@knitehawk @Destiny2Team I don't think this was an issue of them not communicating with us though. Sounds like an internal communication error within bungie where they hadn't realized they had advertised a specific set to us so they changed the upcoming IB set thinking no one would know. Internal error

@D2LostSector @Destiny2Team I think the count is RNG based. So there is a chance every piece may be counted as a +1, 4 out of 5 times. They will fix this with the next patch 9.0.0.4.
