    @ArloSmartHome Your batteries are absolutely terrible, but not as bad as your customer service. Don't even bother purchasing these devices.

    @ItsB2daP @ArloSmartHome library is empty. activity zones are down and says it's because my battery powered cameras are not plugged into AC... it's AWAYS something, right Arlo?

    @ArloSmartHome I’m also not going to be ran around or made to go outside just to check cameras that claim to be offline.. I usually just reset one of the base stations and that fixes. Also, the screens seem locked at times and don’t function when I login.

    Still waiting for resolution of my brand new battery issue @ArloSmartHome I waited TWO WEEKS only to be told to contact technical support - with no email/phone number/URL provided to do so. This is horrendous.

    @mbmcrae @ArloSmartHome The Arlo integration with the largest smart home platform on the planet (@smartthings) has been broken for over 3 months. Arlo support rarely responds to anyone, and when they do, they said it's fixed, when it has not been. It's unacceptable this has been broken for so long.

    @jp2e Here’s the problem I have with these reviews. They r not effective for any length of time. They don’t address how a product holds up over time. Take the @ArloSmartHome doorbell for instance. 6 months to 1 yr after installing the required paid service produces consistent issues.

    @ArloSmartHome I just got some cameras, but was charged for an Arlo Secure plan, even though I was still in the free trial period. Chat support won't help with getting the charges reimbursed. Can you help?

    I will NEVER buy or recommend an @ArloSmartHome camera to anyone! They won't help if you have a problem, UNLESS you want to pay for premium, which doesn't even include live monitoring! I will be replacing all of my cameras for a different brand.

    Never buying anything from @NETGEAR @NETGEARgaming or @ArloSmartHome ever again. Company makes **** products that never work and then chargers you for customer support. Going to ******* burn these excuses for electronics rather than sell them and make someone else live in hell.

    @ArloSmartHome hey! Love your cameras I now have 5! But I have an issue sometimes with a couple of the essential spotlight cams. Where they say they are offline. I have them plugged in and charged... Any idea why this would be happening?

    @ArloSmartHome why do you not stand behind your products? I can't get help from a real person unless I pay the extra money for the privilege? Seems to me that you know customers will have issues, so you want the extra money to cover their replacements.

    @oed_huerta @ArloSmartHome Hell no. I only have Arlo because Google didn't have a floodcam. They have one now sooo @ArloSmartHome do I need to trash this one since it just randomly stops recording????

    @ArloSmartHome Warning! Arlo Go users having problems in the last month or so. Our cameras having problems connecting and going offline. Doesn’t seem to be Att issue. See complaints in Arlo support no resolution. Just too bad had camera for years no issues. I need for elderly parent.
