...

    @FitbitSupport Thanks - battery life is consistent with what I expected. ~3 days with always on display seems to be the norm. The samsung @glennzb was reviewing only does 42 hours. Which is terrible. The Amazfits are much better than everyone. Hopefully next Versa will make big gains in battery

    I am very disappointed in @fitbit as a product. I purchased a #Fitbit Charge less than 2 yrs ago and in that time the device had to be replaced and bands broke twice. Now it has broken a 3rd time. Customer service won’t do much more because the warranty is 1/2

    @fitbit Been trying to get in touch with customer support. Tried many numbers. No response. My versa watch is stuck and not able to reset it. Need help with that. Not sure if there any service centre in Bangalore to get it checked either.

    not sure if it's my pc tower or my usb charger for my @fitbit sense but now it says it malfunctioned. was fine last week. ughhh. zero issues with either until now x_x is it a known issue or anyway to troubleshoot it?

    @FitbitSupport hi just purchased a Fitbit Versa 3 and very pleased with my watch but I'm having trouble getting the app to link to my WiFi it connects then when I go back into it it has disconnected so I'm not able to receive notifications direct to my phone.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport My daughter bough a Fitbit Inspire 2 yesterday, but the app is not recognising her password. She tried resetting the password but the reset emails are not arriving. Please can you help as it's very frustrating. Thanks for your help

    @fitbit i have an issue with premium on my new Luxe which I reported 9 weeks ago. I have asked every week on Twitter and by email for an update and today I get an email saying my case is closed because you haven’t heard from me??! How can I get my issue fixed????
