    @FitbitSupport Still not working. Have closed and reopened app numerous times, disconnected Bluetooth, restarted phone. Most of my info is still not there.

    @FitbitSupport Wish your "customer service" rep had shared the above information instead of wasting over an hour of my time pretending to help sync 2 Charge 5s! The fact that they never mentioned there was an issue with Fitbit and not on our end is NOT the way to run a legit business!

    @FitbitSupport At this point it is clearly safe to say you have not fixed it, and more to the point you are not going to fix it. Those with missing data have permanently lost that data. You should grow a set and announce this rather than continuing to try and bullshit everyone.

    @FitbitSupport I also tried to repair my device and it would not even recognize it. What the heck is going on? I tried chatting with somebody on the chat site and was of no help, actually was pretty rude about it.
