An innocent seller is now missing funds, a credit card payment was reversed after posting, and no one can explain why or who initiated it. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

Then I get this stupid form letter that says nothing but had to come in a secure portal. It only serves to remind my how poorly this entire situation from beginning to now was handled by @etrade.
