@etrade I’ve not been able to place orders for certain securities electronically. After calling customer service, and waiting on hold for over 9 hours, I still haven’t made any progress. What poor customer service!

Been on the phone, on HOLD with @etrade for 2 hours and 20 minutes now. I cannot express enough how you should avoid this company at all cost. Unless you want this level of non customer service.

@etrade You wanna explain somewhere on the site how authentication is being processed into password encryption wise? Cannot compare authentication 6 digit added to the end without the password being cleartext. Terrible 2FA implementation.
