As if 2020 were not bad enough, @etrade and @morganstanley failed to protect my retired parents’ account from being hacked and the fraudulent loss of their savings. And won’t explain why they won’t honor their “fraud protection” guarantee. Is your money safe?

Being a platinum member at E*TRADE and contacting support being told my positions will be closed automatically starting at 330pm even though I stated I am managing the positions is disappointing. Time for a new broker @etrade #iknowtherisk

@nathanielpopper They also need to advertise that when there's heavy volume of trading happening on their website, you may not be able to login! Happened to me twice, then I moved on to @etrade

@etrade I would add concerns over the skyrocketing U.S. debt; potential for a very weak dollar; risk to the dollar status as the world's reserve currency! Should the latter occur, America would be in deep financial trouble, well beyond what we see today. Gold would soar! #CNBC #QAnon

@etrade I’m a holder of $ETHE on E*TRADE. There was a 9-1 split. Your UI shows price per share correctly, but the share quantity is incorrect in My Portfolio (still shows pre split quantity). When will you fix this #bug ?
