    @FitbitSupport I have sleep stages, but no sleep score last night. Seems others are experiencing the same, is this a known issue that is being worked? Also, have not had my restoration sleep graph for at least two weeks.

    @LadyRussellini @fitbit They are telling me I can go somewhere else if I want to but they will not replace it unless I purchase it again. It’s been a pattern with Fitbit. Their watches break down at little over a year and then I have to buy again!

    @FitbitSupport my charge 4 isn’t working properly, responsiveness of screen is very poor, not whispering heartbeat, won’t give sleep score. I’ve did a reset , reboot and cleared data and re-synced

    @Natariq @fitbit But you've purchased it once and its broken..mine did the same after 13 months. Its not right. I got a replacement eventually. Come on @FitbitUK sort this out, it's very unfair.

    @FitbitSupport my fit bit scales appear broken. They are constantly ‘weighing’ even when there is no weight on them, and therefore drains the batteries down in a couple days
