@etrade #badcustomerservuce Customer service is horrible. They have restricted my account for security reasons which is good but been on hold for 2 hours trying to get account unlocked everyone I talk to transfer me somewhere else. I tried and gave up after 2 hours yesterday.

@etrade YOU SUCK! I have tried on 3 different days, to transfer an account so my child who turned 18 can access her money for college - and each time I have waited in excess of 1.5 hours and gotten hung up on with no resolution to my issue. This is unexcusable.

@etrade I'm not able to change my password online, every time I call, I'm told my wait time is longer than 60 minutes. I waited 80 mins last time and never even got to a rep. How can I get my pw updated if I can't get through to customer service in a reasonable time?

@etrade have been trying since Friday to get thru to ETrade bank and no one picks up the phone EVER. Currently on the phone trying again and have been waiting 15 minutes so far. Is this the customer service you and @MorganStanley aspire to??

. @etrade why on earth am I not allowed to withdraw my own cash from my brokerage account? I’ve been on hold with customer service for cumulatively 2 hours. Outrageous. I was told a callback will take a WEEK…so it’ll be a week until I have access to my own money?!

@etrade worst customer service experience. No one will pick the call, try contacting 800-293-1621 and you will be made to wait for hours and yet no response. Atleast, install callback option and top killing customers time

@etrade Has anyone had any trouble with their stop losses not executing with E*trade or any platform? Despite good volume? I’ve seen my stop losses not executed then I have to log in and cancel them, then replace the order manually. Kind of defeats the purpose…

@etrade I sure hope you aren't turning into a **** show like these other platforms. All my other trades updated at market open. Why did it take almost 2 minutes for my $AMC Puts to update? I know for a fact I was not the only one that had this issue. #trashy #scammer

@etrade has ignored my requests to. Edify my external account in order to transfer cash. They have effectively prevented me for@ accessing my money. I tried numerous times to get help via their chat. Now reply to my requests other than. “Oh well let me try to help.”
