    @EVFollower1 @etrade I actually got a really good service rep today. If you do finally get somebody on the line after a very long hold make sure they take your number because sometimes say “accidentally“ disconnect you. They are not using any offshore customer service agents. Many complaints.

    @etrade I've been trying to get in touch with a customer service rep about an issue with my account for 3 days and every time I call it says there is 90+ minute wait (!!!!). Is there another number besides 1800etrade1 or place I can leave a message?

    @etrade Same here - Estimated waiting time is greater than two hours ???? And no call back option . Used to was one of the best support . Time to move money to someplace else

    I swear the only issue I have with taxes every year is figuring out the stock sale summary statement. Now I am forced to chat with @etrade.

    @MorganStanley @etrade 1099 error will cost a taxpayer - guess who....customer service is clueless - someone in consumer affairs should look into this - too much power and not enough accountability

    Has anyone else had problems getting through to Customer Service at @etrade ? They rejected my 401K rollover check and I can't speak with anyone to fix it. Before @MorganStanley bought them was able to reach CSR. Losing confidence in E*Trade for my IRA.

    What is the poin of this stupid @etrade commercial. - that infants run their trading floor??? Petty rant, I know, but I HATE that commercial and do not understand the messaging...at ALL.

    @etrade Looking forward to you working with other authenticators besides Symantec for 2FA. Downloading yet another app just to use eTrade is not a great solution.

    How is it possible that any banking service presents customer resources without TLS? Huh, @MorganStanley, How the hell do you present @etrade resources to your customers without encryption? You are a bank, right? Inexcusable!

    @daytradingmom22 Was your issue with TD resolved? It's weird that @etrade showed the correct info yesterday, but today the price paid shows $0 instead of $9.90ish. I will wait a day or two to see if the website updates.

    @etrade, totally unacceptable service via your customer service service platforms. Waiting on the phone for over a hour to verify a wire transfer is ridiculous. Chat is worthless too.
