I tried calling @etrade during the week and was told my average wait time would be 30 minutes. So I thought I'd call on the weekend since customer service is 24/7. Today I was told my average wait time would be 60 minutes. 🤔🤨

@ProfitsTaken I’m an @etrade user. I’ve never noticed an issue with orders filling slowly; however, maybe I don’t know what I’m looking for. IBKR option fees are quite higher than I’m paying now. I’m all ears for advantages IBKR has over E*Trade.

@etrade I've discovered it has been made needlessly difficult to even set up an account and deposit funds. Customer service has been no help. Can someone delete my account and all personal info asap? Gonna take my business elsewhere. Thanks. Dm me for any info u need.

@etrade Starbucks credit card was my idea. Quadrupled their profits. Larry David from Curb Your Enthusiasm stole the idea. Tried getting a lawyer. No one wants to help not even Harvard. They never emailed me back. Suggestions? Homeless @MorganStanley @Fidelity told my bank USAA No help

@etrade Where are the tax forms? I see you have conveniently turned off the "Chat" feature on the App. Just because you are required to have them postmarked by a certain date, that doesn't mean you HAVE to wait until then. How about some customer service?
