    @ArloSmartHome you guys are the Southwest Airlines of video doorbell companies. Got one for Christmas and have tried for hours to install just to be told you don’t have the bandwidth to handle all the new customers and my doorbell is now offline. Uninstalling and returning.

    @ArloSmartHome my doorbell and cameras have stopped recording locally after my recent update. Arlo’s Customer support tells me it is a known issue. Why was I notified about the issue? It has been over 96 hours and still no resolution from Arlo and no notifications to users 1/2

    @ArloSmartHome Buyer Beware !! Arlo turned off local storage of recordings and now all my cameras don't record to my USB drive anymore (4 Pro 3's and 1 Pro 3 floodlight). In addition the flood light does not turn on anymore when there is motion detected. Seems like a poor quality product.

    @ArloSmartHome Product’s trash. I’ve been trying to reconnect my cameras for a week now. Try looking up their phone number and calling customer service. It’s a false sense of security, the cameras, intermittently disconnect. What good is that gonna do you when you’re not home and it happens?

    @ArloSmartHome @CPA_jjones All recording to local storage has stopped, for all 5 cameras, can someone please contact me to get this issue resolved. Also my pro3 floodlight no longer turns on with motion detection.

    I bought @ArloSmartHome cameras because I liked the local storage option. I didn’t want to pay a monthly fee. The cameras are great. So great, that how bad their software is at local storage (working 6 mos of the last 3 years) feels deliberate, like they’re pushing cloud subs.

    @ArloSmartHome This happen to me, my neighbor caught it on his Arlo camera. My door was unlocked and they took some items, it’s the worst.

    From @ArloSmartHome discussion forums I realized this issue existed since 12/13 and irresponsible and unprofessional Arlo technical team never notified its users about issues with local recording and still no fix even after 5 days.

    @ArloSmartHome the equipment my family invested in from your company is failing. Less than a year on both cameras and solar chargers. You're customer service is terrible. My family has over $500 invested in your equipment and we can't get any help from you're company. Now what?

    @ArloSmartHome security system still down after two days due to a firmware update. Lots of people affected by this. When will this be resolved?

    @ArloSmartHome MFA does not work on iOS app. You cannot leave the app to get the code, because when you return to enter it, you get booted back to the login page.

    @ask_Arlo You clearly didn’t read my message. These are brand new cameras with fully charged batteries. @ArloSmartHome claims that the cameras are good to -20 deg C and they shut down at -14 deg C. The cameras come back to life when the temperatures rise and shut back off when it’s cold.

    @ArloSmartHome support is absolutely useless. Can’t login to account because ‘device limit reached’. Instructions for resolving don’t work because options mentioned don’t exist. Support ticket bounces to irrelevant web articles & will ‘autoclose’ if not answered! Useless!

    @TrishODonnell19 @ArloSmartHome @ArloHelp I don't know what they tweeked but suddenly the app opened and I could sign in. Then it got stuck at one point but seems to be working fine now, thank goodness. Good luck with yours!

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo’s new firmware requires you to have a subscription to view video from your cameras. No longer can you store video on local storage. This is a crime. Many have same issue as me. Do not buy Arlo

    @DeeCee65058630 @ArloSmartHome Have you tried Arlo support, sending them message on here. They took ages to reply and then blaming me when clearly it’s a problem their end. They told me to log into it via desktop computer too, made no difference. @ArloHelp not great service from new app which we pay for

    @ArloSmartHome I recently purchased the Arlo Pro 4 cameras which are supposed to have 6-month batteries and good to -20deg C. My cameras both stopped working at -14deg C and your chat bot told me I'm not entitled to live support? Terrible customer service.

    @ArloSmartHome how does a person actually talk to a human to solve a problem? Chat and going back and forth through email every 3-4 days is not a great customer experience.

    Maaan **** @ArloSmartHome 500$ scam cameras and they charge a subscription service to “cloud” your footage you need to buy a memory card on top of that just to keep the recordings local 🙃 and that barley functions. Do not buy.
