@etrade can I close my account if I can’t trade with it ? Spoke to an agent about a week ago and she claimed to give it two days for the “ issues” to be resolved I gave it a week +. And I promised if it’s not resolved my next call will be to close the account. Can Some1 answer?

@Etrade has been #hacked. They said it's a known issue but they can't do anything about it. We can't withdraw funds from the ATM. So the only thing they are offering is to wire all funds to our other account. No more #etrade. Closing this account. @MorganStanley

@etrade I’d like to close an old employee securities account, howeverI don’t want to wait on hold for over two hours, the online chat isn’t working, and to close the account via the automated chat button isn’t allowing me to in two different browsers. Please help.

@etrade. I have been on hold for 2 hours 3 minutes and 23 seconds. I was put on hold after my request and then immediately asked to do a survey about how I was helped but I was not helped! please help this is ridiculous.

I have tried calling @etrade 5x over the past week as turning off Symantec 2FA locked me out of my account (wtf?). I have a 60min wait time at 1:50am. It was a 4hr wait at 1pm. It’s been 3+ hours the past week. Y’all cannot be serious.
