@ArloSmartHome No customer support at all. Not in app and not on phone. Arlo cameras break within 90 days. Have 3 cameras. All broken and worthless. Spend money on different brand. Avoid ARLO at all cost. #ArloCameras

@ArloSmartHome Why do I suddenly have to pay for the cameras when they were working perfectly fine up until about a month ago? I’ve had these cameras for about two years and I paid over $400 at Costco. I cannot get a live agent to talk to me and fix this issue.

I’ve had the worst time with @ArloSmartHome cameras. Never work properly and batteries last a few weeks before needing to be changed. I need to switch back to @ring

@ArloSmartHome what do I need to do to speak to a human for customer support? I have had an atrocious experience with my Arlo purchase and I absolutely need a human to help troubleshoot. The Arlo chatbot is a complete dead-end.

@ArloSmartHome May be the worst company out there. There is an issue with my camera and I am unable to cancel my subscription and I cant contact support due to this issue as my camera is not linked to my account anymore. I am stuck paying lol

@ArloSmartHome Nothing new came from the extensive DMs I sent to @ArloSmartHome support and somebody called with no help! Worst off shore support I have ever experienced. I canceled Smart plan and will give the Arlo cameras to my enemies!

@ArloSmartHome $200 for a camera that doesn’t come with a monitor and is super slow to load when you open the app. Then the charging port stops working I’m sent a replacement with the same issue and now I’m blocked from being helped 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

@ArloSmartHome We've already upgraded to Google Nest, like smart consumers, but I just really feel obligated to tell everyone how terrible @ArloSmartHome is. If I save just one person from buying an Arlo product, I will be happy.

@ArloSmartHome Has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I bought two Arlo Ultras last summer and have had issues ever since with green images. I’ve opened numerous cases, each one gets me nowhere and makes me try to same troubleshooting steps over and over

@AutonomousHoag @ArloSmartHome I couldn’t agree more! I had an issue with my account where it started to not recognize my device and I couldn’t sign in. Had to create a new account but Arlo is not able to cancel my old account! Keep telling me to log in which I can’t do. This service is ******* GARBAGE!!

@ArloSmartHome The problem persists. @NoPushNotificat on my iPhone as soon as I grant access to my husband, neither does he on his iPhone. It has been 30+ days trying everything. Issue lies with Arlo's software and it's taking too long to fix... so frustrating

I am pretty disappointed lately with my @ArloSmartHome go cameras with cell service provided by @ATT. They keep going offline. 20 miles apart. Tried everything. Seems like it’s pretty common as of the last month with other customers. What’s up with them????

@ArloSmartHome hey! Love your cameras I now have 5! But I have an issue sometimes with a couple of the essential spotlight cams. Where they say they are offline. I have them plugged in and charged... Any idea why this would be happening?

@ArloSmartHome I am frustrated with @ArloSmartHome support. My ISP canceled email and my login info is lost. Was told to remove all cameras on my iPhone app and call back to cancel plan. Now they cannot cancel plan. After long argumentation the lady will contact second tier! Catch 22!

@ArloSmartHome "help" has a computer system that thinks it is smarter than you are--I need a real live person. I guess that is asking for too much. Damn since I have been a customer for YEARS. recommended them too. NO LONGER!!!

@ArloSmartHome “Arlo support phone # for location” is a lie. Went thru auto support and it couldn’t help. It said - Give email and we’ll contact you. Weeks later still nothing. NO way to talk to anyone bout my faulty device. And I’m told won’t be able to becuz don’t pay $2.99?!?
