@FitbitSupport You really fail with customer service. I should not have to sit on chat for over an hour with no results and then call the help line and be asked to redo what was already asked, look at the chat history to see I have already completed tech support tasks.

Context: this is the second time in less than a year that I’ve had this exact same issue. The first time @fitbit sent me a replacement, but their warranty only covers the first Fitbit not the second one, so when it happened again its like “tough luck give us $$$ for a new one”
