    @FitbitSupport can you help fix charge 3 blank screen. I have tried all forum fixes. 8 sec, 15 sec and disconnecting Bluetooth to no avail. It’s not shown a face for over 7 days and now I can’t get it to sync so it’s stopped tracking. Help appreciated.

    @FitbitSupport HELP!! Charge 3 screen went blank but still vibrates. Tried holding the button down for 15 seconds, or changing the clock face. But nothing worked.

    @FitbitSupport Ok done that, let’s see what happens tomorrow - to be clear, it does sync ok, but it does not sync in the background and this has been an issue on two iPhones
