From talking with friends and testing my self, there is about 10%-15% performance Loss on average. I personally didn't get the stutters, but I do notice the Decline in Frames. Please Address this. Moving to another Platform is just not it, I am not about to buy the DLCs all over again. Turning Off steam overlay Doesn't help it at all whatsoever, it reduces stutters at best, but those who have a decline in frames, this doesn't do anything for them. The game Cannot be left in this state.

It also makes all other buffs ineffective like radiant and restoration frost armor etc, I notice it usually happens while using either a lot of weavewalk or support frames.
