    @NarcissistX10 @etrade cash at 1.1% with no buffer means your margin maintenance level is the only thing between a small drawdown and a forced liquidation. what's your broker's maintenance requirement on the current positions?

    And after getting an agent, telling him the problem, I got a boilerplate answer about how balances are calculated rather then the agent addressing the error. His follow up - after 20+ minutes of wasted time - was to tell me to call @etrade. We've institutionalized failure.

    @etrade @MandellCrawley — customer service has been completely unable to provide a solution. I’ve spoken with roughly 15 representatives, and nobody can tell me why my account was restricted or when it will be restored. The department handling it apparently cannot even speak to me.

    E*Trade @etrade might be the worst broker/investing app there is. Horrible app from 1997 that never changed, can’t buy anything overnight like other brokers, getting tired of it. Any suggestions on where else to take my money?

    @ETRADE @MorganStanley Froze all accounts, including Social Security, despite funds sitting right there to cover it. Won't let me rectify the overdraft myself either. "1 min to live agent" 1 hour, then hangs up. Every time. 20 yrs a customer. food/meds #etrade #MorganStanley

    @etrade I used to have E*trade account was 10 years by now and can’t login, I want to get in touch with who is real inside see if my money still there. If I can have physical address to sent mail.

    @etrade Stay away, if you are not aware of the **** etrade pulls you have no business enrolling , take it from somebody who definitely was run through the ringer by them ...and their customer service is sub par.

    @stockmom I could have with prop firms but turned two down. I did not know enough about the companies. But its a good way to learn to daytrade. I wish @etrade would ask me though lol

    Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone against opening an account with @etrade or @MorganStanley. Nearly $10,000 restricted, legitimate payments reversed, two promised deadlines broken, 15+ calls, and still no explanation, timeline, or accountable person.

    @etrade Signed up for new account. Attempted to add security questions/answers. Asked for phone number to complete process. Despite providing valid phone number no code is sent, just get "Unable to use your phone to verify your identify." Agent acknowledge this is known issue

    @etrade 's platinum service is crap! Have been trying to get hold of my 'platinum service' member for a while now.
