    @etrade @MichaelPizzi — given your history leading both E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, I hope you will take a look at what is happening here. Nearly $10,000 is restricted, legitimate transactions were reversed, and customer service cannot provide a single accountable person.

    @etrade @MandellCrawley — customer service has been completely unable to provide a solution. I’ve spoken with roughly 15 representatives, and nobody can tell me why my account was restricted or when it will be restored. The department handling it apparently cannot even speak to me.

    Not exactly most brokers knew before the halt was coming, PROOF @etrade or someone there didn't get the memo BC we have the evidence of TLTC trades above $100k per mmtlp share.. mmat fix was in well before the halt

    --- @etrade Your platform has become nearly unusable for active trading. Constant delays, broken links, and inaccurate data make it impossible to rely on. Real‑time performance shouldn’t feel optional. This needs serious attention. $MS
