    Hey @etrade , had my stock certificate for days and still not hit my account. Already cost me $1000’s. Schwab did it same day. You’re horribly slow. Pathetic. Looking at moving my account with service like this.

    @etrade why does it take over an hour to talk to someone when I call the 800 number! If someone's desperate enough to actually call the number they need help! Please hire more staff!

    @etrade with consistent hold times of 30 minutes a more there has to be a way to schedule a call with customer support.

    @mint can you please work with @etrade to get them connected to your service when using 2FA? If 2FA is enabled on E*trade my accounts don’t connect or sync.

    New customer service is ATROCIOUS at @etrade. I trade options for a living, thinking of switching to ETrade but address verification pending for over a month! A dozen phone calls (long hold times), everyone keeps brushing me off. Please either help me or tell me to go away.

    @Kushlash27 @etrade OH MY GOD! They need to send a notification via email when their site is going to be down. I legit almost had a heart attack when I checked my account. There’s no communication of any kind smh.

    @etrade Customer Service @etrade is the worst and it’s been horrible since the pandemic. It is impossible to speak to someone in less than 30 minutes between 8:30am-5:30pm cst. Switching to @CharlesSchwab
