    over half an hour down - wow @etrade think we can live with 2-3 minutes here or there but this is insane

    @etrade Very disappointed that the service is down and customer support wait times is long and ETrade hasn’t notified customers via any means of the outage of service.

    after 47 minutes waiting for @etrade to answer, they say there's nothing they can do other than get me in Queue with a trader, with the estimated wait time being almost 2 hours They have no other solution. This is pitiful.

    Completely unacceptable @etrade to have a website down on quadruple witching with options expiring. I am taking a massive hit b/c of this. How does this happen on such a day?

    @TwoThreeXYZ @DanielMCharter @etrade Webull is ok. Robinhood isn’t bad. Have fidelity for long term hold and dividend stuff and it’s ok. Siri here I come. Hopefully OTC

    @NotFinancialRep @SchwabTrading @etrade Same happening with TD Canada. Used to be great. Now cant make a trade there. Worsr decision they made was reviewing every trade and making people call in trades. Worst part is when someone answers they have to get approval for a trade cause they are not licensed. 10 min execution for a trade that moves in milliseconds. 🗑 is a compliment to TD. Junk.
