Exhuast all avenues before just assuming it’s the game. It usually is your hardware that’s the problem if it’s localized to just you.

(Pre-Debut) (@Double0DarkVT) reported@Destiny2Team I have a friend who brought the full collection on steam but because of some kind of linking crossplay error he just doesn't have the Lightfall or Final Shape dungeons. Its a documented issue. He can not claim the keys on steam no matter what he does. Thanks.

KindaUseless (@g4merx_x) reported@Destiny2Team Whilst were at it, there is a huge issue with cheaters right now (first appearance was this weekend just gone in Trials) players standing in spawn and 3 tapping with Rose like they are right next to you without moving or even looking around.
