12birb (@12birb) reported@DestinyTheGame Crazy the game had to die and end service to get SRL back, this was always there and you waited to the end to add it? All these changes could have happened before???
-
Brian Hund 🎙 Libertarian since ‘92 (@brianhund) reported@TheCriticalDri1 @DestinyTheGame @Bungie I miss the days from last century when businesses were agnostic. It was simple, back then. When someone could provide a product or service people wanted, they were rewarded by consumers. It didn’t matter about anything the consumer was, other than they were a paying customer.
-
Praz (@PrazVT) reported@DestinyTheGame I will say, jumping into Clash / pvp is always fun. Just please make sure the beaver and other errors plaguing Destiny 1 get fixed and don't crop up in Destiny 2.
-
ᛃ (@NullErilaz) reported@DestinyTheGame @A_dmg04 If there isn’t a D3 coming I’m gonna crash ******** out
-
HowlingSharmat (@big_excuse_me) reported@DestinyTheGame ****** your greed did this marathon would not have flopped if it was just a doom clone like the original your push for live service trash killed both franchises and you blamed the consumers for wanting something good to come from you
-
coldcards (@coldcards84) reported@DestinyTheGame Since you're not going to service that game anymore can you at least bring back all the content you took away from us over the years ? You know "to make it welcoming for players to come back to it"
-
SirBlexington (@SirBlexington) reported@DestinyTheGame to those who continue to suck these scumgbags off you are the true reason companies keep doing this, don't be mad at Bumgie they are just fishing where the fish are this community is the reason the game died because MOST care more about getting their fix than fixing the game FAFO
-
TooColeForYou 616 (@TooColeForYou16) reported@DestinyTheGame @A_dmg04 The new update looks so good…but then you end the game I can’t believe this. I’m heart broken.
-
Zack S. (@Shank7z) reported@Snarkley831 @DestinyTheGame There are many things to complain about, but this is a non-issue. You already got everything you paid for. Year of prophecy covered edge of fate, renegades, and their rewards passes. Shadow & Order was the equivalent of Ash and Iron. You didn’t pay for anything after renegades.
-
Pizza Cat (@MiloslavBlazena) reported@TheIshikawaRin @DestinyTheGame Here's the problem, unless I'm operating on out of date information: did they not remove vanilla campaign and even expansions to avoid the "game getting too big"? What's the point of preserving if it doesn't have everything
-
All Hail Megatron!!! (@NathanR73683979) reported@PrimitiveAK @DestinyTheGame It's the idiots in middle management you want gone first. They are the progenitors of 90% of the Issues Bungle has. Senior management says yes or no.
-
Livid (@LividGrub_) reported@DestinyTheGame Think i will issue a charge back for edge of fate, was sold to players as the begining of a new trilogy of expansions, that implies more expansions. What a ******* **** show this company is, abandon D2 for a marathon that is a collosal faliure
-
Darrick (@DarrickRimmel) reported@Zavallr @DestinyTheGame @Bungie You streamers need to get together and make an event for everyone to login on a certain day in protest, an out cry that we want a Destiny 3
-
Kenna (@k_e_n_n_a26) reported@DestinyTheGame EOF bug fix? Any time in the next year?
-
mng20 (@saved_by_love) reported@EndymionYT @DestinyTheGame Lol, just no. Bungie has never truly had a clue during Destiny's existence. Slapping a 3 on the end won't fix the problem. Even if they get rid of "da woke," there are far too many actual gameplay issues to address.
-
Kronikle* (@KronikStudio) reported@DestinyTheGame @Bungie Pathetic. You at Bungie have spent years betraying the very players who built your empire, turning Destiny into a hollow grind of recycled content, endless delays, and broken promises that eroded trust to nothing. What began as one of gaming’s most ambitious IPs, you destroyed through arrogant mismanagement and a toxic obsession with DEI mandates that prioritized checklists over compelling stories, skilled talent, and genuine creativity. Instead of respecting the players time with meaningful progression, you inflicted sunsetting, narrative fatigue, and virtue-signaling lore that alienated your core audience. Now, as development halts and loyal veterans walk away heartbroken, your reputation lies in ruins. No one believes in you anymore. Even a hypothetical Destiny 3 would be met with justified cynicism because your pattern of lies and disrespect has proven irreversible. This abusive chapter ends deservedly, exposing how chasing ideological trends over excellence tanked a studio once synonymous with innovation. Players mourn what could have been, a stark reminder that gaming thrives on merit, not DEI woke mandates. Off to irrelevance you go.
-
Onimi (@Onimi_Vong) reported@Jarro4multivers @DestinyTheGame You retarded, thats like saying the next Mario game should be a FPS game. Destiny was created as a live service game from the start.
-
Jose Rivas (@joserivsm) reported@DestinyTheGame “…we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today” so, riddled with beaver errors whenever another player comes nearby?
-
Waldrada (@Waldrada) reported@DestinyTheGame I bought at release, and found the hame hollow and full of issues. Fast forward... I can't even remember how long, and I get an email. " Hey, remember how many things were poorly thought out at release? We've fixed them!" I launched the game again. It asked me to buy the expansion or be stuck with the same awful game it was at release. "We fixed it, now pay us again to access the fixes." I never logged in again. You suck, and so does your stupid game.
-
Waavy (@waavy_daavy) reported@notadogonline @DricusKaneXX @DestinyTheGame There's nothing "authoritarian" about being empirical. If I say, "I believe that fire doesnt create heat" that's just an wrong, objectively. Same as this guy saying gay people killed this game. There's actually so many problems with the game, and profit is the at the top
-
Mr. Clutch (@RealMrClutch) reported@DualBladeSteven @DestinyBulletn @DestinyTheGame U believe the delusion u want in your little world up there, but marathon has been in development for long before Sony bought them. And even when Sony bought them, bungie operated independently, until we learned they were broken and cooking their books. But I’m sure I will still believe whatever it is u WANT to believe
-
MasterEnvi (@MasterEnvi) reported@DestinyTheGame They removed half the raids, 3 campaigns, 3 planets, and a social area only to conclude live service... Give me back my ****.
-
DricusKaneXX (@DricusKaneXX) reported@Anhdough @notadogonline @DestinyTheGame You are mentally challenged...why ? Because you are 100% part of the problem
-
~Flip Mode~ (@DjCgeez2189) reported@DestinyTheGame You really killed your only life line for a live service extraction shooter no one wanted..... Man this sucks. On one hand the update sounds like what we have wanted for a long time but on the other why even waste time when it's going to be for nothing. This is it, the end ..
-
Kenny Cadwalader (@KennyCadwalader) reported@Scream_Queeeen @DestinyTheGame Yeah they did! Its been a great run though. It lasted 2 years longer than they intended for the franchise. Ill definitely play out the last live service release. Then go back and do some title finishing afterwards. Ive left desert perpetual raid unplayed for something to do!
-
Freedom (@NecroKiLLz) reported@DestinyTheGame I love Destiny… 😭 I wish Bungie would’ve put more development into the things that really matter. I wish PvP would’ve had a dedicated team to continually balance and update it. Too many broken promises and changes that really hurt major portions of players. Get rid of SBMM!!
-
James - JGOD (@JGODYT) reported@Martyboiiiii @DestinyTheGame I wish I played more D1, only had maybe like 50-100 hours and didnt really understand the gameplay loop back then. By the time D2 had come out, it was very different for me. D3 wouldnt simply be trivialized to the buying the same planets. There are so many learnings from the decade that would improve a 3rd game. Many systems that maybe they committed to in D2 that maybe didnt work. Console limitation (last gen) also created long term issues for the game imo. Still years away even if they already started making it, which is highly unlikely based on how much went into Marathon.
-
KYLP (@AksarArtist) reported@DestinyTheGame Destiny 2 was the only live service game i enjoyed. I can't belive you're ending it for slop
-
TheOneAndOnlyDunkirk (@one_dunkirk) reported@AI_EmeraldApple @Asmongold @DestinyTheGame There are a lot of live service games that hang around 5,000-10,000 players. That seems sustainable, if not successful.
-
WesPrime (@WesPrime) reported@DestinyTheGame So I paid for the most expensive bundle for this year to get to expansions. And now I'm only getting one... Say you cut off the back. End of what I should've gotten initially just to cut service and don't give any clarification for the final expansion you're supposed to release, I don't think that's very fair.
