@FitbitSupport Are you ever going to fix the problems with your devices? Months after my Ionic exploded on my wrist, I got a full refund and a discounted Fitbit Sense. It is also failing, giving a "Slow Charging - connect a more powerful charger" message each time it is charged.

@fitbit What about being absolutely awful @ customer services?? Won’t fix a broken product and when I also complain I’m having to pay a premium membership while you ignore my emails, your solution is to tell me to cancel the subscription and carry on with a faulty product #fail #broken

Not needing anything super fancy, I got a new Versa 2, which is what died on me. It arrived yesterday. The new unit has given me nothing but issues- issues that I was up until 2am trying to resolve. When I awoke, it was right back to problem solving this @fitbit .

My @fitbit band gives me a terrible rash on my wrists! And the Versa 3 doesn't have alot of fabric options online. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a @fitbit if wearing it gives you a rash

@FitbitSupport I did the trouble shooting things and got it working. I'm just bummed that this device is having the very same issues as the other one. Though I admit it could partly be my phone, sadly I can't replace that anytime soon.

@FitbitSupport i was sent a replacement charge 4 under warranty 5 days ago. The replacement has a defective battery and will not hold a charge. I've contacted support and they are refusing to replace it. Very bad service.
