    @FitbitSupport Yes, I have been through it, a lot of customers are having the same issue, the screen is just not bright enough.

    Yesterday was manic, I was up at 4.30am, ended up working just over 14.5 hrs with zero breaks plus another 2.5 hours commuting on top, and I've barely slept - but according to my @fitbit watch I have a readiness score of 99! The only thing I'm ready for is coffee and a lie-down

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport customer service non existent & impossible to make any comprehensible contact with. No numbers work (even the one they provided me with) & the support email is so automated. Need to speak to a real person who can help me get the Luxe I paid for 5 wks ago

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the reply - it's not that the EDA isn't working, it's that few of us have the hand strength to hold like that for that long. It's not an adequate replacement. Getting near daily emails from FitBit Community that others are having same issue

    Finally gave up on my Fitbit and bit the bullet on an Apple Watch. After two different watches in three years’ time and getting the answer from @FitbitSupport that all they could do for their watch burning my skin was 5% off their most expensive model, I’m opting for better help

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Since the 10th May I have been trying to have my iconic recalled due to the health & safety issue associated with it. Customer support, the recall set centre and the “specialist / escalation” service is abysmal. No resolution and no responses!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport The guys from the Ionic refund center won't help me anymore, they (Mr Mireille) told me to contact the Fitbit support. How do I contact you? I'm waiting since March for refund of multiple watches!!! #FitbitIonicRefundPending
