Well, it's dead again. I was wrong about it being 2 years old. I bought it in Feb 2020 and they replaced it once bc it had tons of dead pixels. This is utter garbage. Don't buy a @fitbit bc they suck. I'm so disappointed and frustrated about this.

@FitbitSupport my Ionic that I got January 7th of this year 2021 will no longer charge. The community forum said to clean contacts but that didn’t help. I had it on charger for days and nothing.

@DavidLloydUK @fitbit @boditrax since rejoining I am trying to link my boditrax to my Fitbit account. I do it through David Lloyd boditrax website. Go to linked accounts sign into Fitbit select items to share and the get server error which goes to invalid certificate.

@FitbitSupport update to the Ionic sucks. Stopped counting my steps. Update installs but says it doesn’t. Won’t synch, can’t fix the problem. Every update there’s a new set of problems. Get your act together. Right now this Fitbit is worthless, less than a year old.
