@etrade You placed a restriction on my checking because of a deposit I made from my Chase Acct. You won’t remove the restriction because Chase wait time to verify the transfer is 15 minutes, yet yours was over an hour. I am trying to buy a house… help

@etrade While I agree with you that the market has been very slow lately, there are some stocks that have really stood out over this time like #CLRD. It was very stable, even when the market was fluctuating. I believe it's an excellent investment. You should look it up.

@etrade currently at 2hrs 37min hold. Have issue that has to be handled by cust serv rep. Never heard back from message center. Why make it so difficult for clients to receive service?

I think it might be time to leave @etrade . It used to be that I could message support about seemingly anything and get an answer in 24 hours (usually sooner than that). Now it’s nigh impossible to get to a human. What are some better 0 fee stock trade firms?

@cxinsider @etrade GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. These thieves cost me a fortune….literally … by freezing my accounts with NO justification. Then try getting them on the phone and nobody wants to take your call. ETrade is the worst place you could put your money. GET OUT!

@etrade after 2 hours of wait. The customer service representative put me on hold then he hung up because I got the after call survey. @etrade you suck big time now I called again it says I have 2 h and 15 minutes wait time. I’m canceling my account with you you suck

@etrade moved my account from fidelity, i dont know what ******** i was thinking. 2 days of 60 minutes on hold with account restriction stuff. wake up login and problems. might just move back at this point

@etrade By the way, all those corporate advertisements featuring grossly disproportional minority faces, voices - we are keeping a list & avoiding those products, stores, companies. Quotas are one thing, but blatant boosterism, pandering are unacceptable. Hope your customer base changed

@etrade How do you expect people to wait 2 hours on the phone in order to get in contact?? This is ridiculous and no live chat support either. It should not take that long to get support when it comes to having problems and no access to my funds. I am done with you guys
