    @etrade Looks like there is some issue when trying to login using safari private browsing. I cleared cache but nothing is working. Though chrome is working good. I always prefer safari due to privacy reasons.

    @KeanuTrades I made a couple of hundred today... it was shitt-tay, but not awful. Kudos to @etrade for really ******* what could have been a great P&L day by liquidating some AAPL calls I bought. "I needed to call them to ask them not to liquidate my position" was the **** response I got.

    @AlexanderTheus @MorganStanley @etrade Plus, it's one thing to make a mistake. It's another to not make any effort to fix it. But they're still trying to blame me for not using my ATM card when I spoke with my "platinum elite" team about using my card in Thailand.

    @etrade @TradingWADummy @etrade cust support = gd nightmare. *every* time i’ve tried to contact them, over 1 hour wait w awful muzak til they answer- tell you something is handled then no call/email confirm for months- then schedule a 1-2hr hold to start from scratch again. BAD!

    @etrade Please help me finish the account transfers you started in September. It’s now December 27th and this isn’t resolved. Have called several times and sent notarized letters. Promised call backs never happened and your online “send a secure message” gives an error. Help!

    In a thread about good/bad customer service, I said @MorganStanley/@etrade were incapable of handling basic banking functions or returning a call. 1 month later, I still don't have an ATM card and they're still blaming me. Looking for recommendation for a good trading platform.

    @etrade is the worst bank. Wait times for customer service are in excess of thirty mins. I have been trying to get a refund for a concert ticket that went to an inactive card and just been treated like an idiot. This is why I changed banks.

    Getting quite the runaround from @etrade regarding a deceased's account. It seems they refuse to allow the account to be liquidated & funds distributed to the beneficiary. I've even written their Managing Dir & General Counsel directly. Any other lawyers have this problem?

    I must say where as @etrade used to be a leader, after Morgan taking over they are garbage. Tech has more bugs than the amazon jungle and their customer service is so slow and lacking you might as well talk to your cat instead.
