    Has anyone been having terrible issues with Power ETrade? The platform has gotten so bad every other stock I check, it crashed. Every time I call they just tell me to clear my cookies. Anyone having this issue? @etrade

    @etrade How is it possible that I can't log in my account all day? I reseted password hundred times and I thought I was going insane, turn out the the system is down. So investor that need to do transaction was just gonna sit there waiting ?

    @Airbnb initial stock buy yesterday through @etrade was poorly handled and you both misinformed yesterday prospective buyers. Posted at $68...untrue post - Should have said "IPO Price!" on page...so big thumbs down and bottom of MY shoe list for both companies!

    @SplexyWho @etrade has really, really long wait times and gawd awful music. I mentioned it to their service rep after finally getting through… They replied “yeah we get that a lot.” The music is so bad, I’m convinced the intent is to get you to terminate call before reaching a service rep.

    @Michael47514166 @larrydavidtrade @etrade Did you guys close out the positions? Online chat support told me to just close them. I never wanted the positions which is why i sold them yesterday.

    @etrade one of my 2021 wishes is for E-Trade to improve their customer support wait time! Average at 68 minutes is a clear sign they don't care about their customer's satisfaction.
