Nick Jose (@nickgg10) reported@etrade E*TRADE is a brokerage built in 2007 and maintained by carrier pigeons. Awful communication, archaic platform, and customer service that exists only in legend. Don’t switch for the bonus. If you’re already there, leave—you don’t know what good service feels like.

This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? Nearly $10,000 remains frozen while I’m told to keep waiting with no timeline.

Nearly $10,000 is restricted, legitimate transactions were reversed, and customer service cannot provide a single accountable person.

IPODave (@IPODave) reported@AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.
