@etrade @ErnsTweets @etrade blames volatility but the VIX is at a 10-month low. They blame COVID yet all other businesses have had to adapt. Even the shipping companies managed to pull off an unprecedented package delivery season. We don't want apologies. We want service in support of the product.

Been on the phone, on HOLD with @etrade for 2 hours and 20 minutes now. I cannot express enough how you should avoid this company at all cost. Unless you want this level of non customer service.

@etrade You wanna explain somewhere on the site how authentication is being processed into password encryption wise? Cannot compare authentication 6 digit added to the end without the password being cleartext. Terrible 2FA implementation.

@etrade @profpalm I haven't been able to log in all day despite using the correct user ID and password. Hold time is 164 minutes. If you have a system outage, can you please announce it and then let us all know when it's resolved?
