  @stock_mj @etrade @CharlesSchwab I love Schwab. They have top tier customer reps and their system always works. Never an issue at schwab. I was trading AMC options when everyone in RH was locked out. They let you trade whatever OTC you want. You get to decide not the big boys.

  @stock_mj @etrade Got rid of etrade because of otc fees and of course their terrible wait times. Went to Schwab and haven’t regretted it.

  @etrade platform unusable & 1hr wait 4 customer service & another 1hr wait 4 tech support. Market Data Subscriptions notice cripples site. 10 notices pop up by themselves when log in & if click on anythintg more notice pops up Last wk problem was platform ring sound what's next?

  @etrade platform cripple if try anything like refresh it freezes. Tech support can't fix issues despite multiple same issue customers complaints. A promise of call back by supervisor in 30min nonexistant. 2 hr weekly phone calls for issues instead of trading. What's up @etrade?
