    @FitbitSupport Ever since the update my Versa 2 is not tracking my heart rate correctly during exercise. I have reviewed the forum about this and attempted all suggestions including adjusting where it is on my arm, resetting back to factory settings, etc. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit app refuses to sync with my Versa 2 all the time even in my own house and my Versa 2 refuses to update steps properly when the app isn’t turned on. Fitbit seems like a waste of money at this point. The problem did not exist last week.

    @parkjames @fitbit @FitbitSupport - Over the last 10 days, I have received the worst support possible, placed an order under a promo of 2 day shipping & they sent USPS ground with no delivery date, with no help by CSA and Escalation team saying my fault, I placed another order

    @DogsRulex1000 @fitbit It’s tough to get 10k being a software guy sitting in a chair for 9 hours a day. I’ve found doing house chores instead of sitting down after work helps a lot. Also walking if I’m on a conference call is a real nice hack.

    @FitbitSupport hi I am having trouble with my inspire 2, the notifications have stopped working and even though I have tried everything with Bluetooth etc it will not vibrate when I get messages or calls, any ideas please

    It is incredibly disappointing after waiting 1 month since seeking my refund even though all info was supplied to @FitbitSupport. Now I know why customer care gets a bad rep with customer service as bad as this.

    @FitbitSupport HI, my charge 3 is showing black lines on display and is not holding charge of battery, it goes from full battery to 0 in 3 to 4 hrs. Tries rebooting but of no use. Charge 2 is still going on well. Pls help.

    Gutted that @fitbit's smartwatches don't allow offline music storage. I wanted to replace my Apple Watch (Fitbit's software is much more fun), but it'd be a downgrade if I have to then run with a phone. And I'm not going to sign up to @Deezer when I have a @Spotify account :(
