    @FitbitSupport Restarting doesn’t help, unfortunately! The display keeps showing the fitbit logo for +/- 10 seconds, then goes dark for 10 +/- seconds, then shows the logo again, etc. It has been doing this for an hr since I charged it after the battery had died.

    @FitbitSupport my phone updated and now my charge 2 won't sync. It won't link to my phone with Bluetooth either. I have Uninstalled and installed the app, but it's still not working.

    @FitbitSupport For example, there are over 5500 messages on the Fitbit forum for this issue, most saying they are having the same treatment of being asked to go from customer care number to number with no progress.

    @FitbitSupport My wife's Luxe does not charge when plugged in and we can't find/don't remember ever using a button on the side of it. The online help, via the app, isn't (any help). How do we proceed?

    Anyone else's #fitbitsense quickly deplete its battery after the last firmware update and die? I'm unable to get it to charge and @FitbitSupport only gave me really basic troubleshooting steps with no resolution. $330 for a watch that can't even last 2 years is a terrible value.

    @FitbitSupport 3. COPPA specifically allows for parental consent override or with 30 minutes of coding you could treat the data like you do with the Ace devices. This is problem of laziness and one (if you actually read your community boards) people have been complaining about for years.

    @FitbitSupport my step streak reset itself AGAIN. on Saturday I had over 10,100 steps then at some point in the last 24 hours my steps went down to 9,986 and my streak disappeared. How can this keep happening over and over?
