Dear @etrade, Making the email subject “Action Requested - Your Stock Plan Account” but then have the email be a survey is a terrible strategy and makes people think that there is a problem with their account. Truly devious.

@etrade , I love your app but lately it keeps kicking me off and making me log back in again EVERY time I place a limit order (Google Pixel 3 XL phone). Is there a fix for this? Anyone else with this issue? Suggestions?

@etrade I’m slightly annoyed at your wiring process. How have you guys chosen not to update? Who prints and mails paperwork nowadays for WIRING FUNDS into a trading account? You chose not to update and burden your customers with this B/S.. PLZ FIX ☝🏻👍🏻

@etrade your multi factor authN solution stinks and doesn’t even work on the mobile app. WhTs worse is I can’t turn it off because the website throws an error when deactivating . The app should redirect to your VIP app instead of having to copy and paste.

@etrade Why am I getting this error when trying to create a new account? "We are unable to process your application at this time. Please reach us at 1-800-ETRADE-1 (1-800-387-2331) or via online chat for resolution." There is no link to the "online chat for resolution"
