    My @fitbit Sense notifications disconnect every night. Told them about the problem and they said to force quit the app so now I have to do that every morning to receive notifications on my smart watch. Really disappointing.

    Riddle me this, @fitbit. My house is 1 1/2 stories; my bathroom is on my top floor. I must've went up and down 14 stairs at least 10 times today, but my tracker says zero. Why is that?

    @FitbitSupport I "replied" to you via email multiple times since YOU started the email string on 7/10 to see if the "issue" was resolved. It WAS not and IS not. And today... I finally heard back nearly a month later (Really?) and it wasn't even about the right issue!

    Hey @FitbitSupport - calling you guys out here. I don't need help, I've given up after the last experience. I've bought a Garmin, but as promised, the reasons are now documented. You did get me started on the road to fitness but you've let me down too often. So long, farewell.

    @FitbitSupport If i have issue with my fitbit versa 3 it locked and should open with i phone but i forget passward and i erase the watch from my account to install again but this not worked please i need your support

    Well, it's been a full month since @fitbit @Google said they'd get back to me about an escalated support issue, and it's not happening. Remember that when you're shopping health trackers - Fitbit doesn't care if they ruin your purchase just to force to you buy more.

    @fitbit you sell your products in India but is there no service center in India. What if my watch is out of warranty and has a broken screen where do I get this fixed? Tried @FitbitSupport but all they recommend is for something that is software based. I have a hardware issue.

    @fitbit your wallet system is an EXTREME disappointment. Like more disappointing than any other electronics I’ve ever used… you don’t accept USAA, NavyFederal, Venmo debit or cash app debit. When I look at the list of banks you DO accept, I’ve never heard of them. Fix it.

    @FitbitSupport The recent firmware update for my Ionic seems to have rendered the pulse sensor inoperative. Is this a known issue?

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Alta of 2 yrs has stopped working. It comes alive when plugged to charger. I looked on line & it says use a propped Fitbit charger & press button on it to reset it. I have the original Fitbit charger that came with it & there is no button on it. Help?
