    @etrade @fundmyfund This issue is not new but is worse in the last several weeks yet nothing. "The service you requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try back later." just trying to open Portfolio view. 4 accounts and I'm about ready to move everything.

    @etrade I can’t buy stocks or access my money despite having plenty in my etrade account. All attempts to reach support have failed, and you said it may take up to 5 days to get a response to my issue. This is unacceptable for a trading platform! #helpme!

    @etrade Outage is just part of the problem. If you need to call 2-3 hr on hold. Use live chat? 2 hr wait

    Two hour wait to get online chat support, online and automated phone password resets that don’t work, never ending hold music: support from @etrade is so far a terrible experience. I changed phones and 2FA is no longer working, it shouldn’t be this painful.
