@isaac_abraham @PrimeVideo Could also be a codec/license issue. My Philips TV had a revoked certificate which caused all content to be played low-def. Had to wait for an update and had to reset the app etc.

Just over a year ago @PrimeVideo a travesty occurred; the best show on TV was cancelled based on shonky data. Since then, the show has continued to gain millions of fans worldwide because quality always wins in the end! It's time to #SaveProdigalSon guys!
