    About to throw my Versa 3 Fitbit out of the window spent hours trying to sort receiving notifications Soooooo frustrating and it was a special Xmas present from my daughters - support no help either 😡😡😡 Am I missing a trick ? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport hello, I got a fit bit inspire 2 a few days ago and it doesn’t seem to be tracking my sleep. On the app it says ‘wear your Fitbit to bed’ which I am but it’s not tracking sleep. Everything else is working normally - please can you help? Thanks

    @FitbitSupport are there syncing issues? My sleep data not displaying on device (Charge 3). Notifications not showing on device (email, text, etc.) Rebooted device and phone and cycled Bluetooth on and off. Help please

    @FitbitSupport I’ve had my Ionic for 4 years and it’s been great. Decided to pass on to my son and upgrade but Factory Reset caused permanent shutdown. Does @Fitbit stand by their product for a known issue on a very well cared for device even though it’s beyond warranty?

    @FitbitSupport Highly disappointed to have to junk my Versa Lite purchased just 18 months back! After a few troubleshooting steps, Call Support says nothing can be done to fix it and you don't have any repair facility! That's a terribly short lifespan for a device worth 15K!!

    @FitbitSupport hey @FitbitSupport I had checked that, it didn't help. its really disappointing that the fitbit is picking up arm movements rather than actual steps. which is happening now while I'm sitting. Its brand new but not looks particularly accurate.

    @fitbit I've had so many problems with my Fitbit Versa watch. It refuses to sync with my phone and the GPS link keeps dropping out. Fix, after fix, after fix... Non of which have improved the service. I've given up and bought a Garmin
