@Airbnb initial stock buy yesterday through @etrade was poorly handled and you both misinformed yesterday prospective buyers. Posted at $68...untrue post - Should have said "IPO Price!" on page...so big thumbs down and bottom of MY shoe list for both companies!

I think @etrade has thrown in the towel. "Due to an increased volume of inquiries and operational shift, a response may take 3-5 business days". What?! I don't believe my simple question WILL get answered in 5 days. 20-year customer, ending soon. Sorry, @MorganStanley

What's going on? I have mi eyes missing from my account and have been given an insanely large amount of margin purchasing power without asking, without any notice. @etrade and your customer support wait time is way too long

@etrade How is it possible that I can't log in my account all day? I reseted password hundred times and I thought I was going insane, turn out the the system is down. So investor that need to do transaction was just gonna sit there waiting ?

@etrade y'all signed and sealed me leaving etrade for good tonight. Called for support because y'all locked my ATM card again and was denied access to my own money. That's fine, after removing scanners from pro and this, I'm gone. Td ameritrade herd I come.
