    @etrade Your Live Chat being consistently down defeats the purpose, especially when I was on hold for 85(!) minutes on the phone, only to be disconnected. The customer service so far has been a nightmare.

    @etrade is your customer service phone line actually 24/7? Ive called every day this week, multiples time of the day and had to wait 2+ hours to get ahold of no-one...

    @sushilnayak84 @etrade 3 hours and 45 minutes for me last month. Slowest funds settlement times, worst interface, highest OTC fees and, as mentioned, worst customer service. I can't believe @MorganStanley paid $13 billion to acquire this POS company.

    @MansaTariq @CoinbaseSupport WOW only 31 minutes- I am on hold with Etrade and they say it will be 2 ******* HOURS - I think @Etrade just took the WORST EXCHANGE place from Coinbase, OMG say it not so!

    How is it possible that @etrade has 90+ minute hold times and no way to reset a user ID online... TWO DAYS in a row. @etrade HELP ME!!!!

    @etrade your “beneficiary services” department is by the worst. Hour wait times and no service. I just want to Close My account. DALLEN ANDERSON needs to@be fired! Doesn’t return phone calls for over 4 months! This is GARBAGE E*TRADE! Have some sympathy!!!

    TWO HOURS AND ELEVEN MINUTES on hold for @Etrade support to ask a simple question that they can answer in 60 seconds. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE, Why did they turn off their chat service?
