    @BungieHelp EVERY WEEK Horror’s Least adept was available, there were issues with the game.

    @BungieHelp I kinda do love the comments that people think they are entitled to something because of an issue that is currently being fixed (even if they have spent money). You do know there's a ToS for a reason right? Which people agreed too? I mean hey, keep thinking you're entitled.

    @SlezzyO2 @BungieHelp Ok I will, its your ****** internet. Like I said zero issues for me for months. Other than when Bungie takes down the servers for maintenance I have had zero problems connecting to the game, no lag, no errors, no random disconnects. Nothing. And I'm talking since last summer.

    @InRomulus @SakuTheGamer @BungieHelp I do, hence why i understand the importance if preventative maintenance to make sure you service is functional. Proper QA testing in all environments to make sure sustainability is possible, could the loss if Stadia be to blame for not having a live-testing environment? Perhaps.

    @charles88mc @TheDarkSpire @BungieHelp Exactly. Does it suck for those who got maybe a god roll weapons, or a raid exotic? Of course, but bungie going out of their way to fix the game isn't enough? We aren't entitled to anything.

    @SoulCal83 @BungieHelp Unfortunately that’s not the consumer mindset Consumers don’t necessarily care why things aren’t working or how hard they are to fix It’s either “I get what I paid for” or “how are you gonna compensate me”

    @BungieHelp As a subscriber since D1, I feel we are owed a detailed tech report of failure(s).The report should include first names of the awesome response team, their diligent work.Include the names of managers who sat on their payday, saw weeks of problems getting worse and have resigned.

    @Crazed_Lfc @SakuTheGamer @BungieHelp Users don't "invest" anything. Users pay for services rendered. Shareholders "invest". Also, you agreed to this when you accepted the terms of service. Also, it's a video game, so get over it and move on with your life.

    @dawthegreat1 @ArtDeckNL I dont disagree, my main point it is not easy make a game, espically the likes of Destiny 2 or any live service. I wont pretend like Ik how live service games are made, but my pong example was my “closest”, albeit a far cry one

    @BungieHelp Many thanks for the updates and the work the team is doing to resolve this issue. I only hope that Guardians get their seals/triumphs back once this work has been concluded. Would the best case scenario be then that we only lost any progression we did on Tuesday after the hotfix?

    @Izanami_______ @MetamoranSlut @BungieHelp /1 coding at an outrageous rate to fix the issue, and are very likely going to be coding, testing, and coding some more until the wee hours... So tell me how that shows that Bungie doesn't care? If they didn't, they'd have gone "meh, fix it tomorrow."

    @BungieHelp game has been having major issues since November i feel, connection wise, with them getting worse thru each "patch".Todays patch just broke the game, lol i was grinding gambit, and when invading i had no TIMER!!!SO I WAS ABLE TO GET UP 8-10 KILLS PER INVADE!! I just got with it.

    @RealTwentyEight @BungieHelp 40 DLC. 10 Seasons, 3 seasons in a year = 70 a year. Downtime due to an update is fine - downtime due to a previously unfixed issue resurfacing, is not.

    @BungieHelp The amount of **** people talk about here is just so idiotic. Servers can fail, even league of legends had server issues like this before. It happens, y’all are just mad you have to play another game than d2 for an evening

    @BungieHelp @DestinyTheGame My left nut is swollen to the size of a golf ball my fiancé cheated on me with the mail man again and my best friend tried to kiss me. All happened today. All I wanted was to play destiny to escape my problems for a bit. Now I have to face them. Thanks a lot.

    @MetamoranSlut @BungieHelp What transparency? A service provider letting you k ow of a service interruption AFTER the fact is NOT transparency. I love the game (since D1) and respect the rank & file talent. But leadership is feckless, incompetent.

    @ElionVydell @zackphy @BungieHelp It's impossible to please everyone all the time. Or is it that people are just impossible to please period? Sure this game has more issues than other games, has for quite awhile. Why complain about a set standard that's expected AND anticipated every update?

    @BungieHelp I'm afraid to say this but it might be time to rebuild the core engine of destiny. This last season has made me honestly worried for next lightfall. Please do your best and get the game back up in a okay state. Then figure out how to fix the issues.
