I kinda don't agree with the statement you made, the issue with tiered loot is that the grind to get there is really not challenging, it just takes a long time. Also farming things that are not tier 5 kinda feels bad cause there is no use for them since t5 is just better.

If yall gotta glitch the game jus to make it competitive then jus scrap the entire ****** game. And this is from an Original Destiny 2 now player.

It's borderline impossible for Sony to make a good live service game. HOWEVER. The guys who made Atomic Heart are making a Warframe and Destiny inspired Looter Shooter.

Lu Go (@LuchoVena) reported@Pastuleo23 @DestinyTheGame That's not even the problem. The scam part is that they are part of the regular weekly 1000 cap, thus not making them event only cap, it's the same cap! It adds no value to the event because there isn't a separate event cap!
