    @NotFinancialRep @SchwabTrading @etrade Same happening with TD Canada. Used to be great. Now cant make a trade there. Worsr decision they made was reviewing every trade and making people call in trades. Worst part is when someone answers they have to get approval for a trade cause they are not licensed. 10 min execution for a trade that moves in milliseconds. 🗑 is a compliment to TD. Junk.

    the service reliability continues to deteriorate with @etrade now can't even logon and the "wait time" for customer service is estimated at 30 minutes. Absolute failure. @MorganStanley

    @etrade your platform is down since more than 20 minutes during live session hours!! It should be considered death of a platform. When is it coming back??

    @etrade liquidated a 7 figure stock portfolio my wife inherited into a managed fund. When there was confusion about which accounts funds were going into, E*trade did nothing to prevent the rebalancing/ liquidation. This triggered a sizable tax event. E*trade is the worst.
