    On the morning of Wednesday, February 16, when I got on my @fitbit Aria 2, I was shocked! I weighed 188 pounds and saw 200 in the mirror. Since then, I have eaten better, started working out, and am halfway to my weight goal. Twenty pounds down, 20 more to go.

    @FitbitSupport How about actually addressing the question? That link is about as useful as Boobs on a snake. A Google search shows that thousands of people are experiencing the same problem. FIX IT!

    @FitbitSupport Since a few days my sense no longer wants to synchronize. no current data is visible either. fitbit loses connection continuously. never had a problem before. how are we going to solve this

    @FitbitSupport Your stupid app is randomly doubling food log entries AGAIN-- I put in that I had a burger, or a muffin, and it records two, requiring me to delete items or have wildly skewed numbers. WTF?

    @fitbit I am struggling to get the Iconic refund . The india contact number is not connecting and UK fitbit team is not at all helpling on this matter and also even after calling all number no one is assisting. Please let me know who is the genuine contact who can help in this !

    As with all tech, units break down once the warranty expires. @fitbit has taken to giving you a 35% discount on a new device. I've accepted that a few times, as I've always been pleased with them. This week, device features died.

    @FitbitSupport Are you ever going to fix the problems with your devices? Months after my Ionic exploded on my wrist, I got a full refund and a discounted Fitbit Sense. It is also failing, giving a "Slow Charging - connect a more powerful charger" message each time it is charged.

    @FitbitSupport have been of little to no help. All I'm trying to do is install the same clock face I had on my previous device. It keeps telling me it's unavailable to my device. Yet I had it on the prior Versa 2.
