It is bugged, i cant acquire the quest and ive done all steps, it says completed, but it wont let me pick the quest up. Its been like this since reset, weekly reset should reset this quest, please fix.

Ayres (@AyresIV) reported@A_dmg04 @Destiny2Team Are you guys going to address the Steam Performance issues? From talking with friends and testing my self, there is about 10%-15% performance Loss on average. I personally didn't get the stutters, but I do notice the Decline in Frames. Please Address this. Moving to another Platform is just not it, I am not about to buy the DLCs all over again. Turning Off steam overlay Doesn't help it at all whatsoever, it reduces stutters at best, but those who have a decline in frames, this doesn't do anything for them. The game Cannot be left in this state.

Some play sessions it’s very stuttery, and others its kind of manageable. It definitely gets MUCH worse in 6s. Its always a 20-30 fps drop when i get shot/ability is thrown out

Tally Ho-Calico (@Tahllinavian_20) reported@estabonN_ @Pastuleo23 @Destiny2Team Sort of, could bea mix of both. Barriers are basically overtuned, no other champ has this problem no matter how hard. Meanwhile barrier's can regen their shields in seconds even if you dump a whole mag.

I’m getting used to it so hope theres a fix (if any) in future. They said that backend maintenance will still happen and if anythings breaks too much they might be able to fix it.
