An innocent seller is now missing funds, a credit card payment was reversed after posting, and no one can explain why or who initiated it. Hours on the phone with no answers.Please DM me immediately to fix this

Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

Joe Shaffer (@Shoelessshaffer) reported@etrade liquidated a 7 figure stock portfolio my wife inherited into a managed fund. When there was confusion about which accounts funds were going into, E*trade did nothing to prevent the rebalancing/ liquidation. This triggered a sizable tax event. E*trade is the worst.
