    @etrade you are having serious data discrepancy issues on your web apps. Summaries not aligned with charts, quotes saying something different, positions not reflected correctly.

    @etrade you fix your customer service ASAP. Plus your customer service reps are incapable of listening. I’ve repeated myself 5 times and they still don’t get my problem. That baby on your commercials would assist me better

    @etrade E Trade has the worst customer service. Try calling 60 to 90 mins hold times and pray your issue is resolved or you're calling back and holding again! E-trade is the WORST @FINRA

    WFH customer service is going to be tough for companies like .@etrade. No swivel chair option to ask colleagues. 2nd time I've called etrade for my moms estate acct and they ask "is your mom there?". Estate = deceased.
