    @vnatale @fitbit I’m having the same issue. They don’t last long and I don’t think they are worth the money. Looking for alternatives.

    @FitbitSupport really upset about your FALSE ADVERTISING about the Luxe battery life. I’ve been wearing it for not quite four days, and it is now at nearly 0%, down from a full charge, for the THIRD time. That’s an average battery life of 1.3 days, not five.

    @FitbitSupport Hi there. Trying to place an order through the global EU site and the shipping address form will not accept a Portugal postal code (this seems like a huge problem, if you ask me).

    @FitbitSupport No. It is nothing to do with timezones. It is not syncing. Whens the next update due? I have not been able to use my fitbit for 3 days as it will not sync. I don't want any more advice, as none of it works. This is a problem with your app. You need to fix it or I want a refund.

    @FitbitSupport Well, that is unfortunate. Only issue is lifespan of recharge is getting less and less.

    At worst, it appears @fitbit is intentionally bricking out-of-warranty devices, refusing to replace them, and forcing customers to send them more money to replace it themselves. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but this is not ok @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Hello. I've been experiencing fast battery drain on my charge 4. Charged it earlier today and it was dead in less than two hours. Just tried charging it again and same result. Have tried everything suggested from support website and online. Please help. Thanks.

    what's going on @FitbitSupport ? I have a 2 yr warranty and you send me a 35% discount email?? I had it LESS THEN A YEAR and the face slipped off. yup, just was walking & BAM the screen of my @fitbit was on the floor - I have a Versa! THIS WAS PROBLEM WITH THE VERSAS #fitness
