After 3 hours on hold, I gave up on @etrade because I had other stuff to do. I went to head to the post office, but my car wouldn't start. I keep reminding myself how grateful I am for these inconveniences. If I could pick out my problems, I would definitely pick the ones I have.

@YABOYKEN @etrade I have now been waiting 2 hours 18 minutes and 38 seconds and still no sign of anyone answering my call. Worst customer service ever. My call will take 30 seconds or less to take care of.

@etrade I had to hang up after 3 hours 35 minutes and 12 seconds. I will be transferring my funds to someone else that has better customer service than this on my next day off. Pathetic.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for @etrade's Live Chat support only be told that I need to call in and speak with a live human. All due to a "precautionary hold" on my card. Yeah, because I have been buying holiday gifts. Every Dec purchase has been confirmed. Now waiting via phone...

@etrade customer service is the absolute worst you get switched to someone new every time you call. And no one helps. They haven’t let me take MY money out for 2 months!!! Literally 2 months in the middle of a pandemic that I needed for rent and bills. EVIL COMPANY #etrade

@etrade fix your ****. With market closing at 1:00PM today you have minute charts from yesterday stopping at 1:00pm and not showing data from 1:00-8:00PM.....get it together!
