    @etrade Your customer service does not pick up and if this nonsense continues I am going to move all my money out. Hold times longer than 5 minutes equals poor customer service, the lowest quality.

    @KimBarboo @etrade I've had the same situation with my web host. Finally just switched it. I didn't bother to let him know, though, because he was too busy to help me the bajillion times I reached out. Today, I start fresh.

    @MichelleK_McKay @DuckyKen I don't work there or anything, but I've been with @Etrade for over 20 years. They're great about processing deposits quickly, I haven't paid an ATM free in all that time, and always good customer service. I use my primary brokerage acct as my checking acct.

    @etrade hanging in international line for ages for simple password reset! Alternative phone numbers didn’t work.why not having 2-3 security questions and we’re done, online, no support required!

    @etrade E*TRADE continues to hold my money against my will. I have tried to withdraw my funds, but you won’t verify my account and I get the same error message every time. Nobody answers your ‘customer service’ number. Your live chat is disabled. I demand my money back.

    @OCMillionaire @etrade People need to learn. Gurus who claim to be making millions in the market won't be pumping stocks and selling you $100s of dollars a month running a sub service

    @Matthew38110846 @pufmeister @etrade is very slow. I had the same thing happen with a different ticker and it took almost 10 trading days to resolve. Their customer service is also terrible.

    @etrade Your customer service sucks big time. I have an employee stock option. Trying to reach customer service for 2nd day in a row. After 30 mins call still going on. If you have higher call volume increase the intake. Don't make the customer wait forever, we also have a job
