    …Just wondering. Does this mean a) @etrade can’t hire enough customer service reps (poor pay?), b) E*Trade has problems & is being flooded with calls (it is the end of tax season), or c) a bit of both. Whatever it is doesn’t bode well for the company - time to move investments?

    @etrade @beyondprotocol1 is down significantly from launch 4 months ago due to social engineering attack & botched unlock of 1/4 of tokens. Price is bottomed & should 10x due to mainnet & top 5 exchange listing. SOL type of growth. Solid fundamentals & long term play #DontMissOut #crypto

    Anybody know how to upload 1099 form from E*trade to TurboTax? Really dont want to manually enter 1000+ trades... It's pretty clear @etrade and @turbotax aren't going to do anything to fix the issue since they have known about it for months

    @etrade What a disgrace, 3.5 hr waiting on the phone with your dumb music playing, and still no response. HELL of a customer service !. See you in court for not providing tax info in timely manner. You'll be liable for any latencies on my tax report !.

    @etrade horrible terrible customer service. I have to promise them my first born just to get a password reset to access my account. My account probably has less than $10. Maybe that's why the poor service.

    @etrade you have some serious issues with new account openings and customer service. Been trying to link my old Morgan Stanley brokerage account for over a month and still can’t get it resolved.
