Holiday season is a good reminder of how AWFUL conventional television is. The shows haven’t evolved since Y2K! How have cable companies lasted this long? If sports are unbundled, I imagine customer churn reach all time highs. Grateful for @netflix / @AppleTV / @PrimeVideo

@MissAudacious @PrimeVideo Ok so Amazon and Apple fight over rental fees. Apple wants a larger cut than Amazon wants to give. So the Apple Amazon Prime app didn’t allow purchases until recently. You can now but iPad apps are a few iterations behind if I recall. The work around is to login via the browser.

@thegatecast Thanks for the pointer. My Roku recognises my monitor as 4K but the symbol doesnt show up in the @PrimeVideo app. It does show in Netflix, though, so I suspect the issue is with the app.

Um...the @PrimeVideo #Scouts feed is awesome. @amazon is doing a terrible job of promoting it. If you are "promoting" something make it the default and PROMOTE it.
