@chris73170 @voreo_sabrae @BungieHelp And left a broken mess? I mean I guess but that’s not really a good look for a live service game. That would have delayed rollouts hours and added to the downtime. The game was broken. Leaving something broken is always a bad look.

@novicerne @ReeceWarburton @BungieHelp Why are you being so ignorant about the fact server maintenance is common in games like this? The downtime is to make the game better, it happens once per week unless theres an issue at hand, and 90% it lasts for max 1hr

@seriousdad1960 @s1erra107 @BungieHelp Bugs happen. A small fraction of the player base experienced a problem, so they fixed it. I think too many people become biased, because bad things tend to see a lot of activity on social media, while there really is no reason to post about the good things.

@BungieHelp after resetting the weekly save, I managed to knock out an exotic rifle Touch of Malice, and now after installing the hot fix, you took it =\ I am not interested in the content in the game in the form of triumphs and useless numbers. Please return scout rifle.

@svindlerr @ReeceWarburton @BungieHelp “The downtime is to make the game better” and yet the same issues keep arising every month after they claim to have “fixed” it. The game is currently an absolute joke on the technical side. Bugs and disabled items plaguing the game for literally months at a time.

@EpicStarman @BungieHelp Its truly amazing to be so open to just accepting the game falling apart and then to dismiss criticism like it doesn't exist just because they "fixed" one of the 10 other issues that came from this. All of the updates are now pushed back and people's time was wasted.
