    @FitbitSupport @tideylouise Mine does the very same thing! I’m on the treadmill at 150 to 160 bpm, and it all of a sudden drops it down to 95 bpm. So many in their “community room” experiencing the same thing. I’ve done ALL of the troubleshooting they recommend, but still can’t resolve my problem.

    @FitbitSupport why are your devices so damned hard to pair? got a new Versa yesterday and as soon as I tried to pair I started getting a message that data didn't clear and a BIG RED X.. nothing in your 'help' is helpful on what to do next💀

    @FitbitSupport my versa is not working properly. My HR and active mins are hugely elevated. Tried all the re-sets. Purchased Oct 2019 so still in warranty (purchased U.K.) but I now live in Canada. Can you please advise how I can get a replacement. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport yes I've tried the re-start several time.. it's a Samsung SM-J737A but you're missing the problem.. it's the WATCH not the phone.. the error message on the phone won't clear even after several re-starts
