@etrade Wrong. I have tried multiple combinations of cache clearing, private/incognito browse, other browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave), different computers (Windows, Mac), to no avail. And I know of at least one other user who is having the same experience. You have a problem.

@etrade I have been waiting for 1+ hour to get to a CSR for phone support because your website keeps giving errors when doing transaction! Online chat was as unhelpful as it can get. Why is your phone support so slow?? Please can someone get back to me ASAP!

@etrade I need to close my account . Tried doing it online , but it says I need to speak to a customer care executive for this . I have been trying to reach your customer care for last 4 days with waiting time of more than 2 hours . The call gets dropped after an hour .

@etrade has made an error on my 1099 so please everyone look closely. It is showing “other income” from a Capital Mortgage Plus that I don’t have any affiliation with and yet no record of the transaction under “transactions” study your 1099-Misc page

@etrade the fact that i was trading with no issues until you decided in the middle of the trading day that you needed my SSN card and locked my account is unforgivable. You cost me $$$!!!!! Your team’s stupid decision made me lose money.
