    @etrade Does anyone know of a trading software closer to etrade pro? The new one is absolute **** and probably used to **** the user. I am easing into cash so I can leave this pos.

    @etrade finally got someone to answer - When they answer please be polite - not the fault of the rep - so keep it civil but do emphasize that being a customer is probably no longer in your best interest if you want to vent

    @etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.
