Praz (@PrazVT) reported@DestinyTheGame I will say, jumping into Clash / pvp is always fun. Just please make sure the beaver and other errors plaguing Destiny 1 get fixed and don't crop up in Destiny 2.

Whether it's your new favorite game or not, it was a flop. They put Destiny on life support to focus on Marathon, it made roughly $35M, and cost $250M to make.

Year of prophecy covered edge of fate, renegades, and their rewards passes. Shadow & Order was the equivalent of Ash and Iron. You didn’t pay for anything after renegades.

Too many studios are being shutdown bc they chase the live service model pioneered by Destiny and fail. The more that fail, the more studios/companies realize that the risk is too great. We are losing recipes!!!

The budget was probably crazy high too but expecting a horror game not named Resident Evil or The Last of Us to sell 10M copies is an internal issue. The first 3 games in the series as a whole didn’t even reach that number combined. The game was perfect but the expectation that a game that looked like that would appeal to a large audience was dumb.

Right now, the servers aren’t even working when Striker is in Escalation as target loot – and we won’t even start on the other Deltas and issues. People have been putting up with a lot for years.
