Personally I never thought him getting a waiver should of been a problem considering they gave Kenseth one in 2020 for missing 4 races that he never intended to race. When I reached out to Prime support, they blamed Roku. This is entirely within your power to fix, so fix it. I won't watch it until you do.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling, deleting your cache. Restart your router(or upgrade)Its almost a guarantee it isn't a broadcast issue.
