This issue has been reported ever since the update that moved Xûr's old armor inventory to Ada-1, and it still has not been resolved. There are around a dozen or so sets that are UNOBTAINABLE by any means.

Rumi 💖 (@Rumi_Posting) reported@GoldenPlayz7 @Destiny2Team yeah the 7950X3D and RTX 4080 is just a really low end system, not like countless people are reporting issues across various hardware and not like the game runs SIGNIFICANTLY better just by swapping to another platform glad the game runs fine for you but don't know why we are acting like everyone else is just suddenly making up performance issues or that it's limited to "lower end PC's" just so incredibly unhelpful

Tony Sekiguccimane🐛 (@illPhysics) reported.@Destiny2Team here's what I've personally observed regarding the game running poorly in PvP (I'm usually on Steam launcher) 1) *feels* like the sprint bug is back in some fashion. as the match goes on, the input latency and "slow" across all movements feels like it increases; it's like you're encountering resistance moving or moving through water 2) definitely feels better on Windows/Xbox launcher vs. Steam with notably higher 1% lows on Windows (around 25 FPS higher 1% lows from 85 FPS to 110 FPS in recent tests on my machine); the issue still persists however, just to a lesser degree 3) for some reason, the game has better visual clarity? on Windows/Xbox launcher??? 4) maxing out D2 video settings & making the GPU work harder helped as well 5) playing in borderless windowed continues to mitigate major input latency for me, but I admit that may be something unique to my heavily customized system hope this helps, sorry I couldn't discern more & feel free to reach out if I can do more. sad to see the game in such a state as it's borderline unplayable at times in PvP, but I understand as well there are larger workforce issues atm out of your control. always rooting for y'all 🫡

Considering this is widespread and only affecting this storefront version (Epic/Microsoft work fine), is there any fix incoming?

From talking with friends and testing my self, there is about 10%-15% performance Loss on average. I personally didn't get the stutters, but I do notice the Decline in Frames. Please Address this. Moving to another Platform is just not it, I am not about to buy the DLCs all over again. Turning Off steam overlay Doesn't help it at all whatsoever, it reduces stutters at best, but those who have a decline in frames, this doesn't do anything for them. The game Cannot be left in this state.
