    @FitbitSupport My day starts with the struggle to sync Fitbit Versa2 with my phone. Today I get an error com.fitbit.HTTP error 403. Is there a permanent solution? I am tired of reinstalling the app.

    @FitbitSupport placed an order 14th and now after chasing told it is on back order. I could have gone to PCWorld and got on Monday but chose to FitBit direct but now regret. No comms of no stock, very poor, no complaints system - it feels like no customer support. #0nhph4gd0h8vs

    I'd like to thank @FitbitSupport for their help with my issues. My tracker that always had syncing issues that only got worse over the months that I used it is being replaced and without me having to walk through it all again in Japanese. #thankyoufitbit

    Hi @FitbitSupport , i have a Fitbit Sense purchased last Dec. It just got a firmware update. However, the battery now drains from 100% to 0% inside of 24 hrs. Has a default setting changed? Help!! This is not sustainable!! What is draining my battery??
