@etrade you have the absolute worst platforms, especially etrade pro, the by far undeniably worst customer service. You won't even admit that your crap platforms could make mistakes, when the thing is full of bugs, which I be happy to name anytime.

@etrade goodbye to you all, you shut down my debit card over weekend, no customer service, no live chat weekend or now to fix it. 1-4 hours to get to a live body my time is worth more than that to me, I will be closing my account.

I learned today that I'll never voluntarily use @etrade for any investing needs I may have. They charge you to take any assets out of your account and move them elsewhere. Add that to the unofficial account pages, and it's just an overall bad experience.

@etrade super disgusted with your lack of customer service. Acct was locked due to "suspicious activity" (I tried to access my money). I've since spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get my account unlocked. 2 agents said they'll call back, and didn't. min 45 min wait each time.
