@FitbitSupport my FitBit Charge 4 screen does not activate by hand movement or by tapping the screen. It only works by pressing the button on the left. Hope someone can advise what the issue is and how to resolve it?

@FitbitSupport the period section is broken it shows me 2004 and i have to go alllll the way back to 2021 also i cant click on the sleep section without it freezing and then i have to close the app and reopen just for it all to happen again
