    @etrade E*trade will offer you money to open an account and never pay you, I’ve opened three with them, an IRA, a savings account and an individual brokerage account, never got paid their promotion for any of them, bad company

    @etrade E*TRADE is a brokerage built in 2007 and maintained by carrier pigeons. Awful communication, archaic platform, and customer service that exists only in legend. Don’t switch for the bonus. If you’re already there, leave—you don’t know what good service feels like.

    @etrade @EricGrossman — I have now exhausted customer service, filed regulatory complaints, and documented everything. Two promised deadlines have passed with zero explanation. Nearly $10,000 remains restricted and I still cannot speak with anyone who actually controls the case.

    @etrade is the worst financial institution. For three weeks they have locked me out of my own money due to "suspected fraud". They mirror my account, new log in credentials and they are giving me the rounds. Abuse by corporate america
