    @etrade E*TRADE won’t allow me to withdraw my money. The customer service chat is disabled and nobody answers your phone. I’ve sent messages every day requesting to close my account but nobody ever answers. You are stealing my money.

    @etrade Correct me if I'm wrong about how the process is supposed to work. A: I submit a deposit into my account. B: You take the money from my bank account. C: I buy stock We seem to have an issue with Part C.

    @etrade Is Etrade ever going to allow fractional trading? Like if you have over 25k? If in the investments is more then $10 or something? You allow DRIP with no issue so why not fractional?

    I love @etrade customer service. They say 2 hours until someone joins the chat service, LOL....it’s been 5 hours and I’m still waiting 😠

    The one thing that Robinhood has going for it is that the app worked. For a week straight, @etrade has told me I have insufficient funds to make trades (I don’t) and @public keeps saying I have network issues (I don’t). Who should I try next?

    @etrade Instead of watching Fintech's puts, how about answering the phone. Or answering the chat. Or answering the emails? With E*Trade, you get what you pay for or even less because they won't let you liquidate your account. Pathetic. 24 hour customer service? Yeah right!

    @etrade ... then the market closes and you send EXPIRED notices on my buys... yeah no kidding, you caused it and wasted my day. Your phone lines just ring... your online support doesn’t work... it forces you to call into a system that puts you on permanent hold... WTH
