    @etrade slow to fill orders. Say there watching the stock I wanted for more than an hour. During that time it was under my limit order price for at least 10 to 15 minutes strait,maybe 20 minutes $RGBP

    @etrade Hi - I’m in the UK & an account was created for me when the US company I worked for issued shares around 2002. I paperwork from you but don’t think I own any shares - how can I access my account? I don’t have a login & you require a social sec number to signup. Thanks.

    @Lowes canceled an order without explanation and now most of the prices are +400%. Their solution: reorder. @etrade mixed up ESAs for my kids. Their solution: instead of renaming, reapply and move assets. Making customers jump through hoops is NOT the solution. #DoTheRightThing
