This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? Randy Daniel (@NerdRandy) reported@etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.
