@FitbitSupport used my verse in the pool for first time it recorded 45 of the 64 lengths I did. What's the issue?
@FitbitSupport not sure if you have received my previous request - my IONIC screen is malfunctioning. Pls can you help diagnose??
@fitbit I send a DM yesterday as my Charge 3 which is under a year old is not working properly. I’ve not yet had a reply. How long does it normally take for customer service to respond? Many thanks in advance
@fitbit Joke's on you, though. I just started a new Twitter account. So before, I was just asking for help in making the darn thing actually WORK properly. And you blocked me. Now the goal is to make sure EVERYONE knows how terrible your devices and your customer service are.
@FitbitSupport Any update on my recent message? Very bad service
@FitbitSupport Thanks so much for the generic response in the private message. The issue has just been ignored again. Do I need to contact my bank to cancel the fraudulent transaction?@fitbit
@FitbitSupport My Fitbit Sense is loosing battery quickly. Iv read all your help online - I don’t have the sp02 on - I don’t have gps on - I have my brightness on dim - I close my Fitbit app - and I have lost 30% batter in 15 hours. Surely this can’t be right? Please help

@FitbitSupport I've been wearing it without any issues for well over a year, my arm hasn't changed and the weather has been quite boring with its seasonal regularity. There are pages of unanswered queries with this issue on the forums, I was hoping for more than just a generic hyperlink
@FitbitSupport You refuse to help me!!! You decline a warranty replacement when it worked for someone else I know. Please post your legal info so I can have a lawyer pursue this.
@FitbitSupport I am having issues with the heart rate monitor on my Ionic. The past month or two it indicates a reading of 80bpm even when I'm not wearing it (120bpm+ resting when I am!). I have cleaned the sensors & reset etc with no success. Is this a firmware issue? Thanks
@FitbitSupport hi there, i hv a charge 3 and the display does not work and hv no clue how to fix it. I use it 24*7 so please respond asap
@fitbit Stay away from fitbit. I have a Charge 4. Freezes all the time. Called customer service. Got a guy who sounded like I woke him from a nap. Wants me to send it back for 3 weeks to see if they can fix it. My time is worth more than this device. I'll see what Google has.
Hi @FitbitSupport I put through a claim for a broken ******** 8th September and it's still not been reviewed? Case is #42484818. Is there a backlog? It said 2-3 business days. Thank you
