@etrade it's impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone or via chat for an issue with my account. Wait times are exorbitant. Tried sending message to customer service but received generic, useless message days later. Please help!

@etrade is so profoundly bad, I wish I could ditch them, but my employer will not support any other broker for the stock plan. They FUMBLED the FOP transfer, for a MONTH, now it's rejected. 30 minutes wait on the wait to speak with them. 320 wait on chat. Always same story.
